Iris chuckles as she sees Luki become slightly worried. But, she wasn't going to do anything this time. Sometimes it was just nice to look at him. There are times where she feels like he isn't real. That if she doesn't keep an eye on him, he'll disappear and all of this will have been a dream.

Luki relaxed a little when it didn't seem like Iris was going to do something. He was glad of this, as he still hadn't quite recovered from his downturn in mood. The genie typically bounced back, but a shock and situation of this magnitude was not as easy to recover from. It would take some time, but he'd be back to normal eventually.

The two walked into Rose's store. "So, how has everything been going for you?" Michale asked,"Oh, and who is this?"

Rose sat her basket down and picked up her gown she was working on for the party, the prince was holding. "Eveything has been going well. And that is Rete." She ansewerd.

"Here, let me sow that for you, Rose." Michale said as he wisked the dress and the thread and needle away from her."You know I am better at it than you are, and besides-" He continued,"You'll need some help. You have a store to run, Rose. Don't forget that."

Rete jumped off of Michale's shoulder and tumbled into the spools of different threads, set neatly upon shelves. He blinked tanlgled in a snarled mess of thread.

Rose smiled at her cousin, greatful that he was here to help, and opened her shop. She then walked over to Rete, and proceeded to untangle him from the mess of threads.

Dyanna smiled at him. "Pleasure to meet you Augustos" She said in a kind voice. She let the Prince go on ahead. "I'll see later, Gus" She said glancing down at the stand again before leaving. The Ocelot came bounding out, taking a hold of his sleeve and hanging by it.

Agustus made a displeased noise in the back of his throat when Dyanna called him "Gus," abhorring that shortening of his name. It sounded so....rudimentary. The scholar let her take her leave and was about to leave himself when a weight dragged down his sleeve. He looked at it to see the ocelot....yet again.
"Excuse me, Miss Dyanna." Agustus called out, his voice loud enough to carry but not so loud that he was yelling.
He waited for her to turn her attention to him.
"This doesn't belong to you, does it?" He asked, holding up his ocelot-ridden sleeve.

Dyanna turned when her name was called. Not the normal turn on the heel, but more of a fluid dancers spin. She giggled a bit into her hand see Anthos. "No, sir. That sleeve is all yours" She said and almost on cue Anthos let go. She picked him up. "the cute kitten is mine. He must like you....Or you taste good" She giggled again, rocking her nose back and forth as Anthos touched hers to his.

For a few horrifying seconds Agustus thought that the ocelot was invisible to Dyanna, judged on her initial response, but he let no emotions bleed through. He was inwardly relieved when she said that the cat was hers, noting the way it let go and bounded over to her immediately after she spoke. As far as the scholar knew, one would be hard-pressed to get a cat to act so obediently. He didn't like either one of her explanations for the thing bothering him, as one was disconcerting and the other made no sense. On a good day, most animals hated him. The remnant just scurried away at his approach. Yet this one did neither, unless...
"I must disagree." Agustus replied. "Animals tend to dislike me. It is strange though, to see an ocelot out here and to meet one so..personable. It's almost magical."
He waited for her reaction. Either she'd betray something with her look or response or she'd look at him as a child. Those or just not reply in any distinct way possible.

Dyanna smirked at the man's irritation. "Not really. It was a gift from my father. It was his way of paying for his b*****d daughter. Of course at first was was overjoyyed. Then soon came to find out that cute kitties don't pay for food." She said quitely simply playing with the cat's belly, before glancing her emerald eyes back up to him.

Agustus didn't get the answer or reaction he was hoping for, but all was not lost. He could play a game for awhile, provided that a game was actually being played with him.
"How unfortunate." The scholar replied after Dyanna had finished her story.
Still, an ocelot was pretty suspect.

Dyanna smiled still as the cat started to play with the jewery on the arm. She lightly tapped Anthos nose and said "no". She went back to the man now. "Not really. His uninvolvement in my family's life is a good thing." She said, over it. He was long dead by now and she found her sister. So she couldn't be any happier family wise.

"Mmm, I see." Agustus replied.
He was slowly losing interest in the conversation, but he didn't need to show that. The scholar had to make absolutely sure that there wasn't anything magical going on with this woman. He didn't need another genie to spring on him out of nowhere, though it could be beneficial. Agustus did need a way to get close to the genie previously owned by his father, since it was clear that it was already owned.

Dyanna let the cat nussle up against her neck. Anthos was getting tired. "I think I ought to take him home before he causing more trouble." She said before turning around. "By the way nice robe" She smirked and left around the corner. When the man looked at his robe it would be fixed. Little linger of dark blue smoke about it. The woman and the cat were gone. For all of an instant. Then she reappeared from the corner.

Agustus nodded when Dyanna mentioned taking her cat home.
"That would be wise." He replied just before she commented on his robe.
And like the bumbling human he was, the scholar looked down to see what she meant. Instead of finding his robe tattered from that ocelot's tomfoolery he found it mended, the only evidence that something had happened being a faint whisp of blue smoke. Agustus' head snapped upward to look at Dyanna, but she was long gone.
Another one? He thought, mentally posing the question to himself.
In the span of time it took for the scholar to form his thought, Dyanna returned seemingly out of nowhere.

Iris could feel that Luki wasn't himself. Still worried about the man in the marketplace they had bumped into earlier. She wracks her brain trying to think of how to cheer him up. Though, it was hard to think of anything. Just putting herself into his shoes, she would find it hard to cheer up. So, she does the next best thing. She simply wraps her arms around Luki and holds him close.
