Riyu saw the attack from Malphas and quickly jump onto the Golem's shoulder dodging the attack. His focus was still toward Shikon and would not be taken away. He bolted again for Shikon with full speed. Riyu took out too knives in each hand and held them like he would a sword. He slashed at Shikon and threw the second knife at it right after.

Reddeye was not about to be hit by the attack, and be knew there was no choice but to slow it down. He covered his claws with red energy, and shot it at the attack. Reddeye used his full speed to move out of the way of the attack, it was a close dodge. His clothes were burned, his pants singed at his legs, and his upper robe had been burnt all the way to the point it just looked like a semi long shirt. He was not about to show the slave symbol to Zane, and be forced away.
"Everyone, we have to escape for now, we didn't train to take on two powerful demon lords."
Reddeye said as he created a large amount of smoke, and ran tot he golem.


Malphas growled a bit. There was to much heat, and it was evaporating him, he looked over at Zane.
"I cannot continue this fight, my body is unable to sustain as long as there is to much heat."
Malphas yelled as he created a wave of toxic blood under his feet, and surfed away, at incredible speeds.

"But!.." Ayu began to protest when Reddeye commanded to retreat. She didn't want to leave a battle half started; after a moment of thought though, she decided to stay quiet and leave. Reddeye had a point, they wouldn't be able to defeat the two demons, not without serious casualties. Ayu quickly called Kiseki to her side and began to retreat. She knew it wouldn't be long until the next fight.

The golem began moving, picking up speed quickly as it ran away, Gorden watching the shrinking figures from the rocky beast's back.

With the fight ending, Syn pushed her sister away faster. It was time for them to leave the area, and leave this part of their lives in the past.

Riyu just sat on the golem as it ran away thinking Why not at least kill one of them, especially that demon fox. But he put the thought behind him and decided to stay with the group instead of running off after the demon lords. He wanted revenge on Zane for betraying the group. "Never trust anyone to begin with, not even yourself," Riyu whispered what his father used to say to him.

Reddeye kept running, he wasn't going to stop and have a demon lord attack him. The wolf demon checked behind himself, to see the others.
"We need to come up with a plan. There were twins, that blood demon, and zane. The twins had numbers higher than the blood demon, and zane, so if we attack one of the twins alone, we can kill one of them, then go after the other sister. Only one issue I have noticed, there is a number inbetween the blood demon, and the twins, a missing demon lord. Anyone have an idea of what we should do if he, or she shows up?"
Reddeye asked, continuing to run, ending up outside a small village, it was just like a small farmers town, but with regular human teenagers.
Reddeye looked at the Golem, and freaked out.
"Hide your damned Golem, all those humans will freak out, and attack us."
Reddeye said as he began to hide his tail, and try to make himself look as human as possible.

The golem disintegrated into a pile of rocks as Gorden landed on his feet, "I don't know what you saw, but I'm pretty sure the twins ran out, or rather walked. I don't think we'll have to deal with them."

Riyu, still in fox form, jumped off of the golem as it turned into a pile of rocks. He walked over to Reddeye and whispered, "I don't think I should talk much cause they would attack if I transformed into my normal person right now or if I just talked to them." He also agreed with Reddeye about forming a plan. From then on, Riyu made sure he said nothing until it was safe to transform back to normal.


(maybe we should skip to the next day cause of that fight, what do u guys think?)

"Hmph... " Zane grunted in a demonic tone, "Let them go... they can only run so far... besides, demon lord number one is expecting us... " Zane landed on his feet, his black boots clinked on the ground.

Ayu jumped off of Kiseki as the dragon began to shrink into the size of a dog. "Well, lets head into the village and find a place to rest. We can think of a plan while resting. Plus, the villagers look nice enough and we can blend in there," Ayu said looking around, making sure they weren't being followed. She then began to walk into the village, trying her best to look as friendly as possible.

Reddeye stuck his arm up his other sleeve, and pulled out some of his golden scales. He pulled out many, and tossed them to everyone.
"This should be worth enough to get everyone their own room. We should go to an inn. I will see you all tomorrow, I need some rest."
Reddeye said as he walked into the village, yawning from the lack of energy, and the need of rest. He moved through the town, and found a pub/inn, where his scales made the owner of the place jump a bit, thinking he is truly ripping Reddeye off by only getting him a single room, and a single drink. Reddeye took it, and closed the door behind him.

(Ok I am having troubles with my internet, but by tuesday I should have wireless and troubles should be over.)

Riyu took the scale in his mouth to the owner as well and the owner wondered why a fox would need his own room. Riyu walked over to a room, leaving the scale with the owner, and closing the door. "Maybe now no one would care if I changed back to normal," he whispered as he silently turned into his original form. Riyu had to hide his ears and tail from everyone too. He tucked his tail under his robe and put his hood over his ears.

Gorden took the scale, and watched everyone walk off, "Well," He said to himself, tossing the scale up and catching it, "I'm going to enjoy a nice night outside. There was a small forest near the village, so he decided to camp out there for the night.

Andrea smiled, the bumps in the road doing little to dampen her spirit. Her and her sister had hitched a ride on a straw cart heading south, and were resting on the straw. "We're free, aren't we sister?" She asked Syn, who seemed to already be asleep.
