The Darkest Rayne

This is a story about a girl who live an average life. Rayne. She's shy and quiet. One day she's at a cafe with her best friend Jessie and she see the two most strange looking teens. She tries to leave it alone until they come over and start asking her the most unusual questions. She didn't understand and they left.

Later that day though something happened. While in an alley and caught in an argument with her best friend, she freezes Jessie! She's terrified as the the ice sculpture of Jessie explodes.

With this happening and the police investigation, Rayne discovers that she is not normal. She is something else, and during the investigation one of the cops tells her he is too.


He explains to Rayne and takes her away off too a place. Melianove. This is a place that is hidden to human eyes. Within Melianove is The Castle, where other supernatural students learn to control their abilities and reach their full potential. Its homes the worst of the worst, and the ones that just aren't wanted.

1. Follow all Gaia Rules! I expect you to know them. If I see anything you will get a warning and after that your off. I don’t want to get in trouble for YOUR actions.

2. NO GODMODDING! Especially since no one dies in my story. If it comes to a fight you can not force others into what they do or how they react. Please respect your fellow role players.

3. Please keep it clean. No explicit gore but, you may use some because some times it required for a character.( I get it). But PLEASE when you have romance and there is romance NO PORNO stuff. Keep it clean. (there are younger people on here)

4. This is a literate to semi-literate RP. Please use spelling, I can understand some mistakes. No text, or chat, or email speak. its annoying. Please don't use tiny font, or bright colors. i cant see them, and I hate having blood shot eyes.

5. Pictures are required. Please use them on all posts. Its just nice to know who i'm talking to. If you have an issue with getting a picture I can find one for you and send you the link. Much appreciated.

6. There is a storyline to this RP, so please be on as much as you can. If you know your going to be gone for a while PM and let me know, or PM your stuff if possible. This is understandalbe because once school gets going for me I might not be on as long.

1. Ok since all the characters I created have been filled I'm posting a skeleton so you can make a character. Please fill out the skeleton and then title your PM "The Darkest Rayne"
or and later pick someone to start a romance with and PM me letting me know. title it "romance in Melianove" Oh you can have as many characters that you can handle.



2. Know your character's background. It's important for the story.

3. Yes you have to go with the romance that I mention but you can start other romances.

The History of Melianove Castle

(((PLEASE READ))))


Melianove, has alway existed. It is a place that Supernaturals can live in peace, without the disturbance of humans. In the town you can find the families of most supernaturals, that are living in the castle. Melianove is like a whole other world. There are forests, and the main city, and some smaller towns, along with the Castle where the younger generation of supernaturals come to live.

The castle it's selft seems like a school of sorts. Sort of. The castle is the places that homes the unwanted supernaturals. The people abandoned, and given up by their families and friends. Their the ones that don't fit into society. Or some of the worst of the worst Supernaturals. These are the people that aren't socially acceptable to live life on their own, and to stop their destruction, or loneliness Melianove takes them in.(HINT Melianove is a person too.) So they end up at the Castle.


THIS STORY IS ABOUT THE CASTLE!!! NOT THE TOWN!!!

DESCRIPTION OF THE CASTLE

First floor: Library, Lunch room, common room, 3 studies, Workout room, pool room, Staircase, Bar, "teacher's lounge", Elemental Room, Training room

Second Floor: 4 studies, a lounge, 5 classrooms(kind of like a classroom)

Description of Apperance: She's 5'8 with long straight black hair. Her eyes are large and doe light and are ice blue. She has dark eyeslashes. Rayne has medium sized lips that have a natural pink hue to them. She skinny but not anorexic. She has a blue lily tattoo on her back in a circle with different symbols some being celtic knots.
Personality: Rayne has always been a sweet and quiet girl, but don't under estimate her. She knows how to stick up for herself. She's can be very serious at times but most of the time she likes to have fun, and live life to her fullest. She cares about everyone. She one of most caring and loving people you will ever meet.
Likes: she likes boys, candy, her friends, animals, fairytales, once in awhile some trouble, and desires her first kiss, nature
Dislikes: rude people, people who only care about themselves, jerks, ignorance(even though she is sometimes.)
Love Interests/sexuality: straight but is curious, She eventually WILL fall in love with BRYAN(this is a must love interest) she developes interests in pretty much every guy but the teachers.
Bio/story: Rayne was a normal girl. She had a normal life untill the day she accidentally killed her best friend. She froze her friend into a popsicle and then she exploded! Rayne with through an intense investigation. During the investigation she meets a cop named, JOSH CORLONG. He tells her about what she is. A Supernatural. He tells her that he is too.
With some convincing JOSH convinces Rayne to come to MELIANOVE CASTLE, a place where supernatural creatures come to learn and enhance there gifts. Its a safe haven for them so they don't have to live their life in fear. Some of the families live in MELIANOVE, the city. Rayne agrees and goes to live at Melianove castle. She later discovers that her full powers are one of a kind, and she is something called the EARTH QUEEN. Her tattoo grows. She was destined to have it.

Personality: Leanna is a very bitchy girl. She can be very rude and uptight but generally cares about the people around her. She's one of the more popular people in the castle.
Likes: She enjoys the sun, and loves the beach. love, a good wine, her china doll collection, blood
Dislikes:Annoying girls or guys, dirty people, ignorance, being told what to do.
Love Interests/sexuality: She's bisexual, Her brother is Lucas, and she has a very strange relationship with him. She likes to flirt and goes through relationships like nothing else. (Pick someone and let me know.).
Bio/story: Ever since Leanna was young she has always been different. She never really got along with the other kids(vampires), and always found inself in trouble. She and her brother that is. Leanna had finally after a time, along with her brother, of the rules and placed and attack on a community. They killed at least 25 people and because of it were sent to Melianove Castle, were Leanna is making her mark as a leader.

Description of Apperance: He's 6'0, with sort of longish cream colored blonde hair. He has dark blue eyes, and is very fit. Well toned muscles. Has a cross tattoo on his left shoulder.Personality: Lucas is quiet yet very loving. He can get irritated easily, but is usually pretty happy. You could say he's pretty mysterious. He can be found usually in his room listening to rock music or ready a Stephen King novel.
Likes: Books, his music, good looking people, Twizzler candy, blood, a good fight.
Dislikes: disapointment, being ignored, people who don't understand, people who judge or cant take a joke

He's always been some what of a loner, but has a rebelious side. After the attack he is sent to Melianove castle with his sister. He's a very deep and sad person.

Description of Apperance: She's 5'3, and skinny, she's a bit busty at a D cup. She has redish purple hair with gold eyes.
Personality: She is a very sweet girl yet has a wicked side. She likes to mess with people for no reason. She stands up for her friends. Can be loud and opinionated
Likes: coloring in her coloring books, she loves her pet bird Mimi the parakeet, she likes laying outside in the sun, and take long naps. She's a great swimmer.
Dislikes: Bees and centipeds, Jerks, and rude people, disrespect to elders or others in general

Bio/story: Cat ever since she was a child had always been troulbe for her family and the people around her. She tried to make friends with the humans around her hiding her ears but just didn't have any luck. So she was alone. She had finally had enought of the pain and revealed herself to her school. The Melianove people came and had to clean up the mess erasing the minds of the students. Cat's parents had enough and gave her over to Melianove. She now lives at the castle.

Personality: Generally Matt is very angry, in pain, and suffers. He has a caring side but shows it rarely. He's very athletic.
Likes: His solid form, nature, the towers he sits up there alone, he likes romance novels, and is quite a charmer at times. He loves M-M's candy.
Dislikes: bossy people, people that like to make fun of him and throw things through him when in his ghost form, spicy food.
Love Interests/sexuality: Bisexual, he's been around long enough that gender doesn't matter he just wan't a companion, (REQUIRED: has and interest in Rayne) (Pick someone else and then let me know.)
Bio/story: A long time ago, Matt was murdered by his mother and father, because they believed he was a witch. Matt could see into the future, and because of it he died. He haunted his family in death untill the both died in a tragic fire he set 30 years later. He was now left alone, so he went in serch of company. He spent year after year looking for something untill 15 years ago when he found Melianove. They welcomed him with open arms.

Description of Apperance: She has long dark brown hair, waist length with gold eyes, She is busty at a D cup. She is 6'0 with long beautiful legs and arms. She's tan, and gorgeous. She has a sharp nose and pouty lips(nice and full),
Personality: Josie is a happy go lucky girl. Nothing can make her sad, except when people piss her off, or hut her friends. She like dancing in the rain, and running. She enjoys a good makeout and is a really flirt. She's very fun to be around and can be considered the life of the party.
Likes: Sweets, the rain, the sun, outside, sports, her friends, a good beer, parties, an excuse to start a fight at times. meat, blood.
Dislikes: people who talk crap, people who don't like to have fun, spoil sports,

Bio/story: Josie was the youngest of 15 brothers and sisters and to make up for it she was the most energetic and loving one. She loved to get into trouble and have fun. She was know in her family for being a partier, loved by everyone. Except her family. They couldn't take her anymore so they gave her over to Melianove, where she is now warmly accepted into the family.

Personality: Dylan is a bad boy. He loves trouble, and getting into a good fight, He's very cocky and knows he's sexy and isn't affraid to tell the world. He has a darker more depressed mood though.
Likes: He loves to fight, a good book, his boxing gloves, nature, running, his jeans and tight tee-shirts, chocoholic, meat, blood,
Dislikes: Really hot weather, Nerds, weaklings, people who act stupid to get attention
Love Interests/sexuality: Bisexual, like most the people here, he's been around long enough that It just doesn't matter to him (REQUIRED; has an interest in Rayne.) (Pick someone and let me know)
Bio/story: Dylan has lived a hard life. He never knew his family and has spent time in prison for robberies. He also spent time in prison for murdering a family. What the prison didn't expect was that he was going to turn in to his full werewolf form(think Van Helsing) and kill half the prison. Needless to say he got out and kept under cover. Untill Melianove found him and brought him in. He's been there a year and made no progress. Will anyone be able to melt his icy heart?

Description of Apperance: He is 6'2 with short blond hair, and muliti colored eyes(if you can find a pic of 2 eye colors that would be awsome.) He's very well built but not scary like. He has a beautiful face and a strong jawline.
Personality: He is a kind yet serious man. He's been taking care of Melianove's business for awhile now. He can be very fun loving and know's how to have a good time. He's one of the adults that tries to stay away from falling in love with a younger Supernatural. He's very respectful and classy.
Likes: Reading, spending time with the younger supernaturals(he's not a *****), a good home cooked meal, blood, and has a sugar tooth.
Dislikes: Disrespect from anyone to anyone, rudeness, fights, and the rain.
Love Interests/sexuality: Straight. He's always like women. His door just doesn't swing that way(Pick one someone and let me know)
Bio/story: Josh isn't one to really talk about is history. He believes what is the past should stay in the past. All you really have to know is that he's been working for Melianove(Hint she's a person too!) for a very long time, and has been working with the younger ones for the same amount.

Personality: She's dangerous. She's as nasty as they get. She feels like she own the castle and can run anyone down who tells her otherwise. She's a B**ch. She is a huge flirt and loves attention. She wants it from everyone and anyone at all times of the day.
Likes: Blood, wine, chocolate strawberries, bossing everyone around. Kissing
Dislikes: people who challenge her. people who dont obey. dirt and the rain
Love Interests/sexuality: She's bi. she likes to be adored by eveyone.(Pick someone and let me know) (REQUIRED she has an interest with KYLE)
Bio/story: Diane was born a rich and spoiled vampire, with the legacy of her family. She was last in line to recieve the fortune. So to get it she killed everyone, leaving her the only are to his 2 billion dollar fortune. She save's her money and invests its. Melianove caught wind of what she did and took her in. She's been ruling ever since.

Personality: Kyle is mean and nasty despite his looks. He also like Diane feeds on his peers. He likes to party and is a very good flirt.
Likes: Blood, alcohol, ballons, games, fights, and a nice kiss or two everyonce in awhile. unusual people
Dislikes: Disrespect, the rain, and dirt.

Bio/story: Like Diane Kyle had a legacy and a fortune. The thing is he already had. It was his family that was trying to take it, and he refused to give it up. So to solve the problem one night while everyon of his family was at home, a fire started killing everyone but him. Melianove didn't like what he had done and took him. He met Diane there and they bonded instantly.

Description of Apperance: She is 5'4 with long curly brown hair and green eyes. She has a very kind face and soft medium sized pink lips. She's fit because of all the running she does.
Personality: Gabby is a very quiet girl that doesn't like confrontation. She's usually the one that gets picked, because of it. She's a natural beauty, but doesn't know how to take a compliment because she's so shy.
Likes: She's a fishitarian(the only meat she eats is fish), candy, bright colors, the rain, sun, rainbows, running in the wind. Meeting nice people. she makes sculptures.
Dislikes: Mean people, disrespect, people who break her sculptures.
Love Interests/sexuality: Straight...if a boy would ever like her...*blush* (Pick someone and let me know)
Bio/story: Gabby's parents died when she was young. She was left all alone every since she was little. So since she was a baby she gone through foster homes, trying to keep her secret. At seventeen she left, and found Melianove who welcomed her with a warm heart.

Personality: He's one of the nicest guys you will meet. He is quiet at time but is usually always talking to someone and very happy, though he does have his sad moments. He likes to flirt.Likes: flying, swimming, fish, girls, kisses, music, his pet Mouse Dipy, romance
Dislikes: ugly things, screamo, rude and bossy people, rules.

Bio/story: As a hawk shifter he was in a close knit family but an incident broke them apart. His family was on a trip and a freak hurricane killed them and left Bowe dying. Melianove found him when this accident happened 4 years ago and brought him in. He got his scars from the accident.

Personality: Rissa is very quiet. She is described as the quiet beauty. She is ususally very happy and upgoing. She can be serious. She isn't shy. She's an observer. she likes to watch people.
Likes: snow, ice, water, music, her piano, her stuffed seal named pookie. and her hair, and snow cones.
Dislikes: the hot sun, angry people, and people who don't like animals
Love Interests/sexuality: Straight. She tried women and it was no fun.
Bio/story: Rissa doesn't remember her family that well. She can remember some things but not much. She use to live in Antartica and her family wanted to move. This was Rissa's home and she refused, Well Melianove couldn't leave Rissa alone so they took her in. She's live there the longest of the younger one.

Personality: Matius is very honest with people as he was brought up, though he has been known to get angry he is very patient and tends to calm down very quickly if others about so that he may not ruin a day. Every day in his life is a new opportuntiy to him and he enjoys the company of others.

INTRODUCTION

Rayne sat quietly in the back seat of the small car while Josh drove. She wasn't going to speak anymore she had decided. She wasn't ready to talk, and Josh was ok with that. After all...she had just found out that she was freak, and she killed her bestfriend.

She watched as the landscape changed. It didn't look like the normal world, but Josh did say that Melianove was a whole different world, that was hidden to the human eye.

She looked at the rolling hills, the grass and dark lush green, that reminded her of the hills in Switzerland, when she went and visited her third cousin's up there. It was beautiful. There were fields of flowers, some that she had never seen before that covered the ground. Forests spread across the open land, and some of, well most of the trees towered over the buildings.

She could see the town from where they were driving. They had taken the long twisting road up to Melianove Castle. This is the place she would be living along with multiple other people, or creatures. To say she was frightened would be saying the least. She was terrified and still in shock. She had to leave her family forever. They didn't want her anymore.

She remembered hearing their conversation as they talked to Josh. Rayne was hiding behind the couch in the other room at the time and heard everything. They told Josh that they didn't want her. That she was a freak, and a monster, and that they couldnl't live with having something like that as a daughter. Rayne cried for hours after hearing that. Her own family disowned her.

Rayne looked up and in the distance she saw it. It was beautiful and well, magical. The castle was huge! She couldn't even see all of it! She saw towers and multiple buildings and forests and as she rolled down her window letting the sunshine warm her face, she could smell the ocean or some form of water.

Josh smiled in the front seat watching Rayne.

Rayne couldn't help her grin as they approached Melianove. The castle was just so large and huge, she couldn't even fathom it!

She watched and again smiled as they pulled into a parking lot area on the side of the castle. They were home.

Everything was only a heartbeat away. Living at the castle was the best thing for Bailey. It wasn't like the human world - which she had deemed evil - here everything had its own sort of glow. It allowed her to be who she was; a beautiful individual. She could focus on her heartbeat here, while in the human world before she'd arrived at Melianove, she could barely hear its faint beating.

If she was human, in this instant, a smile would have spread across her face. But Bailey was not human at this very second, she happened to be hovered just above a bed of Cream Pincusions, which had sparked her hunger. Down went her nose, into the flower, and out came the warm suggary nectar. And that's when she spotted the car. Bailey cooed with joy. A new arrival.

Her wings buzzed her across the vast lawn that stood between them, and as the car parked, she ended up right in the middle of the windsheild. She cooed again.

Hell...life was hell...but he had to live it...for some odd bizarre reason he had to live. Yet he didn't care.
He sat in a chair in the corner of his dull dorm. Not much to look at: a bed, a table, some chairs, a closet, a door to the bathroom, a window. He runs his hands though his black hair with a deep sigh. Trouble was his middle name. Staying away from it brought the slightest withdraw. His eyes moved slowly to the window. Hes bringing her today...great...
He leaned back and folded his hands behind his head. He closed his eyes and tried to relax. I need a run later... He flinched slightly as he heard a motor shut off.
Reluctantly opening his eyes he stood up and stretched. He had been sitting to long. He walked to the door, hands in pockets, eyes to the ground. Out to the hall he scolded himself out of the room...inside though.
He walked all the way to the door and stopped. He didn't want to go out, but he would have to...to go on a run. He hesitated and just stood by the door instead, waiting.

Bailey tweeted once more, and zipped down to the handle of the door. Then in the blink of an eye, she was human. Fully clothed in comfortable, but stylish clothes, she giggled from the other side of the window. Rayne sat in the seat, and Bailey smiled at her kindly, then opened the door. Her pink eyes were kind with welcome. Her blonde hair was pulled back on the top, but it was feathered and only came to her shoulders.

As she latched open the door, swung it open slowly, and smiled while saying, "Welcome to Meilanove!" Her face was soft, and her body move fulently, but she wasn't looking to catch Rayne's eye. "You are going to be staying here, I presume? Newcommer can be rare sometimes, but other times they flock in. You'll love it here nonetheless. Everyone does!" She was cheerful. Rayne was good news for everyone.

"I'm Baily. Li for short!" She said, grinning even wider, if it was possible.
