Shannon Hallard

Well, how she could she go against logic like that? The two girl were rather convinced that a toy version of Elvy would be made. If that was to happen, the manufacturers would have to ask permission from Jonas to recreate his design on a small scale. As much as this DV was Shannon’s and Kamiko’s, Jonas was the one who made the largest contribution.

Hmm… Maybe they could make that miniature version themselves. Shannon’s not bad when it came to crafts. She would ask Jonas when she could if he could help make that one of a kind DV mini-model for Elvy. Perhaps they could even ‘resurrect’ Frannie this way. Yes, this warrants a second look.

Shannon moved closer to the DV, lowering the ramp that helps her roll in. “Anyone wants a closer look? But you have to promise not to touch anything.” She warned. Although the girls were young, there is a chance that they may have the spark as well. She wants to avoid any accidental activation.

Jules Allen

“What would you do if I said yes, I want, I am willing to find out? Would that get me any where?” My, they’re answering each other with questions. Who thought this would be fun? Not Jules. They were basically dancing around the issue that was innocently started when Jules asked for a good hobby.

Jules did look around. Well, Relena had a point. She is surrounded by women of various ages but, “You and I both know they don’t really count. I’m rather picky with my women.” Picky as in she really had no idea what she wanted but she knew there is a certain criteria that had to be passed. “They must have a certain sophistication, in a class of their own. Perhaps you know someone that fits the bill?”

“Think nothing of it. It would actually help us both out. I’ve been wanting to make a sort of miniature scouting bot from scratch. Making the watch would keep you from running into things while I get data to help me with my project. Till then, try not to run into anyone,” Jonas thought for a moment about Vesper’s situation. There was another blind potential wasn’t there? He was sure about it. “Have you ever thought of working on improving your senses? Check with one of the professors, like Ahlberg or Taliba. I’m sure that one of them might be able to help with tuning your senses. You can’t rely on that enchantment they put on you. It doesn’t seem convincing if your eyes don’t follow a moving object.”

“How unfortunate. I was hoping to see your mother, but I suppose the other half will do for now.” The porcelain faced tween looked to her pair, with some interest. She wanted to guess what traits she got from each parent, guessing she had her father’s eyes and hair while having the manners of her mother. Etien would be the opposite if that was the case. She was very much like her fare, ambitious and cunning, her frame and elegance from her mother.

“Did… he just call me a doll?” The blonde huffed, not liking that sort of description of her. She felt like strangling the younger redhead, though she suppressed the urge. His sharp face and dark eyes only tempted her fingers more to curl around his neck.
She ignored most of the exchange between the siblings, not interested in their small takl, though she knew when she was being complimented and when it was more of an insult. If she weren’t trying to keep a good image in public, she’d have had the boy hanging by his ankles, dangled over a balcony. Taking his hand, she shook it once and let go, “Hmph…. Hajimemashite. Titania Etien desu. Douzo yoroshiku.. Pair no onee-san desu. Gaki je nai...desu. And don't call me a doll again.”

(Terrible wapanese I've done. I bet this isn't even correct XD )

“Broter!” shouted a bouncing, curly haired brunette. Over her head was a handmade sign that had the corporal’s name in big letters along with several large hearts drawn in various parts of the board. The sandy blonde soldier grinned as he heard his sister’s cheers from inside the truck. Getting off the truck was difficult, his wound still tender. They had taken out the bullet, which he kept of course, and patched him up. He nearly toppled over when the spritely girl tackled him, a grunt escaping him, but he endured. “I missed you.”

"Yeah," The soldier replied, a grin on. He was finally home after going through that hell. The Glastonian Ambition failed, but it was to be expected. They had tapped into a force that was too much for those without the Spark to handle. But now wasn't the time to think about their mistake. He was home, unlike many of his brothers. "I'm glad to be home."

the boy smirked slightly- so, this one had a basic grsp of the language, though she had a really bad accent. He was tempted to bring it up, but he had promissed that he'd be a bit more polite. Already in his head he had come up with his own name for her, chiisai-hime, but he wasn't going to use it in front of Maria
"Oi, Onee-sama... Outo-san brought you something and has it in the car... he said he wants you to go see it cause it's a surprise."
Maria blinked a few times, then nodded, taking her leave of Etien very respectfully, as the boy waited for his sister to be out of earshot, lowering his voice so she could hear.
".... Oi, Chiisai-hime What's your actual relationship to my Onee-sama? She said you were 'taisetsu' to her, and I want to understand what she was implying by that."
Despite being younger then Etien, the boy pursed his lips slightly, a distinctly serious look on his face

((Outo-san - father, respectful
Chiisai-hime - small princess))

Jelena Taurus

Relena Saint Mantis

Well, well well. Wasn't this quite the little game?

Relena gave another one of those coy, all knowing smiles, her violet eyes flashing with something indiscernible until she closed them.

"Would it get you anywhere?" She echoed, then sighed dramatically, fingers drumming on the empty glass. "Well," her voice was low, "that all depends on where you want to go Jules. Do you have a place in mind?" The smile curled her lips and she opened her eyes to gaze evenly at Jules.

It was almost as though she was daring Jules to do something. What that was, however, was the real question.

"Mmm, your kind of woman?" So this was the game they were playing. She had picked up on it before but those last words confirmed it. But was this just for fun, or with a serious intent? "I don't know Jules. I'd hate to make such a claim of knowing such a woman without having a name on my mind as a prime example of such... sophistication. Perhaps when I meet a woman such as her, I should refer her to you?"

Relena slid a little bit closer to Jules, and leaned a little away from the wall so that she caught the silver haired woman's eyes. "But if there is such a woman around..." she trailed off, seeming thoughtful for a moment, "what makes you think she's looking to be dominated?" Both brows lifted at that question and Rel then returned to her spot, back against the wall, smiling to herself.

((You know, I'm not surprised that they are flirting right now XD. They both seem to interact so oddly anyways. XD))

Malwyn Carmineo

Malwyn shook her head. "No, don't apologize. I'm well into the blunt ones. I prefer those who are open with their words than those who try to hide their meaning." It was part of the reason why she loved Terresha so much, because Terry told the truth even when it hurt. Now if only her blond could get rid of that damning self doubt...

"You are very beautiful, Miss Emilie," she stressed the title to make a point, "Remember that I asked you to call me Mal, didn't I?" She smiled easily. "And here at Temperance, I'm sure you'll gain that strength. Remember we're here to help you if you ever need it."

"What are you saying? She's my pair. It is as simple as that." Etien wasn't sure what the boy was trying to get out of her, but he sure was annoying. Why wasn't he affected by her? Damn, the whole family must have had some sort of natural immunity to her ability. this didn't please her one bit. "I trust Maria enough to take care of me, and in return, I take care of her. If you're implying something, why not just say it out loud?"
Emilie Leanna Hoft

Emilie smiled and looked away, mumbling something to herself--that's not a very polite habit. Speak up when you want to be understood. "You are quite the... noble lady, Mal." She went to smile when pain shot up her spine, causing her to grimace and rest a hand beneath her collar at the back of her neck.

"My apologies, again," she whispered as she lowered her arm--always keep your arms at your sides unless a gentleman asks to take your hand. Such pain spasms were common, especially when Emilie was nervous, and usually passed within a few minutes. Her mother had always stressed to her that she had to live with it and put on a pretty smile, and so she did.

At that point, the boy grumbled slightly- he didn't seem to have the same level of resistance to this woman's Miasma his sister did, and he took a step back- a good one
"Hmph. I see... fine then, I'll let it go for now, but my Onee-sama say you're an special person to her, and 'll find out what she means one day."
As if on cue, he looked over his shoulder to see Maria returning with two people in tow. On her right was a male with red spiky hair, the same as the boy's, and a green jacket. glasses caught the light as he smiled, and he looked forward to the boy, a smile still on his face as he sat down across the table from them. The woman wore long brown pants, a duster, and shared many of Maria's physical traits- her face, her body development, and her demeanor. She sat next to the male as Maria walked over, wearing a new scarf.
"Ah... Etien-sama these are my parents... Issac Ashcroft and Sakura Ashcroft."
Sakura's hair was a slightly lighter red then the rest of her family's, and it blew back, giving her a very regal and interesting appearance- more interestingly, she wore an eyepatch over her left eye, as well as a cllar with a chain hanging down. She spoke first.
"So you're my daughter's pair... Well, a fine choice, I can tell from looking at you you have some ability. A pleasure to meet you."
Pulling the glove off one hand, she extended it to Etien to take in a handshake. She too, seemed to share her daughter's resistance to the young potential's aura- it seemed to be a trait the females of the family had primarily, as Maria's father couldn't close the distance for too long, judging from a light layer of sweat on his brow, as he followed his wife's introduction
"Issac Ashcroft at your service, I'm Maria's father."
his tall and light demeanor was like that of a bird's, compare to his family member's. after he greeted Etien properly, he put a few feet between himself and her and sat down.

Etien was much more impressed with Maria's parents than she thought she would be. Sakura was all but pitiful, almost like royalty. The blonde girl couldn't help but imagine Maria the same way, the blue eyed duchess trying her best not to blush. She wouldn't mind being seen with her pair if she were more like her mother. That would be her goal; Make Maria just as amazing as her mother. Taking Sakura's hand, Etien relaxed, her unseen mist dispersing, "Nice... to meet you, madame. A pleasure to meet you as well."

Issac was quite tall, his hair reminding the girl of an exotic bird she once saw on her visit to a southern island. If he spread out his arms and flapped hard enough, maybe he would be the first man to fly. Etien felt a light grin form on her face at the thought. She was certainly amused by this odd family, "I'll gladly accept."

"Maria hasn't mentioned what an interesting family she has, though I neglected to ask until recently, so there's no fault on either side. My parents weren't able to attend the ceremony. They're probably having tea in Rainer right now. I'm glad to have met you all." Maria bowed her head, sending a glance to Maria before sitting up. "Oh, Excuse me. Would you like some tea? This is Black Dragon tea from Chugoku. It's slightly bitter, but has a sweet, creamy scent."

Anything she'd been about to say in regards to the watch was cut short. A soft, barely audible sort of noise left Vesper's lips and her left hand lifted to the side of her left eye, just at the corner. Her fingers touched the flesh there, almost curious in their examination, then the appendage fell away. Vesper's lips pressed into a thin line for a moment, thoughtful rather then displeased or upset.

"I wasn't aware." she finally admitted, shrugging a shoulder, "I mean after all, I couldn't exactly examine the handy work myself, you know?" she smiled, though the expression was a bit tight. Her senses were rather keen, really, just not in an overly populated room where everything sounded like it was coming from everywhere (which really, it was.) Still, he was right. She needed to speak to someone about both the enchantment and possibly some help otherwise. "Hm, I'll see if I can't get one of the professers to help me out...When things calm back down, of course. Everyone is going to be on a bit of a buzz for a while..."

Maria blushed slightly at the glance, watching Etien. The fact that her mistress approved of her parents made her surge with a bit of pride, and she straightented herself out just a bit
"Ah, let me get that Etien, I insist."
She stood up as well, a small smile on her face as she served the tea, first to Etien and her mother, than her father and herself- her brother declined to offer, pulling out a bottled beverage of his own.
With the miasma dispersed, the father moved in a bit closer, sitting next to his wife and smiling, sipping from the glass and scalding his tngue slightly, wincing
"Ah.... a good flavor... of course, it might help if I didn't burn myself, eh?"
He laughed a bit, then noded to Etien, a smile forming on his face.
"So Etien, tell me about yourself, if you feel up to it. After all, when my daughter writes home, she mentions you quite frequently-"
A blush appeared on Maria's face at this point
"- and it seems her description was spot on."

Sakura, to, had a firm and confident handshake, while not being forceful, and she smiled a bit as her husband spoke, and she inhaled the aroma of the tea quite deeply before sipping gently
"Forgive my husband, he's exceedinly bright, but I'm afraid he's a bit of a ditz, for lack of a better word. And you're correct, an uplifting aroma. It's nice to see you and Maria get along so well, since I'm going to be putting a request in for a permanent staff position here at the academy."

Maria sat quietly, but not due to shynesss- there was a proud posture to her, and she was enjoying herself as she sipped her own tea

-Alestia Languin-

Despite the appearance of the other two (or maybe for that very reason, who knew?) and what they'd said about Brieanna, the former Guardian wasn't going to wait any longer. With several soothing murmurs, Alestia rose to her feet, bringing Dallas up with her- carefully of course. Once balanced with her own weight and the addition of the potential's weight, the ex-guardian turned and headed for the medical wing. She didn't pause to wait and see who followed or who didn't, it didn't matter. Who ever cared enough would either follow or be there for Dallas in time, and that was fine. Those who didn't care? Well, they could just piss off then, couldn't they?

It didn't take the ravenette long to reach her destination. Even if she was walking carefully, she'd been hurrying towards the wing. She needed to get Dallas somewhere she could be cared for, and Ali knew that place was the medical wing. Once inside, she called out for the healers, though carefully arranged her current charge on one of the examining beds. She was still uttering soothing words to the redhead on occasion, but now it wasn't so much up to her anymore. Dallas was in the healer's hands now, but that wasn't about to stop Alestia from hovering in the background.

Cheshire and Iris followed, also hovering in the background, the catgilr sitting on a chair, with Iris writing in a notepad. Both seemed to be be waiting for Dallas to be ready to speak, and both seemed so intent on staying that an act of god couldn't move them

Freya Ahlberg

Right now really wasn't the time to discuss Jelena's comment about hypnosis; the children should be shielded from things like that and coddled. When they went to sleep they would have this conversation, but for now they were celebrating and being happy about their victory.

Pulling herself up from the desk, she approached the children and Zaira with a swaying swing to her hips. "We might have to split the bill on this one, sweeties," She seemed really natural in the way she picked up Leanne, under the arms and balancing her against a womanly curve. "But first, these two and I need a quick change." Before these festivities she and her pairs had to go out and get something a little more dressy for the ceremony since the kids didn't have anything. As was previously mentioned, Chloe looked boyishly handsome in her tucked shirt and slacks. Leanne picked out a pretty dress for herself with lots of precious frills and ribbons.

Freya was so delighted they just had to get it.

"We'll want these to last at least until the holidays." Freya, unresisting to the urge, leaned down and gave Zaira a sweet little kiss on the lips. Chloe watched, then tucked her head in Zaira's shoulder bashfully! "Mm, Jelena you need to bring that dog down. The only way you could spoil him more is by letting our angels play with him."

Kamiko Hamasaki

A chance at a closer look at a real-life DV? Of course they weren't going to question that! Chiyo and Aoi climbed up the ramp after their onee-san's partner, climbing in to sit on Kamiko's seat and sit on their hands. There were so many buttons! The temptation to push them was rising hotly within them...

"Is this were Onee-chan sat?" Aoi asked. Chiyo took to forming her hand into the shape of a hand-gun, pretending to shoot down enemies all around them.

Kamiko smiled, something that was echo'd on her mother's face. It was a high probability she'd look like her mother at some point, which was delightful since her mother was a beautiful woman. "Mm, Shannon-chan should be careful," Kamiko warned.

"They really like to press buttons that they ought not to."

"Your father still hasn't been able to fix the coffee maker," Kimiko mourned.

Dallas Van Laar

She literally lost her mind for a while. Her cries became muffled in her hands, the sounds strangled in her throat. Dallas didn't even realize when someone picked her up from the floor, and took her into the medical wing. It was as though she were teleported from one place to the next, and when she opened her water-drenched eyes she was looking at the people she did and did not know.

They rested on Brieanna. There was silent begging her to sit next to her, to stay close to her. Meanwhile the medical examiners got their camera equipment and x-ray machine ready. Unfortunately they needed to document the abuse before they could heal away the girl's bruises.

The X-ray would show evidence of past abuse.

Seth's eyes opened as he heard his door-bell ring. The boy sighed at the thought of getting off of his sofa right now. He was tired, and had become acustomed to being able to sleep as long as he wanted to in this time period. Even if he did feel like getting up, he was not dressed properly to answer the door. All he had on were a pair of skinny jeans. he was wearing no shirt or shoes, and his hair was messy. He dreaded the thought of the person at his door being a guardian and seeing him this way. Still, he had manners, and it was impolite to ignore your door-bell. Therefore, Seth stood up and walked lazily toward the door. his feet dragged against the carpet, and a bead of sweat rolled down his face. Finally, he opened his door, and saw a young potential standing at the door. Now, he was really emberassed. Not only had a woman of power saw him in this state, but a girl of an age that appeared to be close to his. Still, he answered his door with an apethetic "What is it?"

"Alright," Maria pursed her thin lips for a moment, watching Maria go around the table to serve the tea. It was going to be slightly more difficult to scold her after this, but it didn't mean that her servant was free. The blond still expected the more than enough attention that Maria gave her. Eventually, she would be impatient with her once again.

"Oh, be careful sir. It might help if you put a spoonful of sugar on it." Maria covered her giggles and considered his question. Hearing that her pair wrote about her was more or less surprising, but it would have helped if she had informed her what she had said in her letters. If spot on was this mask of a polite, charming, and very concerned partner, the blonde was more than prepared, "Well, my father owns a construction and manufacturing firm as well as several different shares of several companies, but since he's not allowed to progress within Temperance, he's been investing in foreign companies, like The Celestia Cotton Company. He likes to brag he's the reason why men have such fine socks."

"You're going to be a professor? What class would you be teaching?" Maria asked with great interest, wondering what the woman had to offer. Etien hoped that it wasn't Dual Vehicle lessons and something she liked more, like Spells or Operations.
