Don't turn your back

Telle sat down after Grace moved the maps and looked around her house. It was cluttered, to say the least, but he wasn't the type of person who minded the mess. He was happy to hear that he parents weren't home, not that it made their conversation (or lack there of) any less awkward. At least Grace was there to feel awkward with him, which she obviously was. She asked him if he worked, a question that sort of took him by surprise. Normally people ask you what you do, not... if you do. "Well... no, actually." he said, looking down to meet her eyes. "We got money from our parents when they-" he paused, searching for the right word. "left." he said, though that didn't really explain it. Still, he hadn't meant to tell her that, but now that he had he felt the urge to tell her more, and hoped she'd ask some follow-up questions so he could. It was strange, though. Wanting to talk about how his parents left. He didn't even talk about it to Ty, the only other person it really applied to. Though Ty had really been too young to understand. All he knew was his mommy and daddy left. Poor kid... Telle though with frown. He realized suddenly that he'd been spacing-out and could've missed something Grace had said. His head snapped back up and he met her eyes once again.

Smiling, Ty continued to kiss Lucci, though he couldn't get Telle out of his head. Which, as you might guess, wasn't helping his make-out skills in the least. He kept thinking Telle would burst though the wall or something. Seemed like something he would do. Anyway he decided he couldn't take the pressure anymore. Leave it to Telle to ruin something when he wasn't even there. "Hey, Lucci? Maybe you should go home, you know, before Telle gets back. He'll be pissed as f*ck. He could kill us all." he said smiling. Though really... it could happen.

Slightly disappointed, Luccianna nodded. "Alright, see you later. Call me when he's not here." She said, smiling. After giving him a quick kiss goodbye, she extracted herself from him and slid out the door, waving over her shoulder.
Wrapping herself in a hug, she hurried down the frigid street in the cold. God, it was so cold!! Starting to jog, she rubbed her arms to cause friction. Her house was five blocks away, and she was freezing in her PJs; a spaghetti strap and mini cloth shorts.

Ty smiled again and kissed her goodbye even though he was sad to see her go. Still, he didn't want his girlfriend, or himself for that matter, being murdered by his psychopath brother. He was tired anyway, he did stay up all night after all. With a yawn he dragged himself upstairs, practically falling into his bed, and fell asleep. At least if Telle kills me I won't feel it. he thought, just before he fell asleep.

Stopping to breath, she started to violently shiver. It was so cold!!! She was still a couple blocks from her house, she was almost positive she could get there without stopping to ask a friend for help. It wasn't that far...

||OoC: Fuss? >.<
Who says that? >.< (Other than you, of course. :/ )
Yes, because my charrie was slowly dying. All because Star has homophobia. >.< ||

It's for the sake of writing, girly. When you make a charrie, you adapt to their personality. When you post with that person, you become them.
That's why I had no problem playing James. :] ||
|| The point is I'm not a homophobic.
I'd play a gay guy no problem ^-^

+AMELIA GRACE KNIGHT+

Amelia observed Telle, leaning forward in her seat. She was rather stunned when he explained the situation with his parents. Amelia’s parents would frequently leave, so she could somewhat relate. She did not speak until his eyes met hers once more.[/coor]

”It must be pretty lonely…How, exactly did they leave? When did it hap-”

Amelia stopped, realizing she was prying a bit too deep too fast.

”Sorry. You don’t have to answer those if you don’t want to. It’s just, my parents are gone most of the time. They do research projects, so they travel frequently. They used to take me when I was younger, but once I hit middle school, that stopped. I‘ve basically raised myself since then and look what I turned into.”

She laughed slightly, chewing what was left of her fingernails off.

”Forget it, that doesn’t really relate at all. Sorry.”

She looked down to her knees. It was lonely for her, especially since she did not have, what you could call, “friends” in the area. She could not even imagine what Telle was going through. Having his parents leave him and his brother. However, Amelia was rather curious. She waited for his response.

Telle smiled at Grace, tripping over her words as she did, well, every time he talked to her. "No, it's okay. I don't mind telling you." he said, still thinking about what she'd said. It was funny how she reminded him of himself, not just because of her parents though. He remembered suddenly that he was supposed to be talking, not thinking. "Oh!" he said, looking back up. He always tended to look down whenever he was thinking about something. "My parents, right. Well as to 'how' they left I'm not sure, they were just gone, well they weren't but-" He sighed. Now he was the one tripping over his words. "Well, it's complicated. I don't know why they left, but I knew they would. A-n-" he sighed again. "Complicated. Anyway, they left a long time ago, nine years ago, actually. I was sixteen and Ty was only seven..." he stopped again. As bad as it was for him, how much worse would it have been for his baby brother?

”I see…”

Amelia thought the situation through. She wondered how they put up with it…especially with a baby brother. She thought through their reactions, what he must of thought of them leaving and what he still thinks...still, she had so many questions but decided to leave it be. She did not want to make her guest uncomfortable…guest…she smiled at that. This was actually the first time she had brought someone over in this town. Amelia decided to change the subject.

”So, what do you think of wolves?”

Telle frowned slightly. He really hadn't meant to tell her all that. They had just met after all. All she said was 'I see.', which surprised him, like so many things Grace said. But she changed the subject after that and there was no more time to dwell on it. He looked up at her when she spoke, her question, 'do you like wolves?' would be another one of those surprising things if he hadn't known why she asked it. He wasn't sure how to answer it though, if he said yes and she saw the picture it might arouse her suspicions, not that she would actually think he was a werewolf but contact with wolves wasn't a good thing around here. Still, he couldn't say he didn't like himself. "Yeah, they're awesome." he said smiling, as if it was an inside joke. Which in a way it was.

Amelia looked Telle in the eyes, finally gave him a full smile. The atmosphere around her picking up. She unintentionally leaned towards him in her seat.

"That‘s good! I think they‘re beautiful. I saw one the other night you know."

Her voice was more audible than usual, and she did not stutter this time. This was something she could speak of with ease. Amelia looked at him, waiting for a reaction. You did not find many people here who were fond of wolves, which was why she decided to leave the part out of seeing the animal in town, yet alone right on his doorstep. She was testing him. Seeing if what he said were his true thoughts. She studied every aspect and every motion Telle made after her comment.

Telle smiled, his matching Grace's perfectly. "Me too. That's cool that you saw one, where was it?" he asked, almost laughing. It was funny referring to himself like that. Or, 'it' in this case. He noticed how she didn't stutter this time, it was obvious she really liked wolves. Me too! he thought happily.
