Josselynne Alzbeta Brouquette

A soft, sweet chuckle escaped her lips. “Don't all guys have lousy senses of direction?”The girl asked jokingly as she walked towards the door. When he held it open for her, she stepped out into the night, taking in a deep breath. “I love the way the air smells after dark....there's just something about it....” Josselynne said, looking to Fenwick. “It's your turn to ask a question, you know,” She reminded him, the smirk returning to her lips for a moment. “Ask me anything, I think you're more curious than you're letting on....” She could tell from watching him that he was wondering about something, and she wanted to know what.

~.~Amelia Emellie Minanette Von Rudnick~.~
Felt her eyes narrow as he picked her up, she gripped one of her crutches then stopped as he said he'd drop her. She grumbling in Slovanien then looked up at him as he asked her what song she had been humming. She glared up at him then looked away holding her things.
"Gypsy.. My studda bubba taught me it.. She also taught me how to play the instruments to perform it.. As well as the lyrics to it as well, as the dance to it.. And if you don't know what a studda bubba is, it's another word for grandmother.."She said grudgingly poking his cheek with her finger. She glared at him, it was kind of fun acting so stubborn to him. So she wasn't about to let up on him so soon. She then looked up to the sky as she began to sing the song. She sighed softly calming down her accent adding a nice touch to the lyrics. She knew the exact dance to it and smiled remembering the old days as her studda bubba would tell her stories about being a traveling gypsy. She didn't know though, she was trained by one of the gypsys' great grand daughters of one of the gypsy's he had encountered. She sang the lyrics softly looking forward slightly not really paying attention to him. She then finished the song softly yet quickly looking forward. She sighed deeply after looking forward slightly before glancing up at him for once not glaring at him.

Aiden Lefleur

Aiden felt a shock at hearing the song title. He remember some gypsies from his past and hearing the song. He had enjoyed it then and even now. He wasn't sure if he enjoyed the fact that she was a relative of the people. Some had been able to know what he was when he had hung around the group. He thought they were slightly dangerous and it made him cautious as he looked straight ahead. He thought about what to reveal to her and what not. He had already decided to change how they met and have her forget the mansion in the woods. It was in his way protecting his home and new family. He felt her eyes on him and glanced down. "Why are you in America?" He continued to move without getting nervous about tripping on any loose trunks of trees. He took another turn in the path and slowly the trees were slowly thinning out. They were getting closer to the clearing of the town.

Machaelia had shrugged off her idea of not running and already mad it to the town. She stood at the edge of town and straightened out her dress, it was true it was easy to get a snack all she had to do was act cute but she hated doing it that way. She looked at the town her odd colored eyes shifting around in search for someone close by. Low and behold a woman about thirties or so wasn't too far away fast food in a sense.

Machaelia wasn't like others she drank her victims dry most of the time and left the body some where after of course getting rid of evidence. People might not like it but then again she didn't like people so why should it matter. Wiping the blood that surrounded her mouth off on a hanker chief she looked down at the lifeless body shrugging before walking back. Okay so she had left it in plain sight on the path to the village where anyone could find it. It was Machaelia's way of making sure her secret wasn't told, and of keeping the others safe. Better silent and dead then alive and gossip.

The silence was starting to drive her nuts, being alone and being in silence were not her favorite things. Machaelia seemed to get her wish when she heard siging and then voices, one of the voices she knew well the other was a stranger. She just continued walking she would walk right past them, of course one was Aiden and he would most likely know what she had done if not just at the sight of her but when he passed the body. Machaelia simply sighed continuing on her way there was no reason to take a detour or hide it wouldn't matter in the end either way.

Fenwick Harding

His lip quivered slightly as he tried not to laugh, and he shook his head, “My pride’s not letting me answer you on that.” Fen obviously didn’t get how the smell was different after dark, back in the city it he didn’t notice a change. Maybe it was different way out here, he still couldn’t tell. He ran his free hand through his hair, “Oh, is it?” He smiled lightly, knowing his face was pretty easy to read, he’d been told before. “Well it’s just that in my family, if your family comes looking then you’re usually in pretty deep trouble.” He shrugged and glanced to her, “I was wondering if it was something like that.”

Looking forward she sighed softly at the question. She remembered her parents lieing to her to get her to with them only to find out she was to be abandoned at the house of her Uncle Darrian. She remembered getting on to a boat saying her last good byes to her beloved studda bubba. She then was brought to reality by nearly dropping her camera. She then thought of a way to answer his question without really revealing anything. She looked up to the sky slightly leaning her head back to look at the path he had taken.
"To get a better life, as my mother said.. To not live the ways of the gypsy, and not to entrance men with my beauty.. That is why she said.. But this better life, didn't turn out too well.. My studda bubba wants me to come back to Slovakia.. To learn the ways of a gypsy and go travel with my childhood friends as well as my studda bubba to travel.."She said softly lifting her head back up looking forward seeing the light of the town. She sighed slightly from getting used to him carrying her. She glanced forward slightly remembering the letters she had recieved from her studda bubba Stella. She wanted to go back to live the exciting life of a gypsy but she knew her place was here. Since her adopted parents lived here, she guessed she might as well stay. She glanced forward raising her right thumb up biting the nail deep in thought. She blinked slightly looking forward though seeing nothing from being to focused on her thoughts. She then began to lose her grip on reality from concentrating so much. She pulled herself back by removing her thumb and staring forward.

“Pride's not always such a bad thing,” was what she said first. She knew he didn't understand what she meant about the night air, about the scent of it, it was the downside of humans having much less acute senses of smell. They were missing out on the subtle changes. Josselynne looked at his face, smiling slightly. He was much cuter than some of the guys she normally attracted, and he wasn't flaunting it either. It was a nice difference. “My family doesn't like that I wander off so much....Sometimes I get sick kinda easy, but I think they worry too much....Can't stay shut away from the world forever, right?” The vampire really wondered what he'd think of that, what he thought of her. She'd never felt so curious about a 'donor' before, but she kinda liked wondering about it.

Aiden Lefleur

Aiden listened carefully and nodded as if understanding. "Interesting...Now, since I have carried you for awhile, What is your name?" He would figure it out and then start his trance with her so she would forget the mansion. He continued to walk and just let her enjoy being held for the moment. He figured she wouldn't be mad at him forever for destroying her film. He thought at least for now, he wouldn't have to kill the girl. He passed a building and soon was on the edge of the small town. It was still dark and most of the families were inside. Tourist were usually the one's walking around trying to take in more of the little city. He waited and made sure she couldn't leave his arms just yet. He was waiting for her name and once he had it...he would work his magic like he usually did with his victims. This time it was just to cover the tracks for the mansion. He was often called by the other vampire's for past deeds or being sloppy. Being one of the Elder's grew tiring at times and he understood why Mariana was grumpy sometimes with the fledglings.

~.~Amelia Emellie Minanette Von Rudnick~.~
Glancing up at him she still hadn't trusted him even though he did carry her. She was about to speak out her name but stopped smiling slightly to give another name. She glanced up at him slightly and into his eyes for a moment as if knowing what he was about to do.
"Stella, Stella Utameli Von Rudnick.. Pleasure to meet you.."She said not hesitating to tell him her studda bubbas' name. She wasn't about to give him her name for she didn't know what he'd do. Nor what he was about to do or say. She jumped out of his arms slightly before he could do anything and landed on her left foot elegantly yet gracefully. She looked up into his eyes for a moment to trick him into paying attention to her eyes and body to forget his purpose. She had learned this from her studda bubba and placed her things down slightly. She rose her hands into the air and then began twisting her hips slightly. She began to dance the dance of the Gypsy song looking into his eyes never removing them. She smiled moving her hands in the air slightly as a gypsy would then brought them down slightly. She twirled elegantly then danced keeping her eyes locked upon his."Have you ever seen this dance? It's quite popular in european countries and is a main dance of gypsys.."She spoke softly looking into his eyes, keeping hers locked upon his. She then moved forward slightly stopping her dancing from distracted him and smiled. She then turned her back to him slightly raising her casted leg into the air, she raised it slightly until it stood straight in the air. She leaned back slightly trying to distract him from his thoughts knowing a true gentleman never asked a woman for her name. She leaned back slightly looking into his eyes then moved back more completing a full circle. She then placed her leg down to the ground looking back at him her eyes locked upon his.

Machaelia made her way back to the mansion and through the front door. The welcoming sound of people and voices getting her in a wave. She laughed and quickly went to her room grabbing her violin and going to her window. She looked around once then clambered up to the roof sitting fairly high upon t she prepared her violin setting it carefully under her chin and closing her eyes. She stayed completely still for a few minutes before touching her bow to the strings. The song rang out through the forest as she sat bathing in the pale moonlight atop the roof her eyes closed as she played perfectly. Her heart raced to the song as her hair was moved by the wind.

((Sorry that's kinda short.))

Jordyn Ames

Jordyn sighed and made his way towards the town. He did not want to argue with Mariana. He knew what he was doing. It was just a matter of time before Luc realized it and came to yell at him. He chuckled at the thought. Really, Luc yelling at him for once would be hilarious. However it may seemed, he had to pay attention. He needed to get Josselynne and speak to her about certain matters.

~Rosanna Alessia Van Davreis~

Rosanna stood up, nodding her head. "Alright then. Follow me," she said to Jaimy, walking out the front door of the cafe. It wasn't really a long walk, but there were quite a few turns to take in order to get to Lillian Iver's house. "I noticed that I hadn't quite caught your name," Rosanna spoke, realizing she did not know his name at all. It was very odd. She usually never asked a tourist for their name - nor did she care to help them out. But she was heading in the same direction. It seemed only fair and polite to be of some kind of service.

Aiden Lefleur

Aiden felt a wave of an uneasy feeling as he watched her dance. He knew the dance and made him aware she may be more than he first thought. He reached down and grabbed her chin in his slightly cooled hands. "Von Rudnick, You are going to forget the path to the mansion. You are going to remember me even less. Now go home." His pupils had grown large as he stared at her and tried to push those thoughts of persuasion into her mind. He then realized something was off and dropped his hand with a frown as his eyes became normal again. He turned away from her and muttered, "Go home Stella..I have business to attend to here." He walked slowly down the street as he tried to search for a woman with gray eyes. He stood and let his eyes wander at people. Pinpointing each in their eyes and not making out the right eye color. He sniffed the air and felt his eyes narrow as he saw a female and male walking down the street. "Bingo.." He pondered how he would go up to her without putting alarms in her head that he was dangerous. Especially so late at night. He suppose he could pretend to hire her to make him a suit for the party. He had plenty, but it could be something to chat with her about and convince her to go to the party with him. He had her first name and last, his powers would be able to hold a stronger hold on her. His powers worked on everyone even if he didn't have there name, it just seemed to fade after a few days and often in dreams would reveal the reality of what happened. Having a name with the face, made it more real and more seamless.

Upon feeling him grab her chin she stopped, and looked up into his eyes. She listened as he talked to her and pulled away walking off. She quirked an eyebrow slightly watching him walk off. She blinked slightly then walked back to the hotel pulling out her cell phone setting down her things once more. She barely got any signal but it was enough to call her studda bubba. She dialed the number quickly then listened to her stubba bubbas' sweet voice and heard gypsy music in the background.
"Studda bubba, it's Mina.. I just had the weirdest thing happen.."She said quietly in a hushed tone and explained what had happened. Her eyes widened as her studda bubba told her what she had just encountered. She asked questions and her studda bubba answered them. Sure enough to boot fit, and she was dumb founded. She said a simple good bye and placed her cell phone in her dress pocket. She pondered on what to do and picked up her things walking up to her room. Once there she took a shower then came out changing into a white short night gown. She hummed Gypsy and moved about in her room dancing silently. She moved elegantly even with a shattered ankle. She then stopped hearing her cell phone go off. She looked to it noticing it was a text message from Jessenia, her cousin. She read it and closed her phone walking over to her things she grabbed her cross necklace placing it upon her pale inviting neck. She then put holy water upon her neck in case any vampire tried biting her. She knew a lot of the gypsy women did this, for it was common for them to do so. Even though, the churches sometimes despised them and refused holy water. They'd get it from different churches which was nice. But still the fact that he had been carrying her all that time gave her chills. She sat on her bed slightly feeling suddenly cold, she slipped under the blankets. Glancing to the window she blinked a few times then shut off the light falling asleep quickly from encountering all that happened.

x~.~.Daily Quote.~.~x

What you lost sight of, is your way back home.
What you can't keep, is the promise you made me.
What you can not erase, is my memory.
Eye opening chapter of my life, the memory.
James Iver

“Not always, but it sure can be annoying,” he glanced up at the sky as they walked, he’d always heard rumors that there were so many more stars out in small towns or even better, in the desert. He looked at her as she spoke, “The world’s too big to be kept locked away from,” he nodded in agreement, “but having a family who worries means they love you, right?” He chuckled, looking a little embarrassed at the things he said. “My mom used to say things like that, guess I didn’t completely escape the cheese gene.” He sipped his coffee, liking how it warmed his hand, such a calm and quiet walk was nice, so much different than he was used to. “You don’t have to worry about getting sick from me, I’ve got all my shots.”

Jaimy stuck his hands in his pockets as he followed Rosanna, he looked a little startled and offered an embarrassed smile, “Oh, sorry. My name’s James,” he paused with a little frown, “Iver, but I prefer Jaimy.” He glanced off to the buildings on the street, trying to remember the way she was showing him, “I don’t think I got your name either,” he said, doing his best to sound friendly. He was usually better at talking to people, maybe it was the whole new environment that had him going. He was missing the foggy city.
