Welcome to Gaia! ::

Kasha was getting paranoid, and she knew it. She glanced over her shoulder again. She couldn't see anything, she couldn't hear anything. But she could swear someone was following her. She finally got to the appartment building she was currently occupying, and broke into a run when she saw it. She went in through the front door, then slammed it shut behind her. She leaned against the door, breathing heavily, and feeling completely ridcoulous.
This girl was hard to follow, Javert thought, dull annoyance flowing through his mind. She certainly ran fast enough. He might have lost track of her if she had not slammed the door, the resounding boom leading him as clearly as a map to her location. Due to his lack of natural offensive advantageous powers, Javert had worked hard to keep his senses at their sharpest. In any case, there was the building, clear as day and now sketched on a bit of paper cup Javert was using as note paper. If the girl left, it would give him some hint of what dwelling she chose. He couldn't enter unnoticed until she moved away from the door, and thus stood matter-of-factly in front of the door as if he were about to knock. If she turned back about again and opened the door, he would be perfectly visible , without enough time to disappear.
Kasha sighed and stood up straight, moving away from the door. She was about to walk away, but she was still feeling exceedingly paranoid. She tip toed to the door, and pulled it open. She found herself face to face with a boy, who looked to be somewhere near her age, who was grey. That was the only way she could describe him. Grey. "Uh..." She said, frozen.
Javert went through his options. He could attack her here and now, but he had no proof that she was a Light Protector and his instincts were telling him specifically not to. Even so, his hand twitched towards the door, and he decided against trying to move away from it. What then to do? His gaze as cold and far away as ever, Javert pulled away his collar from his neck. His birthmark was clearly visible to the girl now, but he still twisted to make it more so. The X resembled a birthmark the protectors had, and he used it now to pretend as if he were one. "Is there sanctuary available here..?" Javert asked, his voice suddenly realistically injected full of hidden pain and fear.
Kasha glanced at the birthmark, but then back at his face. She didn't know about the light protecters yet, so the birthmark ment little to her. She was currently faced with a hard desion. He seemed desperate for saftey, but at the same time, the survival part of Kasha was yelling at her to slam the door, and lock it. "Um...sure..." She said, making a snap desion. She tepped out of the door way, and pulled it open wider. her own birthmark on her wrist was currently turned towards the shadows, completely hidden.

Miranda walked at a sort of quicker pace through the alleys. She had the hood up and made sure her face wasn't showing. The only thing that would have told someone she was there was the white hair sort of hangging out of the hood. She walked to the end of one of the allys knowing she had heard something and looked out. There was more people out starting another riot, one of the tenth ones since the dark seekers arrived. She examined the people noticing one of her old friends joining in on the pain they wher inflicting on another person.
{{ recap would be coolio }}
Javert hung his head as if in relief, moving away from the door at last and letting his knees buckle as if he had been on the brink of losing it. He had lost it long ago, so now it was no trouble to recall and use and abuse the memory. His back slid against the wall until he was practically in a fetal position, and he let his head roll back to rest it against the wall as well. "Thank you," He muttered, almost inaudible the first time. This was actually not completely on purpose, as he hadn't talked for weeks. "Thank you," Javert repeated. He glanced at her as if surveying his savior.

Still, it felt like she hadn't known the meaning of the mark. He thus smiled, not without some difficulty, and said, " I didn't know there were people like you still around. People that would save s-someone like me... a Light Protector." Javert said, sighing.

(I think i'll go to bed and then check on things in the morning.)
Kasha rowned, worried about him. She sat down next to him. "It's no problem." She said. Technicaaly, she was lieing. She had very little food as it was. But she definatley had room for him. "What's a light protector?" She asked curiously. She moved her left arm to brush a strand of hair out of her face, revealing the cherry blossum shaped birth mark.

Lemon was in an alley. A man had just thought he had ambushed her. He was holding her up against the wall by her neck. He had been ready to strike her, but Lemon had caught his eyes in hers. It made him freeze, his eye twitched. He made a sound as if drowning, and a beautifull crimson streak of blood ran down the corner of his mouth over his rough unshaved skin. Lemon held eye contact as his eyes started to bleed as well. Then more blood came gushing from his ears. He dropped her and she held eye contact still. His face was complete drenched in the red liquid now. He twitched and he fell to the ground. "You musn't attack a porcupine simply because it's quills are hidden." she said in her soft whispery voice then walked away down the street, her face blank and emotionless. Her orange hair in two messy braids. She had no were to go, and she was tired of sleeping in her van.

{{ theres no way for me to jump in unless i bust through the window XD }}
Aydia packed her backpack silently. She had already said her goodbeyes to her family. Earlier in the day they had to evacuate the house. The riots were getting worse. Where they were being relocated was beyond Aydia. But she knew that it was for the best.

Her family begged her to go with them. But Aydia knew that all of this had something to do with her powers and that seeker who was after her. Were there more like her? She had caught wind of something like that, but she needed to find out for sure. She could hear rioters in the distance, it made her shake. But Aydia finished packing and walked from her room for the last time.

She walked through her home, stuffing one last picture into her backpack and some dog food. Rufus walked next to her, her father told her to bring him along for protection. Despite his cute name, Rufus was vicious to anyone who posed a danger. The great dane looked at her for a moment, thinking he was going to be fed, but Aydia shook her head. She left her home and locked the front door with Rufus by her side. Little good it would do, but it made her feel better.

"Goodbye..."

As Lemon walked, she saw a girl standing in the front of a house with a rather large black dog. Was she one of the light protectors she was to kill? Perhaps. She wondered how she would be able to find this out. It couldn't be that hard. Just some simple trickery. But as she though of a plan she failed to notice she was staring quite blankly at the girl. She was motionless in fact. Like a statue. Watching your every move. The dog, seemed to notice her however. But she didn't notice it. Because a dog, was not important. However, something was telling her that this girl was to be killed. She pulled down her white hood. But still stared blankly, examining the girl.
