...h...how did you...? he asked, but the blonde lady shook her head and put a finger to her lips. He shut his mouth.

Arthur nodded. "Right. But Thad and...other person who I don't know yet, Thomas isn't someone who you can arrest unless you've got unbreakable handcuffs or something. Of course, the whole giant swarm of killer bees was good, but he's stronger than most other humans, and apparently he can use Spirit Armz and manipulate his Stay now. Riz, please explain how this is possible while we walk back." Arthur started walking back towards where he'd been sitting earlier.

While Thomas did end up being stung, he was far enough away from anyone who knew who he was that he was in no danger. The effects of the stung depleted his Stay and physically exhausted him, forcing him to lean against a nearby wall to recover.

Riz looked at Arthur and began following him. "Okay, well, almost every one of the Ihmeellinen Lasten except for you and a few others received an implant that allows us to control our Stay and form it into a Spirit Arm. I have no idea why they didn't give you an implant, but they didn't. That's pretty much it. Oh, and Thomas is crazier and stronger now, but that was pretty obvious, right?"

Hana when arriving to the scene where Shiro was at, was not surprise to see the girl well pushing others around. Her current victim was Sakura. Hana sweatdropped at this. "S-shiro-san s-should c-cause s-such t-trouble." She muttered softly. Libby looked to Shiro then the Sakura shaking her head a bit. "Who says Santa doesn't exist?" She asked Shiro questioningly tilting her head to the side a bit. "Everything, even rumors need to come from somewhere don't they? Well so does Santa. He may not be exactly what we suspect he is or how our stories tell us but somewhere there is a Santa." She replied smiling and then looking down at Sakura gently petting her head in a comforting manner. "And maybe he's no longer a person, but he exists in the hearts and spirits of children. He could be hope, he could be anything. But he does exist whether it be as an actual person or through people like us." That was Lily's belief after all. Who could say someone didn't exist? Just cause you've never seen someone and only rumors doesn't disprove anything. A story needs to come from somewhere and surely Santa, St. Nick, or whoever he was existed somewhere in the world choosing for whatever reason not be bothered until Christmas.

Mari stared at her little sister and groaned. "Then devour me Sammy." She rolled her eyes a bit. Could you blame Mari for being slightly annoyed and fed up at this point? Sammy was always telling her to go away, that she would kill Mari, that she was stupid. Ok the last one might be true but on the other hand the other parts were still cruel. So what was Mari suppose to do? Mari was not going to be told what to do by her little sister. She would be there for Sammy when Sammy needed her for something but she was not going to be Sammy's little slave. Mari listened with a bored expression as her sister carried on some. "Yup... mhmm... whatever you want." Mari droned letting her sister her moment until two others arrived. Kasumi arrived with Zero and looked at Sammy sweatdropping. "Well hello to you too..." She replied. Zero was giving the same reaction to Sammy's friend Tyreal. "You both are unbelievable! I mean you two human ice cubes have enough issues when it comes to social skills on your own you guys don't need each other to push away who you guys do have. Can't you two just like let each other choose who their friends are and who they choose to be with?" She shook her head. Did it really matter if she was with Zero or if Tyreal was with Sammy?

Nova blinked at Kain. Then he frowned and stopped for a moment and stood in place. "Like that has anything to do with anything, you can have as many abilities over me as you want. That's not going to make me lose, I can have the least amount of stay in the world, no skills at all, and no notability." he smirks a bit and raises his fist to him and winks. "If I fight better than you, than all of that means nothing. That stay of yours means nothing to me." he chuckles a bit and smirks arrogantly "So how about I shove those words you call facts down your throat~" he reaches up to his face and forcibly breaks the fusion between Killua and himself. "Killua, sorry but I don't need you now. I want to do this on my own, I don't want to have to rely on your abilities to stop Kain. Not after what he said, if that's alright with you.. otherwise you can take over alright?" he smiles a bit at Killua and turns around to see the lions and he begins flailing comically all chibified as he gets swallowed by a lion "AhhhH!!" an awkward silence from that moment, but then the blood lions would find itself steaming away and finally a firey burst comes from within the lion blowing and burning up the lion. He begins stomping on the blood making splashing noises comically angry his body and hair were covered with blood. "Stupid lion take that for eating me! HAH!!" he had a proud grin on his face and then he points to Kain his body was steaming up a bit burning away all the blood off his body and he spits out some blood out of his mouth, he was 100% clean. "Alright Kain-san, this is where The Notoriously awesome Nova Koneko will kick your face in!" he rushes as Kain steamed up, a trail of fire following him and his fist was on fire ready to punch Kain in the face his body was glowing with a burning stay aura around him. Blood was still liquid from a body, it would easily burn up it tried capturing him.. or would it? Even iif he dodged Nova smirked as he hit the ground as he missed suddenly the aura around him would explode outwards in a fiery explosion. "Nova" it was Nova's secret technique. The explosion of stay from the source of the stay.. much like a star exploding, so with that it was named... Nova!

If Burton had skin he would have rose an eyebrow at Larten's words. He was going to show this old bone some new tricks. "Well you are fighting Satan...you do know who that is right...?" Burton knew that Larten may not know who Satan was exactly. Satan was in a young body which reduced his power overall. "Just be careful, that's all I can say to you." Burton glances over to Satan. Satan did not seem interested in his opponent, Larten, at all. In fact he was paying more attention to the Cloe woman than anyone else. Burton kind of wondered what that was all about. Burton points to the crowd where his kids lay sleeping by MIzuki and the others. "Up until now you have had nothing to live for. Your very existence has been pointless. Every year was like a day to you. It was empty. But now you have something. You have a hope to keep alive." Burton teeth begins chatter. "Even if you die those children need to continue living. That is your very goal as a parent."

"You sure are confident. I don't understand why."
The voice continued to ring through Saito's ear. The boy attempts to clear the ring of the Nezumi kaze, the random bunch of particles begin to come together forming a number of Assesions that were scattered about throughout the ring. They all stare Saito down before rushing in with their sabers from all angles at Saito. "If it's any consolation before you die, you should be proud that I've made it to 15 % now." One of the Assession's say as they all attack Saito. It still was not looking good for Saito, he was up against a lot of people, maybe he would be able to hold his own though. Possibly having a trick or two up his sleeve.
Watching the fight from outside of the arena was HImawari. She was standing not too far from Sakuya and had noticed her friend's smile. Himawri did smile back, and was acting as friendly with Sakuya as possible. Himawari found herself enjoying Asession's fight and really rooting for him, and not just beause they were on the same side. Between cheering for Asession and looking over at Sakuya Himawari was catching quite the cough. SHe holds up a fist near her mouth and coughs a bit. Where did this come from? Was she getting sick? Why now of all times. Himawari wraps a hand around her stomach and grunts lightly. She was really feeling bad suddenly. "What the heck is this?"

SJust outside of the arena, a small group was being built. This group consisting of Sammy, Tyreal, Mari, Zero, and Kasumi. At first Mari was standing up to Sammy, which Sammy really did not like. She wore that narrowed eyed expression she was really known for. Though she does not respond, partly because Kasumi suddenly spoke her mind too. Zero grunts under his breath. Did women all over the world just forget their place? For the sake of sammiches everywhere, what was Kasumi, and Mari's deal? This was all Zero's mentality though and in no way shape of form reflected the way his mun thought about the world. Zero was just an a*****e, and that probably was not going to change now or ever. Zero and Sammy both react to this the same exact way. They grunt and inquire in unison,"Do you think this is for that person?" THey point to one another, grunt, and then look away. Sammy had her arms crossed and closed her eyes. "He's become so disgusting. Involving himself with the weakest kind of people and advancing slowly. It's embarrassing to call this guy my partner." Zero took a more angered approach to this. He summoned his chains and began to twirl them around, glaring at Sammy as he did so. "Damn angel wench. I'll cut you down when I get the chance. I don't need you one bit. Someone who imitates the lives of others to go stronger." Sammy scoffed at this, her eyes narrowing almost beautifully as she retorts to Zero. Oh and she was about to really get him too. "Is it really me who has been copying the lives of others? Who was the one who has lost his old way of living who has changed more than anything? The one who no longer fights to go stronger, but insted for a woman that makes him stronger?" Zero grunted and shook his head to the side,"You'd better shut up right now. I'm warning you woman!" Sammy was not shutting up. She answerd to no one, especially not someone as "weak" as Zero. "You are doing the same as me...getting close to copy the strength of those others. And how fitting that I'm copying the Nezumi, and you're copying her partner. The closer they are to people...loved ones...the stronger they have become. We're both simply copying them and nothing more."
Sammy still very much so hated all the people around her. Everyone of them pissed her off to no end and she was simply around these "precious ones" because a once irritated Kei had slowed her role. She had started to bond with these people and sense then Kei's power has grown. Kei was still very young in terms of angels, and yet she was the strongest among the young angel children. She even opened up a bit and started getting more girly, mimicking the way Kei revealed her true name. Sammy was implying that Zero was doing the same as Daitaro. Specifically "falling in love" with a weak girl who would need to depend on him. Someone he would need to rescue constantly. That is what Zero needed to get as strong, or even stronger than Daitaro. "So then my partner..how about we both just be completely honest so that we don't have to hear your woman's mouth any longer?"
Zero did not respond whatsoever.
"Exactly."

Tsuki stopped throwing marshmallows at Liao and blinked when he said he would never be able to thank Mary. Tsuki smiled and shook her head. "No, you could if you really wanted to...she's up there somewhere...just have to find out where.",Tsuki said with a cute little giggle. She clenched her fist before herself and smirked some. "I'm sure if we looked among all the souls in Heave we'd find her, nya...but I'm not ready for that. Not until I know that I can truly make her proud!" Tsuki hoped that she would see Mary again in the future, same went for her mother as well. Of course she would wait until she was at her very peak and then show them how far shes come. But for now Tsuki would continue to move on with those people living on as memories deep within her heart.



"They got Stay tramplants?"
Thad blinked lightly hearing this. People were artificially playing with stay. It sounded a lot like the case that he had heard from long ago. It was concerning "that girl" who was long gone by now. She had probably died not only in body, but in memory. Not even Tsuki talked about that time. Five years ago, before Thad was even around this group. He shakes his head and mutters to himself,"When will we humans learn?" His eyes narrowed behind his square glasses. It was horrible when these kind of things happened to children. "I overheard you talking about those Myyka people...If possible I want to assist in taking them down." After all, Thad was sort of a cop when it came to Heaven and earth affairs. He would give them the assistance and back up they needed to beat that organization, regardless of if it seemed possible or not to Arthur and Riz. It does not take long to get back over to Sakura. Sakura greets everyone with that worried smile of hers. Waving a hand softly and awaiting to see if everyone was alright. Thad smiles and waves back at Sakura. This did not sit well with pam. The blond clings onto Thad and rubs her head against his arm. Sticking a tongue out at Sakura and just all around being a little brat. "Uwah~ Thad-kun~ Lets ditch all these losers. Especially the weird potty mouths. You and I can go do fun things~:"
Thad's face paled some. Pam was still a little girl, did they even have the same idea of fun?
"I'm not causing trouble at all! I'm just...well...trying to give Sakura-chan a backbone!",Shiro argues with Hana in defense of her actions towards Sakura. After explaining this she takes her paper fan and smacks Hana in the forehead with it. Treating her equal to Sakura and declaring,"You need a backbone as well!" Shiro stops abusing the two girls to give Libby a chance to speak. She listens as the blond lady talks about how Santa, even if not real, came from some truth. It was probably because Hideki and Shiro were both super intelligent, that Hideki never bothered to buy into Santa-despite being around angels and things all the time- Shiro sighs and crosses her arms, sitting down and putting one leg over the other, crossing them as well. "There isn't a Santa for me. Though if you want to believe in something so childish than that is alright. It will just cost you all twenty-five points!" Shiro points her paper fan at the girls with a tiny smile.
A hand landed on the top of Shiro's head, causing the small girl to blink some and look up. She smiles brightly when she sees that it's Hiro. "HIro-chan?" Hiro smirked a bit and pulls his hand away from Shiro's head, crossing it against his strongest chest. "You're even more sadistic than I am. You're a demoness in disguise, aren't you?" Shiro giggled and clung to Hiro. Hiro grunts and tries pushing the girl away from him, but of course it didn't work out that way. Hikaru and Daitosuke walked up shortly after. Both of them laugh some seeing the way that Hiro and Shiro interacted. "It's just like that long passed time.",Hikaru comments and crosses his arms with a wide smile on his face. Daitosuke didn't know what Hikaru meant, and did not have ask to time. He smiles as well and walks over to Sakura. Sitting next to her and asking,"Did I miss anything Sakura-san?" Sakura looks over at Daitosuke and blushes lightly, but still manages a cute smile.
"Yeah, but I'll tell you all about it."


"If you were alone somewhere with Yami-kun, would you want us to know?"
Mizuki responds with a tiny cat smile as she crosses her arms behind her head. She was of course answering their question as to where Mikomi had gotten off too. She was off somewhere with Yoshi, and as long as Mikomi was happy then so was Mizuki. No needed to cramp her style. Though Mizuki could not help but feel jealous for a number of reasons. This is when Yami splits himself into two. Mizuki blinks a bit and then narrows her eyes. Grabbing the red eyed one by the shoulders and shaking him. "ANd you couldn't EVER use this ability earlier? Were you just saving it? You know how EASY this could have made a lot of the crap we've done! You really are a baka! A bakabakabaka BAKA!" Mizuki lets go and sighs heavily, shaking her head and rubbing her temples. Oi, that got on her nerve. MIzuki now calmed down looks to Yami and sweatdropps. "S-so the point of you doing this was?" Neon takes this moment to head over to Clopas. Clopas smiles and greets the human boy with a,"Hello." He listens to the boy's request to help and sighs softly. "While it isn't regulation at all for an unranked person like yourself to come along with me...I don't see why not." Clopas smiles a bit. "Just don't tell Tsuki-kun. She'll be mad. Even if she is ranked I don't like her going off into dangerous fights. I'm kind of mean that way." Clopas chuckles some to himself, thinking about her cute pouting face as she calls him a baka or something of that nature.


"You know it's mighty rude to go around spying on people."
A confident voice dances it's ways into the pointed ears of the dark winged man. A figure of light stand back to back with this dark being. His long blue hair pulled back into a pony tain. His clothing layered with the emblem of another world. His eyes were slanted in a cool fashion, and his face was void of any type of ill will. He was a happy looking person. This person was standing at the black man's side and was telling him to watch his actions, especially at a place like this. "That is Usagi's son now...not "hers". So please, back off. He gave up that lifetime a looooong time ago. Leave him be, this is who he is now." The man goes on to say. He gently places a hand on a sword at his side. Suggest that he would draw it if need be. "I'd prefer it if that woman did not have to shed her tears. Please...she pains enough."
He refers to the Queen of Commandments who works day in and day out and is still hated from the many dwellers of this spiritual world. In the end this man was going to make sure she found some kind of happiness. Even if he had to cut down this shady guy.

Kain was not at all surprised with the way that Nova responded to him. Suddenly the Koneko seemed a lot more hostile than he had ever presented him before. Maybe Kain had struck a nerve and stirred up an emotion that Nova himself did not even know he was capable of. Whatever the case, Kain was a bit proud of himself for being able to bring this side of the usual happy go lucky Koneko out."You suddenly got an attitude...heh, is that from Killua-kun? He was always so flippant."
It was not uncommon for people to take on the traits of Killua because of the Silver Batter. Daitaro himself did not have to worry much because Killua and he were already so much alike. BOth of them had short tempers. Daitaro probably got a little more rude because that was Killua's personality trait. So Kain stands still and watches as Nova breaks his fusion with Kiilua. The red headed cat boy declares that he would fight Kain alone. Kain rose an eyebrow and shakes his head. "I guess I'm going to be making mother proud today now won't I?",Kain claims referring to the feelings between Koneko and Rosette. Kain stood ready for anything Nova could throw at him. Technically Kain had yet to show all he could do. The boy stood on terms with his father when he was at full power. Jax was Elder level at the time, so what did that say about Kain when he really did try? The black haired male keeps that cool air about him as he stares forward at Nova. From there Nova launches an attack on Kain. Kain did not move at all. Nova's attack connects with Kain and the explosion takes place. After the smoke cleared Kain would be completely gone, only a blood poddle left in his place. "You put a lot of punch into that attack.",Kain whispers to Nova from behind. He had a hand rested on one of Nova's shoulders and was just staring into his mess of red hair. Blood dances from Kain's wrist wound and begins to build up around his hand. THe very hand that was on Kain's shoulder. He was planning to really stick it to Nova with this attack. Before Kain's attack could be launched though, a small ball made of lightning flew out towards him. kain broke down into blood, slithered away, and then reformed. "We won't win this fight if you fight alone Koneko! This guy is my taicho and I want a piece of him! But I also want to win." Killua narrows his eyes and begins to break down into lightning based Stay. "Being a stubborn fool is useless at a time like this! All that matters is winning and teaching this guy a lesson!" The electricity rushes into Kain's body, traveling up his body and becoming the mask once again. Once on Nova's face he actually takes control of the cat boys body, making him rush Kain.

"AH!"
Daitaro leaps up and panics lightly after his whole passed out experience. The boy looks around and quietly asks,"W-what just happen? Wait...did I?" Daitaro stared out at the arena and noticed that there was a fight going on. He takes a look at his surroundings and is able to see that he was no longer anywhere near the other finalist. Loudly Daitaro screams in horror at this new discovery,"AW DAMMIT ALL!" He stands right up and grunts louldy, walking towards the stairs and trying to get back down there to that damn arena. NO way he was going to be cheated out of his spot in the finals. He did not even care enough to say anything to Yui when he awoke. All he wanted to do was get back in the finals. He suddenly stops,"Eh...oh how did I heal just now?" Daitaro blinked and beat a fist against his chest. "I feel perfectly fine, I'm completely better...but why?",Daitaro inquired to himself, that seemed strange in itself. Daitaro shakes his head and then looks forward to the arena. He now had a feeling that he was not going to be able to get into the finals. With a small sigh, he shakes his head. "Dammit all, I guess it's up to them, ah?" Daitaro looks up and blinks some. He could feel all sorts of strange powers, including. "AH! Yeah! That is the b*****d who did it! I'll teach him!" Daitaro grunts and then flickers out of sight. He reappears moments later close to where Kain was. Kain had by now gotten away from Nova and even landed the Koneko on the floor. Daitaro rushes at the unsuspecting Kain, catching the man completely off guard.
Well he would have if it wasn't for the fact that he yelled out,"b*****d!" As he came in to attack. Kain heard this and reacted accordingly. Turning his body and creating a small sheild of blood. Daitaro's flaming sword cut into the blood and the two shared a stare down before Kain jumped back some. He skids back some and then looks at Daitaro. "Nice to see you're okay." Daitaro grunts, pointing his sword at Kain he asks why he was doing this. "You told me you saw potential in me. The way I fused with Killua. That I could become as strong as even spirit soldiers. You trained with me. What the hell is the point in attacking me from the inside. I heard you were a sadistic b*****d, but this is ridiculous." Kain remained quiet before chuckling. "You are not going to thank me, are you?" Kain sighs and shake shi shead, he crouches down and a second later Daitaro's eyes widen with the sound of flesh being pierced. Kain was standing beneath Daitaro with blood spires shooting from his own back and stabbing into Daitaro. Daitaro's eyes were wide and he was stabbed in the most fatal of places, including his heart. "You should thank me for doing such a thing." Daitaro's pupils danced around within his head for a while before returning to normal. Kain pulls his blade from inside of Daitaro. Daitaro's wounds slowly begin to heal. "What is this? Before I couldn't even...how?" Daitaro questioned what happened, but before he could get any type of answer, a wave of blood flew up and smacked into Daitaro, sending him flying back some. He of course flips around and stops in mid air.

" No! Dammit! They...they already started." said Noboru, his head lowered sadly. Now he would never get to fight a strong opponent and sent Margaret and Chester "free".Noboru had entered this tournament so he could find a strong opponent. " Damn! Damn! Damn! Where the hell is everybody! how could they start without me, The Great Naoto! I'm practically the main event!" screamed Naoto as he zoomed through the caves, trying to find a way out. he ran an ran, yet there was no entrance insight. The cave was just like a huge labyrinth! After several minutes of running, Naoto had become exhausted. Bended over upon his knees, he yelled " What...the hell!? Three's no exit! Its a freaking maze!" He thoroughly looked around his surroundings and noticed that the entrance that he had gone through had suddenly dissapeared.

He calmed himself, and took a seat on the floor. He turned away from the entrance, expecting the door to return any second. There was no way that this could happen, as caves dont just swap and displace whenever they want to,right? Naoto turned towards the entrance and realized it had ont yet returned...but several other entrances had tooken its place. " WHAT THE HELL!?" He screamed.

"I'm confident because of my teacher's influence. Rampant unbased confidence, Stabbing Feather school trademark," Saito replied with a grin as he holds his tonfas in front of him. "Tch, you trying to annoy me or something. As if I'd die from something as feeble as that!" Black flames surround one of his tonfas while white flames engulfed the other. The boy himself was surrounded by silver flames. "Quality over quantity," Saito replied as he disappeared, moving at lightning fast speed as he darted around, parrying and trading blows with the Asensions attacking him.


"...Nah, I'll probably get smacked around or something for no reason.." Liao stated with a sweatdrop before chuckling. "Well, all of her students resemble her enough so I guess thanking you would be close enough eh?" Liao then turns his attention back to Saito's battle. "Kid's the spitting image of his mother when she was his age...except she was even stronger. Well, only time will tell if he is able to surpass her."

After forging his way through several more dead end tunnels and then the lava bridge, Gokai had managed to haul his butt to the finals arena. Sure he was disqualified, but that didn't mean that he couldn't watch right? "I'm never choosing the way again...I suck at path-finding," he sighed as he dusted all the soot off of himself before glancing up at the screen and noticing that Saito was fighting. "Huh, they started already," he muttered before scratching the back of his head and looking around cluelessly.

I don't doubt that Mykka has started giving those implants to their regular soldier yet, and if they haven't, then they will soon." Arthur's face didn't betray any emotion once again. It was as if he'd already figured out how to deal with this problem.

Riz listened along, making sure to pay attention. "Actually, there's still a flaw in the implants. If they're hit too hard by anything, then they can mess with the movement of whatever body part they're implanted in. In fact, some of the implants are bugged so that this happened from the start, kind of like with Thomas. I'm one of the lucky ones that didn't have a bugged implant. If mine were bugged, I wouldn't be able to completely control my hands, and that'd be really bad."
