Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Katrina sighed and sat on the edge of her small bed. It had been three hours since her sister had left. And she had yet to hear a single word. Even though she knew her sister wouldn't answer -just like the last one hundred times she had tried- she tried again. It rang seven times and kicked right to her voice mail..
Hey it's Mariah, if your getting this I'm busy, just leave a message and I'll get back with you as soon as I can....beep
"Hey Mar...It's Kat...again. Look I'm getting worried..Call me when you get this."
With a click she hung up and closed her eyes. After saying a quick prayer, she turned out the light and tried yet again to get some sleep. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Looking up at the sky, Mariah frowned. Deep in thought of everything that had been happening. Lee was going to be furious, and Ray? She didn't even want to think about how angry he would be. If he didn't know already. Leaving the White Tiger Compound and the team had been hard. But she felt she had no other choice. At least, not if she wanted to keep them safe.

At first it had been one letter, then another, and another. Each threat more serious than the last. She was doing the only thing she knew to do. Kat had been right, it was for the best. Katrina wasn't her sister by blood, but she was her sister in every other way. Through the recent turn of events, she was the only one Mariah had to turn too. She felt her phone viberate again, and tightened her grip on it, willing it to stop, wishing dearly that it would. After a moment or so it did. And she let out a sigh of relief. She knew Kat was worried, hell given a switch of places, she would be worried as well. But the truth was, she wasn't ready to go back to the studio apartment they shared just yet. Perhaps in another hour or so.. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ
