Appearance: Pheonix is tall and slender, she has multiple tattoos covering her body. She has one of a rabbit skull [visible in the picture] on her left arm. This is a tribute to the skull she wears as a helmet, as she has become known for. She also has a dragon tattoo starting on the right side of her neck and snaking down her spine, it's tail wrapping around her thigh all the way down her leg. Her other thigh is decorated with a sun tattoo. Her tongue is pierced as well. Her face is covered when she wears her helmet but one can see her shapely lips as the helmet ends under her nose. Her eyes are bright yellow, and her hair is red and spikey but black at the base, usually stray spikes will come down over one eye by their own accord. She has a prominent jawline and delicate features which heavily contradict her personality. The cloth that wraps around her arms cover scars she received when she was young; she learned she was a Pyrokinetic the hard way.
Personality: Phoenix is very outgoing when comfortable in the group she's around, but has a tendency to be sarcastic and cynical. Her attitude can get her into bad situations, but her charm can generally pull her back out. She craves change and this explains her tendency to drift from one town to another. Phoenix is highly flirtatious and proud of her body; she flaunts it shamelessly and this may explain the extensive art she's plastered all over herself. For this reason she does not tend to befriend other women, most feel threatened by her wild personality as well as the way she conducts herself, not to mention her overall appearance. Men however tend to take a liking to her, and she wouldn't have it any other way. Phoenix is passionate about music and is an exceptional drummer. She also has a thick British accent.
Power: Pyrokinesis [The ability to manipulate fire]
Weapon: She carries a lighter, if you can call that a weapon, which allows her to focus her energy more on manipulating fire than creating it thus making the blast stronger. Also carries two pistols which rest in holsters wrapped around her thighs, tomb raider style. The AK-47 on her back serves as her last weapon.

Brief History: Phoenix was born in Liverpool, which explains her accent. She is very street smart, spending her teenage years on the streets after being disowned by her parents. Her father beat her as a child, always when he was drunk, and one day she ignited his bottle of booze while he was drinking it with a snap of her fingers, disfiguring his face. She relied on her agility and wit to get her to where she is now, in New City, drifting along trying to make ends meet. She found her passion for music when she tried playing drums at a friends pad, and learned quickly that she had a strong talent for it. Her high energy and drive helped her with this and she has been in numerous garage bands, the gigs putting food on the table. She's also a clever thief and prior to coming to New City she broke into the home of a fairly wealthy family with a few friends and left with some hefty bounty. It has kept her afloat for some time now, and she plans to settle down for a bit at Elysium Inn for the hell of it. She does not like to talk about her past or childhood, she lives more in the moment.

Role play Sample: Phoenix made her way down the streets of New City with a sway in her step, her heavy boots kicking up dust from the pavement. Her intimidating helmet lay strapped across her back, accompanying her AK-47, and with each step they clammered against each other. The sound of bone on gunmetal was something she was used to, like a bass line to the song which blared from her headphones hanging loosely around her neck. The speakers tilted upward to announce her presence, if the noise bothered others they'd get over it. Few dared to complain, for when annoyed strangers turned their heads to see where the commotion came from they were left speechless by her appearance. Perhaps it was the heavy artillery which was not only on her back but on her thighs, where two pistols rested in holsters strapped around beautiful thighs. If that did not sway them than certainly what was painted on such thighs would; a marvelous red dragon coiled from the back of her neck down her back, peeking through her cloths wherever they may pull up to expose pale skin. The dragon continued down her back to her upper thigh and began wrapping it's shimmering tail around her thigh to end neatly at her right ankle. She always wore shorts to show off her most prized tat, though she had one also on her left arm which resembled the helmet she had become so well known for. Her last ink job was on her left thigh and depicted a Celtic sun, which was a tribute to her unique power of Pyrokinesis. The sun was high on her thigh, so only a those who she'd had intimate experiences with were aware of it's existence, and she made such adventures unforgettable.

As The Prodigy's "Spitfire" blared through her speakers, she let her hips sway to the rhythm with no regard for who may be watching, her head bobbing as she drew a Marlboro Red from her pocket, placing it between her lips. Her hair stuck out everywhere, today it was shaped almost like a Mohawk, though this was never planned. She let it go it's own way. She stopped at a cross walk, her lazy eyes watching for the light to change. A women in a business suit behind her gave her an up-down look, and then a huff. Phoenix felt this huff on the back of her neck. Her unlit cigarette still between her lips, she turned her head slowly so only one golden eye stared at this offender. The women's gaze widened at the glorious hue that stared her down. Phoenix did not blink as she snapped her fingers three times in time to the music. The first time a spark appeared between her fingertips, the second time a spark appeared at the tip of her cigarette, and the third time the cigarette lit. She inhaled, rolling her eyes into the back of her head. She lipped along to the music while tilting her head more in the womens direction, holding the heavy smoke in her lungs; "If I was in World War Two, they'd call me Spitfire". The voice came from the speakers of course, and as the lady lowered her eyes to the headphones, Phoenix exhaled smoke right in her face. The women could momentarily see Phoenix's tongue ring before she coughed and swore, waving her hand in her face to banish the smoke away as a smile curled on Phoenix's lips. Her eyes rolled back to their normal state and the light changed in good time, she stepped from the curb to cross the street, her boots, guns and helmet clicking morbidly. The women stared after her as the crowd ignored this act, leaving the women behind. A normal first encounter with Phoenix Cora.
