Welcome to Gaia! ::

Hector decided not to leave Loriee out of this, so he decided to take out what he thought was an empty bottle, but was really just a label-less Sprite bottle. "Wanna try?" he asked Loriee.

Loriee looked at Hector, biting her lip. She knew she was horrible at these kinds of things, but when had she ever backed down from a challenge? She folded her arms, deciding that backing down would make her look weak, and that was definately not something she wanted to be.
"Okay, fine."
She took his pistol, a determined look on her face. If she didn't hit it, she'd just blame the wind and say it made the bullet go awry.
"Go."
Hector threw the bottle in the air, but it was closer to him than he would've liked. It shattered, and Hector saw a liquid spread out from the shards, and before he could wonder what it was, he was soaked by the liquid. Cursing to himself, he removed his soaked shirt and went looking for a dry shirt in the flatbed of his truck.

She laughed gleefully, a lucky shot. Her dad used to take her out back in their old home and do target practice with her. When she was young, she had been really good at it, but as she had gotten older, her aim had gotten worse and worse, due to her eye sight.
Her laugh became louder as the bottle that hadn't been empty, but really fully of Sprite soaked Hector. While she thought he wasn't looking, she snuck a peek at his shirtless form, admiring the view.
Gawd, what a cute Russian boy.
She smiled, leaning her head back and closing her eyes, holding the pistol in front of her with both hands. Maybe this whole situation wasn't so bad after all.
Hector put on a clean shirt, still mumbling angrily in Russian. "Everything happens to me." He sat down on the flatbed's storage box screwed onto the cabin and cleaned off his face and arms, which had now grown a bit sticky from the drying soda. Loriee must be enjoying herself quite a bit, he thought to himself without physical expression.

Suddenly, she stopped laughing, her features becoming quite serious.
"Hey, want to find somewhere to eat? I'm kinda hungry."
She looked at him intently with her large eyes, already deciding that she'd probably go with or without him. It'd just be nice to have company. Loriee usually did things on her own. She didn't care what others did. She was not a leader, nor was she a follower. But people tended to assume she was in charge.
Maybe I can find some chap stick, too.
With the thought came the mental image of kissing someone, which made her smile slyly. Kissing was fun. But that was for later business. The main priority, at least for now, was to get food, and something to soothe her poor lips.
"Sure, why not?" He jumped down from the truck. "What else could go wrong?" Hector walked towards Loriee. "If you don't mind, can I have my pistol back?"
Azrael leaped out of the truck and stretched like a recently awakened cat. "Hey, Hector here's you keys." With a light toss the keys flew towards the Russian.

"Sure. If you can get it back."
She grinned at him before sticking her tongue out playfully. Loriee loved playing games. Keep away was one of her favorites. The boy would either chase her and catch her, or she'd get away, keeping whatever possession she'd taken from them in the first place. Either way, it was a win win situation for her. She then took off skipping down the street, keeping an eye out for a restuaraunt of some sort.
Hector pocketed his keys and then ran after Loriee. "Please give it back, Loriee," he said, trying to reach around her for the pistol. "At least turn it on safety before you try and avoid me."

She laughed, slowing down purposely so he could catch her. Loriee had already turned the safety lock on, before she had started running. It was something she did automatically, without thinking, since her father had drilled it into her brain since day one.
Hector caught up to her and reached around her to get the gun. Anybody looking at them from a distance would consider it a wild hug. Anyone closer up would consider that Russian pretty determined to get the gun... or it was a wild hug. "Please give me the gun," he asked.

She laughed, twisting around, avoiding his grasp. Oh, he's so adorable! Begging for the gun back. She looked up at him innocently, grinning widely. She had definately forgotten about eating for the time being.

Hector finally grabbed his gun and holstered it. "I win." He grinned at her. Hector continued to walk and finally saw not a restaurant, but a bar. "Just what we need, more drunks."
