Welcome to Gaia! ::

User ImageThe angel didn't mind going so fast; it was sort of exlierating to feel the wind whipping across her face, through her hair. Ugh. My hair's going to me a rat's nest after this run! she thought to herself, smiling against the wolf's back a the thought. It didn't really upset her for the fact that she had got to ride on a wolf. How many people could say they've done that in their lifetime? Oh, well, I guess it is a secret I need to keep, well, secret. She couldn't go spreading around that the boys and the Cullens were strange, non-human creatures. She shivered at the thought of the Cullens drinking blood, or killing anything. It was blood chilling for her to think about blood or death, because of her weak stomach. It didn't handle blood very well. Sighing softly, she burried her face into the warm fur around his neck. Breathing deeply, she took in the smell of his wolf form. It smelt almost as good at his human form, having a very woodsy, camping smell to him. Like he was outside a lot, which was to be expected from a wolf.
[Just because I need a plan before I post, what should happen once I get them both to Billy's? xP]
[[Oh, I dunno. Maybe Jake can greet them and give Eli some clothes to borrow so he can morph, since he didn't bring any with him.]]
[Okie doke. I'll post in a bit. I'm filling out a profile for something.]
[[Alright then. I made the Alpha, so I'll post as him after Cari and Eli talk to Billy.]]

            Eli ran as fast as he dared to Billy's, and after debating a moment he decided to take the long way around and approach their house from the back. I hope they're home... he thought, knowing how Billy sometimes liked to go down to Chief Swan's and watch the game and drink for a while. The two were old friends and it was nice that the old man had someone to talk to, but when important things were happening, it wasn't always a good thing to be enjoying the company of a friend, especially one who asked questions. It took about five minutes longer than the more direct route would have to get to Billy's but once there he let out a restrained howl, making sure he was sitting so that Cariela would be visible from the back windows. He lay down on his stomach, not panting at all from the long run, and gave a small sigh.

            A few moments later Jake was sliding down the hill behind his house and nearly had to crash into Eli to stop. Eli perked one ear up and Jake gave an apologetic smile. "What's up Eli?" Jake asked and Eli gave Jake a look. Jake wilted and gave a small laugh, "Right, sorry. Um, I guess I'll just get to that later." Jake said and looked to Cari with an odd look on his face. He turned to Eli and raised his eyebrows. Eli nodded and Jake returned the nod. "Congratulations buddy," he said and turned to Cari. "My name's Jake, Billy's inside. Who did you come here to see?" Jake asked Cari, knowing Eli was useless for question answering in his current form.
User ImageCariela wiggled slightly at the sound of his deep, echoing howl. It just startled her somewhat, not enough to make her scream or jump. Her dog enjoyed howling outside a lot, so she was used to the sound. But, her black lab usually gave signs of when she was going to howl, like pacing around the tree. It was slightly unexpected for Eli to howl. Eli suddenly came to a stop, dropping onto his stomach. Cariela took that as 'You can get off now' and climbed off his back. She didn't leave his side though, sitting next to the large, furry wolf, wrapping her arms around his neck and laying her head against him. Apparently, they had to wait for someone or something. Eh, she'd find out soon enough. Glancing at Eli, the angel wondered why he wasn't panting like dogs usually did after they ran a lot. Eh, maybe it was a werewolf thing that they could run for so long and so fast.

Her senstive ears faintly picked up Jake's movement's from a distance, and noticed how fast he was going. She prepared herself for the impact, but, suprisingly, the boy was rather graceful for a teenager that large. He was shirtless, which seemed a little strange for Cariela. Most guys in her area of Forks didn't walk around half naked, but, hey, these boys were werewolves after all. He seemed to read Eli's face easily. Ah, so he was a werewolf too. She waited paciently for him to address her, having learned to use her manner's in dance school. Jake said something about congratulations, which made Cariela a little confused. Why...? She didn't have much time to think before Jake finally spoke to her. Standing to her full 5 foot height, the girl gave a small cursie with her dress. "It's a pleasure, Jake. I'm Cariela and I believe we are here to speak with Billy." Pausing, she tossed a look at Eli to make sure she didn't forget anything or if he need to tell Jake something else.

            Eli gave Cari a nod to let her know she wasn't forgetting anything. "Nice to meet you too, come on," Jake said motioning for them to follow him. Eli got to his paws and did a full body shake, getting rid of the leaves and sticks he'd been laying on that had caught in his fur. A leaf was still in his tail but he didn't bother with it. "So what's he told you so far?" Jake asked, glancing over his shoulder as he had started walking up the hill. Eli gave Cari's hand an encouraging nudge with his nose, rubbing his head against her leg before taking a jump and catching up with Jake in one simple bound.
User ImageThe angel nodded at Jake's request to follow him, but Eli caught her eye. Cariela's night colored eyes sparkled with amusment when he shook out his coat, getting rid of any leaves or sticks that had settled into his fur. She couldn't help but smile lightly at him before he nudged at her hand, rubbing his head against her dress. The gracefull wolf leapt up next to Jake as the question finally came into her thoughts. Blushing slightly in embarresment, Cariela rushed to catch up with the pair of boys. She gathered her thoughts for a moment before speaking. "Well, he explained the basic stuff about the Cullens and the Quileutes, and how they made a pact. I do have a question though. How many werewolves are there?" Really, she was interested in this sort of stuff. If she could find out how to become a werewolf, that would be better, but it would be better to not overload her brain for right now while it sucked up everything like a sponge.

            "Well, in the pack that Eli's in there's five." Jake said and gave a shrug. "There's a lot more, but Eli's group is the only one that's really active around the rez," Jake added and gave Eli a playful nudge. Eli returned the nudge, nearly knocking Jake off his feet. Jake would have started a wrestling match with him but he was wearing his new shoes and didn't want to get them ruined, plus Billy was looking. "Hey!" Jake said when Eli ran ahead and smacked him in the face with his tail. "That's cheating!" Jake said and made a face, picking at the leaf that had transferred from Eli's tail to Jake's hair. Eli could be heard barking, though it was clear he was laughing. "Yea, yea, really funny!" Jake said sarcastically. "Whatever you borrow you're giving back!" He called ahead, knowing Eli was probably heading for his room to borrow some clothes.
User ImageCariela lightly giggled at the pair of boys teasing and playing like brothers. So, apparently, the pack members were close, good to know. Still, what was that silent question that the two exchanged to long ago? Was Eli keeping something from her? Did he have something to give her? Was it even about her in general? Sighing, she glanced at her shoes. If she didn't get some answer's soon, she wasn't going to be a happy dancer. Her dark eyes flickered back up to the boys, noticing she was falling behind. Speeding up her steps, she gracefully leapt up to pace with Jake, watching Eli dash ahead to get into the house. Oh, so they had to remove their clothes before they morph. Those where the small questions that cluttered the angel's thoughts right now, but, they hopefully could be answered by Jake's father, Billy Black.

            Jake led Cari up to the house and Billy greeted them there in his wheelchair. "Who is your new friend Jacob?" Billy asked and Jake introduced Billy and Cari before heading into the house. Billy gave Cari a warm smile. "It's a pleasure to meet you Cariela, please, go on inside." He said and held the screen door on the house open for her as the front door had been left open by Jake. "Eli, hurry up!" Jake could be heard calling into the house and Eli's reply came a couple seconds later. "I can't find a shirt!" Jake called back that he stopped buying them 'cause they always got ruined and it was cheaper just buying pants. Something ripped and then Jake rushed back into his room. He could be heard groaning loudly and then, "Not my good jeans!"
User ImageThe angel gave Billy a friendly smile at the door, curtsing politely before speaking. "Pleasure to meet you, Billy. And thank you." Stepping inside, Cariela took a moment to inspect the small house. It was a little cramp and somewhat dirty, but well kept for two guys, one being a werewolf as well as going to school and the other an older man in a wheelchair. Finding a seat in a beat up kitchen chair, she silently waited for the boys. Listening carefully to the conversation back and forth, she couldn't help but giggle softly. Aw, they were so cute, going back and forth like family. If it wasn't for the fact that they were fighting about clothing, and Eli more then likely completly stripped down from the sounds of their converstation, she would have followed Jake to watch the two, just to make sure they didn't hurt each other or break anything.

            It was a few minutes later, Billy waiting patiently at the kitchen table with Cariela, before the two boy's came out. Jake looked agitated and Eli looked embarrassed wearing only a pair of cargo shorts. Jake threw away the remains of his jeans and flopped down on the couch in the living room, Eli went to the kitchen and sat in a chair beside Cari. "Remind me to buy him a new pair of jeans," Eli muttered to Cari and Billy raised his eyebrows at Eli. Eli shook his head and Billy didn't press the topic of Jake's jeans any further.
User ImageCariela turned a bit to face Eli, holding back the giggles. He wasn't really in the mood to laugh with. She smiled at him softly when he told her he needed to get Jake new jeans. "Will do," she whispered back, trying her best not to look at his shirtless upper-body too much. She didn't want to seem rude, or anything, so she kept her eyes on his face, not his body. Taking his large hand in hers, she looked at him seriously. Right now, she didn't care about Billy or Jake. She needed to know what on earth he was hiding from her, what he hasn't been explaining to her. Her eyes flickered down as she thought of a way to word it. "Is there something you need to explain, Eli? About me? I mean, I'm sure you don't go around blabbing this to everyone. What's so speical about me that you feel the need to tell me all this? I don't mind, I just want to know why..." the angel asked/explained, looking into his black eyes again.
