maryann went into the food court of the mall and sat down crying she really really liked erik but she couldnt let him get hurt over her she rested her head on the table crying "what am i going to do?" she sobbed "i like him may even be falling in love with him oh god why send him to the girl with the most bad luck?" she pleaded crying uncontrolably

Erik went outside and show a round into the ground attracting only a few zombies so he pulls out one of his good throwing knifes the first zombie rushed him and he jammed the knife through his and then flipped over the zombie pulling the knife out then throwing it at anotherone he ran over to the zombie pulled the knife out and saw a thug is was heading to him, "oh yippie so how much drugs did you take?" He threw his knife into the thugs head and it charged him erik jumped out of the way before it hit him Erik then pulled out his swords and it charged him and Erik rolled out of the way cutting the thugs leg but it didn't stop him, "ok this will take some time" he put his swords away and pulled out his scythe and faced the thug

Maryann heard something come in behind her she looked and saw a boomer and tried to run she knew she couldn't kill it because she had a gun she screamed in fear as it came after her. "oh god help me" she said trying to stay away from it she saw a pipe she would have to jump to get to she didnt have time she closed her eyes ready to die for she had nowhere left to run she waited as it slowly came near her.

"Here goes nothing",Erik rushed the thug and the thug rushed him Erik jumped and brought down his scythe into the thugs head and the both fell to the floor Erik was able to get the thug off him and he saw boomer puke going into the place so he pulled out his throwing knife and went back into the place following the puke and he went straight to the Maryann and saw the boomer going twards her erik rushed it "i wont let you! arrgghh" As he jumped off a chair and rammed his throwing knife into the boomers head and cutting his own hand with the force then both falling and the boomer fell on top of him dead, "oh my god these things are fat... i thought they were full og like gas or something but hell its heavy"

relief flushed over her hearing his voice and went to push the thing off him she cried and hugged him "oh god thank god your ok" she said and let go of him "your hand is bleeding" she said she ripped cloth off her dress she ran to get her first aid kit she took out a stitches kit and started to sew his deep cut closed and used the cloth she tore from her dress to wrap it to keep it clean once she was done she kissed his hand "im so so sorry erik please forgive me i shouldn't have gone so far from you" she was crying

Erik was surprised when she hugged him then he watched her sow up his cuts, "thank you" he moved his hand a little then pulled her and held her, "its alright you weren't far i went out and didn't pay attention to the door the fault it mine and if i can get to you in time your ok so please stop crying ill protect you" he held her hoping it would comfort her
