Atrum caught up with the unknown angel around the middle of the city. His reverted form was still rather, angelic, if the farie did say so himself. It wasn't something that he expected; usually they were pretty good at looking, well, human. His shack was terribly worn, the wood splintering and almost crumbling under the rain.

Good deed time, already? Atrum decided on a yes, taking a deep breath, he put himself in a basic spell stance. Eyes closed, arms spread and open infront of him, and standing as tall and graceful as possilbe for a teen of 5'5. "Ostendo sum." With a whisper, the softly glowing magic poured from his fingers, the color being a swirling mixture of greens and yellows.

The spell poured over the house, and slowly the house reverted to a less. . . crumbling state. It looked good, and the farie was glad that wood was one of the easiest things to control. Most thought it was the elements themselves, but trees complied, even when they had been chopped down and used for other purposes. "Nice place!" Atrum called out to the silverette, hoping he wouldn't scare the angel.

Xarin followed the demon along with the leopard and he saw the house which looked nice enough. He could feel a lot of light creatures around and he didn't like it as much, but perhaps they would leave him and Syakurai alone. He still didn't like being teased by the demon though he was trying to keep his blushing down a bit which it did thankfully.
User Image Kite blinked suprised, not only noticing a demon's aura (right next to his house no less) but he also noticed another light creature, well two, but one of them were with the demon next door so he decided to talk to the one who had spoken.

"Nice...?" he asked "This place is falling-Oh." The house looked less......like it was falling apart to say the least.

"Ummm....thanks?" he said, thanking him not only for complimenting the house, but fixing it so it wouldnt collapse under the rain.

The demon tensed when the newest arrival - a purple-haired light-oriented creature who was not an angel unless they had suddenly developed spell-casting abilities apparently oriented about the elements - cast his spell, his own aura flaring in response. The door to his house swung open slightly, the lock clicking open; the black leopard rubbed against both his and Xarin's legs before padding inside, pushing the door open further with its shoulder. 'You're welcome to go in" he told the angel, eyes fixed on the two light-oriented creatures before the house nearest to his. Unbidden, his eyes flickered momentarily, hair lengthening slightly so that it fell past his shoulders.

"There certainly are plenty of light-oriented creatures wandering the streets tonight" he said, pitching his voice so that the two beings could hear him.

Atrum gave a friendly grin before laughing, his previously gold eye reverting back to it's normal purple. He waved off the thank you, never very good at accepting thanks. At least this angel knew he wasn't looking for anything out of the act, at least, Atrum hoped so. Under a normal condition, he would have done the spell in his smaller form and dissapeared before it was apparent that he was the one that performed the spell. But today. . .wans't a normal day.

Reason number 1? He was talking to an angel. A creature of light that looked about as benevolent as they came. "It's nothing, spells on wood are simple." He explained, hoping that the slightly confused look would be a fleeting thing on the other's face.

At a voice that didn't come from the angel infront of him, Atrum whirled around, eyes a bit wide at who he was looking at. It was the demon and his cat from a bit earlier. He bit his lip, a habit that showed when he was nervous. It was tempting to yell back something like 'get over it' or 'your point is?' It was his fault though, casting spells without knowing who was in the area. What a silly little slip. "Sorry, I'm guessing the spell is bothering you?" He answered back, a bit of concern slipping. "It won't happen again."

Xarin nodded though he saw the light creature and he turned slightly, his green eyes flashed for a moment before he headed into the house with the leopard. He hoped the light creature wouldn't try to attack Syakurai.

"Way too many light creatures around."
User Image "Ah..'" Kite was about to reply, but another person, the demon, began talking as well. He waited for him to finish, as were his manners to let others speak before he did.

"Sorry." Was all he could think of, and his apology sounded rather meek. But it was an honest apology, that should have meant something.

Syakurai blinked at the twin responses - given the tone he had employed, he had expected some form of distaste or hostility - and his hair reverted to its usual - human - state. He twisted, aiming an amused look at Xarin's back upon hearing the angel's comment, before returning his attention to the two light-oriented creatures again. "...it's fine" he finally said, still not quite sure what the angel was apologizing for but not questioning it. "The sudden influx was merely...startling." His lips quirked upwards into a small smile, his words being the closest he would come to explaining the reason behind his somewhat-hostile tone. "I was unaware that my neighbor was an angel" he admitted after a moment's pause. His smile widened slightly, a decidedly unnerving edge in the pleasant action. "One must wonder what other surprises there are, hm? But I digress...it is rude of me to ignore my guest, you see." The demon inclined his head to the two light-oriented creatures, taking a step back so he stood in the doorway to his house.

Inside the house, the leopard padded down the hallway, claws occasionally clicking against the hardwood floor, before turning to the right and entering what resembled a living room. It curled up on the rug before the unlit fireplace, golden eyes bright in the relative darkness of the room, and rested its head on its paws, staring at both the doorway and the leather sofa against the wall nearest to it.

Xarin followed the leopard and smiled at the living room before standing there still keeping the coat around him. He didn't want to sit anywhere because he was dripping wet and he was only a guest here. Besides he had a strange feeling for not liking the other light creatures, it was why he always kept to himself before because of his abilities can be dangerous.
User Image "Likewise." he said "I hadnt expected a demon to be my neighbor." He nodded.

"You shouldnt keep your guest waiting, I need to check inside anyways. This is a rather old house, and though the magic has kept it from collapsing under the rain......there are still a lot of problems I need to attend to." He smiled slightly, no longer feeling threatened.

"It was nice meeting you." Kite said before entering his own home.

"Just gonna leave me in the rain, huh?" Atrum shook his head, mostly talking to himself. He turned around to leave, not wanting to make the angel any more nervous than he seemed to have done. It didn't bother him really, it was only the rain that did. By now the violet haired teen was drenched, and a simple shaking of his head wasn't gonna get all of the water out this time.

The farie jumped when lighting cracked and was met with a powerful echo of thunder. He frowned, because that meant. . . the floodgates had officially opened. "Can I invade your front porch until the rain stops?" The farie asked, standing on the angel's steps. "I'll even help you out minus the magic if you let me in." He grinned, eyes closed and a hand behind his neck.
User Image Kite blinked, before he remembered. There was a fairy at his door.

"Im so sorry!" He said holding the door open "My memory tends to skip sometimes, sorry for not inviting you in before. You're soaked." Kite noticed he was rambling, a bad habit of his. He apologised too often.

"Sorry, please come in out of the rain."

The nineteen year old boy wondered the streets, looking inside windows and doors to find a person alone. He was hungry and needed his 'food'. Sighing, he stopped and streached, puting his hands behind his head and leaning back as far as his bosy would let him. Coming back up, he noticed it was raining and mumbled something about it being just his luck. He moved as fast as his blood deprived body would let him, trying to get out of the wet stream of stuff falling out of the sky.

This is just great. I'm hungry, wet, cold, and sleepy. He frowned and ducked into an awning covered ally, and sat down at the opening, just enough that the shadows hid him, but he was close enough that if someone really looked, they could see him. He watched for some lonely person to go by and grumbled in anoyance at the lack of people on a summer night. Then he remember the rain.
"I hate rain!" He yelled, then quickly clamped a hand over his mouth. You want to give yourself away?! He argued to himself.

He let me in? He really is an angel. Atrum knew that he looked like a wet cat; and he wasn't the. . . lightest looking farie. He thought that he looked more like a child of the dark sometimes. "Thanks, it's no problem." He kept his wet shoes on the porch, and stuck his soaked jacket obviously not meant for this weather beside them. Sure, now he was freezing, but it was less water to drip onto this poor house's carpet.

His hair was efficiently letting go of all the water it had sopped up. That and whatever clung to his clothing was making a nice little. . . puddle at the doorway. While he asked, he took a moment to see the inside of this angel's home. It was old, but looked, well, lived in. It was nice; he barely visited his own home. Atrum was more of a wanderer at heart really; lived on his own, didn't see many others.

. . . maybe that's why he hadn't thought of asking the angel's name yet. "I'm Atrum, an elemental farie." He introduced himself, seperating his arms from his middle and holding a hand out for the other to shake. His hands were colder than the rest of him. "CanI have a towel?" The purple-eyed teen inquired.
User Image "Im Kite. Kite Poe, nice to meet you Atrum." he said with a smile shaking the other's hand, before lightly pulling the other teen into the house and off his porch.

"Yeah, stay there I'll get you a towel." he said walking down the hallway towards his bathroom. He re-emerged with a white towel and held it out to the fairy.

"Here, sorry but I dont think any of my clothes would fit you, so you'll have to stay in those wet ones." He felt a pang of guilt at that "But you'll clothes will dry off, I'll go set a fire in the fireplace." he said hurrying towards the old living room. It was a rather large room and the one Kite slept in on most nights (he didnt like the upstairs bedrooms).

There were two slightly old armchairs and a couch with his pillow and a blanket and an old oak table at the center of the three. He grabbed a match box off the table and struck a match, throwing it into the fireplace. It slowly started to crackle as fire brought itself into being.
