{Teressa May Tyne}
Official Tracking Manticore

No worries my deary. I'm Good at my job.

Teressa laughed at the compliment, not quite believing it. she laid her head lightly against Simon's chest with a sigh, "You're so handsome, but we got too get work." She sighed hating that part of herself now. but they needed too. Too keep Lydecker happy, and all the people at Manticore...so many trans genics out...."I don't want to work."

Don't try to run, don't try to hide. I'll find you I swear on my life.

Simon Tam

Simon grinned and kissed the top of her head. "Then don't work." He said simply. "We could just stay here and...figure out tactical maneuveres." He said with a shrug. "That way, it seems like we're doing something useful, when actually...not so much." He smirked, remembering how he'd done such a thing many times in Medical school.

Amber

When the called went to voicemail, Lydecker was furious. He sighed, though, and called again, his blue eyes squinting angrily at the wall. He listened to the dial tone with impatience.

Keisa

Keisa woke up after a while, panting and sweating as he looked around. "Zane?! Zane?!" He yelled out, his body tensing in fear. Had his nightmare not really been a nightmare? Where was Zane? He felt something crunch lightly under his palm and picked up the note. When he read it, he sighed in relief. "God damnit..." He mumbled and crumpled the note up.

Alec shook his head and took her hand back, holding it firmly but gently in his palm. "Elle, we have to take care of this. It'll get infected if we don't." He move close and leaned her body against his chest as he threaded the needle. He kissed the top of her head. "I know. I hate needles, too. But you need to push that fear aside when it's necessary." He whispered to her soothingly as he, as gently as physically possible, pushed the needle through her skin and began to close the gash in her palm.

~Elle Miller~

Elle screamed out as he pressed the needle through her skin, a mixture of fear and pain. She felt both physically and mentally weak, annoyed at herself. This was no condition in which she could help Amber. As tears rolled down her cheeks, she tried to pull her hand away, but Alec was holding it firm.

Keisa

Alec sighed as he held Elle against him. "Elle. You need to try and relax right now. I don't want to accidentally stab you with the needle." He whispered softly to her, trying to get her to relax even if only for a moment so he could finish. He continued to pull the needle from one side to the other before he got to the end and turned, going back on the opposite sides.

~Elle Miller~

Elle sobbed loudly, trying to keep her hand still. She felt so weak and stupid at this point, leaning her head against Alec's chest. Her hand was throbbing, where he was stitching the needle through and she wanted so badly to pull it away, but she kept it there. Besides, Alec was holding it pretty firmly.

Keisa

As soon as he was finished, Alec threw the needle away, on to his bureau, and wrapped her hand in gauze and a white bandage. "There. You did a great job, Elle. It's okay." He whispered to her as he simply held her now. "It's over now." He kissed the top of her head and hushed her to get the tears to stop. How it broke his heart to see the woman he loved so much crying like this.

~Elle Miller~

Elle felt a little bit more relaxed once it was over, and the needle was gone. Her crying subsided to only silent tears rolling down her cheeks now. She lifted her hand so she could see, the white bandage noticeable against her skin. "Alec.." She mumbled, wrapping her arms around him and hugging him close. "I'm sorry..."

Keisa

Alec closed his eyes and hugged her back, her hand silently stroking the back of her head. "What could you possibly be apologizing for?" He asked her softly while he held her. "I mean, if it's for being beautiful you can just stop right there." He grinned to himself, hoping to get a laugh out of her and to get her in a better mood now.

~Elle Miller~

Elle couldn't help but laugh a little. How did he do it? Somehow, he always managed to find a way to bring her spirits up. She buried her head into his chest as she smiled, but was also still crying a little as well still.

Keisa

Alec smiled as he heard the small laugh. Well that was a start! Turning slightly, he fell back on to the bed and kissed the top of her head. "So! What would you like to do now?" He asked lightly as he kissed her cheek.

~Elle Miller~

Elle turned on her side and wrapped her arms around Alec's waist. "I want to sleep for about an hour.." She said quietly. "Then I just want to spend my time with you." She said with a small smile.

((I gotta go to bed. Night :] ))

Keisa

Alec smiled at her, his arms underneath hers. His hands lightly touched the fabric of her shirt as he nodded. "All right. Well, sleep well, my love." He whispered to her before he kissed her lightly.

((Okay. Night. =3 ))
