(( Yeah, sure, you can do that Cavan. And nice one, Finkie. Haha...

Also, for the random thought from Lilly, ferrous is iron(II), I think.. Or iron(III)? I can't remember. >.< ))

((So the cleric would be a quasi-tank melee fighter who can heal himself and allies. That would fit the party well.))
[[Yes, it would be incredibly handy to have a healer/Melee fighter. X3]]

((OH okay then XD))
(( Just looked it up, it is indeed iron(II). I'm a bit of a chemistry nerd...

A melee healer? That's sort of contradictory.... ))
[[I'm not saying it wouldn't be helpful to have more melee fighters, Vampire, but healers aer very hard to come across in Myth, so don't feel unloved. XD

@ Lill - They are very, very intricate creatures that should be left in their habitat at all times. DON'T FEED THE MELEE HEALERS! ]]

Baylee Minke

Prudence can read my like a book.

“M-maybe” Baylee said quietly as her face heated up.

She wouldn't completely hide her intentions. She wanted to spend time with Prudence and going to Niflheim seemed to be best, and technically it was a date. She was very likely to compliment Prudence on many things and she was going to let herself be a little freer with what she said. She wouldn't bottle up most things, even though she wasn't absolutely sure how Prudence would react. She remember the Prudence seemed be fairly flirty when alive and she didn't seem to care about gender as much.

Baylee followed closely behind Prudence. She had never gotten air sick before and she would be embarrassed if she did now. She smiled a little as she watch Prudence skip out of the building. She found it very interesting. She would wait for Prudence to tell her what to do as she wasn't exactly sure how Prudence was going to carry her.

There is no reason to hide my thoughts if that is true.

Prudence smiled and slipped her arms around Baylee’s waist. Well, it wasn’t like she didn’t agree to flying, so it wasn’t like she could protest Prudence’s touch. Although she couldn’t help but wonder what Baylee was thinking about right now. Her wings grew almost on their own, and with a little jump Prudence lifted towards the sky at a high speed. Admittedly she was a little slower with Baylee’s weight, but she was delightfully surprised by the low amount of speed she lost.

Once Prudence had made it over the clouds, she caught the jet stream and stopped beating her wings. Now, how to get Baylee onto her back.

fillerfillerfillDaylight. Top awoke, grumbling slightly. He hadn't spent the night in his regular camp, hidden in the Wasteland. He sat up, looking around the quaint inn room in Sökkvabekkr. He shook his head, the events of last night flooding in. He'd had a killing contract here, hadn't he?

--

TOP quickly picked up the contract, eager to get paid already. "Thanks." He muttered to a man, dressed in mostly black. He opened the contract, inspecting today's prey. Doesn't seem that hard. Especially for the payment they ask for. A devilish grin appeared across the boy's face. The prey was said to be roughly 6 feet, with a muscled build. The reason for anyone wanting to terminate him was because he was a snitch. A rat. He must've been on the bad side of one of the mercenaries. I'd hate to be him. He sighed, before walking into a pub that was marked as a place of interest. He slid in, and stood next to a wall, scanning the room. He snickered, before his eyes rested on someone whose looks matched the description almost exactly.

The other caught on eventually, and tried to make it out through the back door. TOP grinned, and turned on his heels, moving through the front door, and out into the crisp night air. It stung his nose, as it was a bit cold, but nothing he couldn't feel when he slept in the Wastes. The prey looked behind him, seeing the figure of TOP slowly yet surely getting closer. His saunter became a walk, which quickly became a jog. The both of them ran through what seemed to be endless alleyways, before coming to a stop at a dead end. "Looks like your lucks run out, yeah?" TOP smirked, and the prey turned, staring at the other. The gambler smiled, before holding out his hand. "Come with me, on an adventure." He muttered the words, that when said by any other person in the world of Myth would have carried no meaning, stung like poison when muttered by TOP. It was what he said; sort of like a catch phrase. The man smiled, and graciously took the gambler's hand. TOP smiled, putting one hand on his back. "Man, I bet you thought you were gonna die, right?" The prey nodded, before TOP kneed the other in the stomach. He fell to the ground, grasping his stomach, before coughing. The mercenary showed a devilish grin, and quickly pulled out his pistol. Cerberus. "You're on my hit list. I don't know you, but I bet you're some kind of... goodie-two shoes." He spit the words at the lurching body. "Says right here you were a rat. Suuucks. They don't take too kindly to that. And yet, I have so many questions that won't be answered. Like, what's the point? You obviously knew it would kill you." Top shrugged, and loaded a single bullet into Cerberus. "We'll play it like Russian Roulette. You've got a 2/3 chance of not being shot. Ready?" A smirk crawled across the mercenary's face, and he aimed at the prey's head.

He pulled the trigger, and nothing came out. The snitch heaved a large sigh of relief, before hearing the shrill cry of the pistol. "I don't play by the rules." He grinned, and put the gun back into its holster. TOP searched the body for pence, and found around 100. He grinned, and turned on his heels, trying to abandon the corpse. Someone would find it later, but by that time, the mercenary would've had his payment of roughly 1,200 pence and would have been out of the city, on his way back to his camp in the Wasteland.

--
TOP smiled, reliving the events crystal clear in his head. He got up out of the twin-sized bed, and hurriedly looked around. He should've been out of here last night. He picked up the pouch that he held his pence in, and walked out of the room, out of the inn. He glanced around, finding the person whom said he'd pay for the little... affair, and smiled. "I nipped it. Payment?" The man inspected TOP, before grumbling and handing the other pence. He smiled, waved, and casually walked towards the city limits. "Pleasure."

[.:.Piper.:.:.Perry.:.]

Would a butterfly without wings still manage to fly?

Piper shook his head. "I don't like to put it away. It makes me feel safer with it out."

Piper changed the subject. "So, Annath, where are you headed?" Piper loved traveling. The only place in Tryferia he didn't like was the Terra Mountains. Too cold. Not the best place to summon something when the cold alone is enough to sap away your energy.

That is what I strive to find out.
