Baylee Minke
I wish my mind would move past this.
Baylee was glad with the answer. It wasn't an outright no which meant that it could happen at some point. She really did want to get comfortable with the flying and moving around during it since she liked flying. It was just fear getting the better of her and it wast something she didn't really like. She wasn't prone to letting her fears get to her so obviously, usually it was just small things that she only really noticed. She didn't like being up front about most of her fears anyway and she didn't really know most of them, her mind just did things to combat them itself.
Baylee gripped onto Prudence tighter with the warning. It wasn't that she was scared anymore then she had been and she had planned to do that anyway, her mind just felt she needed to hold on tighter. She was really oppose to this whole chance of falling thing and if it wasn't talked about as much she might start to feel a little better. She knew that being prepared was better though but she also had to make sure she wouldn't panic which would likely be the crux point. Panicking meant that she would likely forget to spread out of do it later on so it might not be as effective. She tried to get her mind off of it. She really didn't want her mind running through scenarios that were likely worse then anything that would ever happen.
While I do thank her for the advice it really has put my mind into a place I don't want to be... I really hope we can change to a different topic that will take my mind off of it.
“What is your favorite food?” she asked randomly.
She just needed to get onto a different thought and food was the first thing she thought of. It wasn't like she had no general interest though, she would have asked Prudence at another point anyway.
Hopefully the topic will change.
