Isabella felt claws digging through her flesh, though none of the monsters were close enough to actually attack. Damnit, Kemeron! She cursed "Simple curse!" She hissed, using the hand that wasn't being weighed down by nothing and being attacked to shoot the thing attacking the Cleric. She had Darren bound fairly tightly in her hair [but not hard enough to hurt either of them.], playing a tune she couldn't place...

Roselyn

Roselyn had just finnished a quest and was walking through the woods with her faithful hunting companion, Feroz. She patted the large tiger's head lightly and rubbed up against Roselyn's leg; a force that would have knocked a human man down easily. Feroz was slightly larger than average tigers, thanks to Roselyn who took care of her since she was a tiny cub. Since Roselyn was light, she often found herself riding the mammoth beast if she got tired (which rarely happened).

Before too long she heard the sounds of humans. They were still a little farther off. a half second later Feroz tuned in as well, sniffing the air cautiously. She couldn't tell if they were PCs of NPCs from the distance, and the only way to find out was to go close. She pulled out two arrows and knocked them. She looked down at Feroz and made a hand signal, which Feroz recognized immediately. Rose sprinted forward and circled around the small group, always staying about thirty feet away, and waited until she heard Feroz take her place. Then, at the same moment they sprinted to the group, coming out on both sides.

There were more than she thought, but numbers had never stopped her from killing hundreds upon hundreds of imps during the war. Her eyes narrowed. She felt like she knew them from somewhere. She hadn't really traveled with anyone the past two years, but she knew many people from the war, and she felt like she knew at least two of these people. I feel like i recognize their faces... the skanky girl and the blue armored man especially... she thought quietly, never taking her eyes off the group or lowering her bow.

Daniel looked up from where he was sitting before standing up. He couldn't get to sleep, and, having been sort of left out of the proceedings of the group, picked up his shield and sword before heading away from the camp. He wanted to go find some goblins to terrorize, or something like that, since he was bored and it was an RPG.

Raiden, her ears trained to listen for assassins, stirred from her sleep silently.She heard two sets of footsteps. What the hell? Only one person was awake. She continued to let herself lie limp close to the burned out fire pit, scanning around. Aha, something in the shadows moved. Stealth. She whispered, flickering invisable. She, out of the group, was the most likely to die, and she wasn't ready to go yet. Silently, she got up, going to the trees and ducking behind one, though she didn't need to. She unsheathed her daggers, clutching them tightly. She saw something move again, rolling through the bushes, she silently stalked the silhouette, coming up fairly close beind her though hopefully far enough away to not alert it to her presence...


Anything else? Raiden is stalking Roselyn, by the way. :3

((not quite the reaction i was looking for.... oh well. and lol yes. skanky girl. and thats just Roselyn reaction... though she's not really one to talk, but then again she didn't really interact with other PCs a lot until now.))

Roselyn turned, having heard the person the second they started moving. She pointed her bow and arrow at the spot where Raiden had chosen to watch her from. She grinned. "You're trying to sneak up on a hunter. An elf hunter. It doesn't work like that." she said quietly. Feroz heard Roselyn stop moving and was on her way over to investigate. She didn't like stopping in the middle of the hunt. Soon enough she realized what was going on and circled behind Raiden. "I'm sure you can sense the danger you're in right now." she whispered, just loud enough for Raiden to hear. "Stand up slowly and I won't shoot." she said, truthfully.

Raiden grinned, flicking off stealth to reveal her casually sitting cross legged on the ground as if she had been there the whole time. "It's too early to practice my stalking and hunting skills. I'm a better theif at any rate. So what brings you to my and my companions campsite with a bowaimed? You wouldn't happen to work for the king, would you? Because if so, then there may be an issue." She said, smirking. She stretched and got up, slowly. "May I make a suggestion?" She asked calmly, used to being in positions such as these, and sometimes even being in reverse roles.

Roselyn watched her carefully, ready for any tricks. When she stated her class, her arm on the bow tightened. When she asked if she worked for the king. She choked back a scoff, for fear of waking up the others. "I work for no one." she said said curtly. "Nor will i ever." she added. She watched her get up and when Raiden asked if she could make a suggestion, she raised an eyebrow slightly, but nodded. "Yes, but talk only. If you try anything You'll have an arrow through your heart before you take one step. And smokescreens won't do you any good. I'm as deadly in the dark as I am in the light." she said, keeping her voice low.
