Kingdom of Astara [Semi-lit, still open and accepting]

I walked off the boat, Laughing at somehting Jace had said, then Stared. This small town island was not the large city she'd thought she was headed to. "Jace... Where are we?"

I looked around. "I have no Idea. We'll figure it out." I thought long, and hard. It could be the famed Isle of the royal Vampires. But that was so completely illogical. Vampires were a genetic mutation of acute red cell anemia, that scientists had accidentally bio-engineered into a semi-fatal organic style disease. Like injectable cancer.

"well shall we see the other towns. after all sai. this is more a country than just an island. we're just uncharted. we havent even made it near the beaches." she asked thinking. most o the island was country side. will small villages here and there. it had been that way for a long time.

Sai looked up at the boat that just docked, he pointed at the two new people stepping off "Flair take me down there at once!" He commanded with a smile "I want to greet my new people..."

she had heard the two talk. she didnt desire to talk with them. " yes my lord." was all she said. she urged the horse foreward and stopped right in front of the two. the horse forcing them to either go around or talk to them.

I stared at the pair headed towards us. An ethereal woman, Tall, Pale, with even paler hair, and sharp, red eyes. And a boy, it seemed, Deep blue eyes, with golden hair. I wondered why they seemed so very... Regal.

I looked at the oncomers as well. They certainly seemed Royal. But surely... It couldn't be possible. Absolutely Illogical. That'd just been the booze talking, when he'd heard it from that other vampire, twenty years ago. Hadn't it?

"Ello welcome to my Kingdom Astara!" Sai greeted them both with a large smile crossing his arms "I am King Sairunaka Maru, This is Flair De Avalone my Guard....And pain in my a**" he narrowed his eyes looking back at her

I stared up at the pair, and laughed at the boy's comment. They were on a beautiful copper horse. "Hello there."

I noticed the woman's cold eyes, where Ian was more innocent, I didn't trust her a bit. I also noted Ian was Faking niceties. that meant she was scared.

Flairs eyes locked with the males. "tell me. you are both of our blood yet for some reason you think us human made science mistakes. not much pride in your own kin." she said it coldly, distantly. they had unknowingly insulted not only themselves but everyone she protected. being the commander. she took this a personal insult.

Sai gasped, he gave Flair an even colder look than all the other times "Flair how could you speak to them in that manner?!" He promptly climbed down off the Horse which didn't go well, picking himself off the ground Sai dusted himself off "I'm sorry about Flair she can be quite brutal with her words..."

She didnt move. she watched sai to make sure he was okay. right now he was the only reason she was there. She sat atop the horse in silence.

I stared. "Oh, no. No no no! Wait. How'd you read his thoughts?" I had a psychic ability. But that'd been apparent long before I'd been turned. And What jace had meant was that we were human accidents. and if they were vampires.... How did their hearts beat? the boy toppled from the horse, and I reached forward, to ensure him okay. "Are you alright?

"I do not think you an experimental mistake. I know for truth that we are. But you... Seem to be of an ancient line. not like us. Not at all." I stared as ian lurched forward, then my eyes flicked to the woman, concerned.

Sai's eye twitched in anger listening to them, stepping in front of Ian and Jace he pushed out his arms "Listen to me!" He shouted "I am King Sairunaka Maru I command you all to stop bickering like children!" Sai huffed adjusting his collar "I don't care what you are you are my people now....You will listen to me and do as I say"

" in that you are correct. we existed on this world long before the scientific technologies have poluted the places you live. we here for the most part have no changed. you will find it here to be. slightly midevil with exceptions of course.i will warn you. the place, this island is small compared to other countries. we use horses and our feet. so you will not find automoted vehicles." she said it flately. then again shed lived since the fudal times.

I blinked. "listen to you?" I wasn't fond of this theory. I then hunched over. "dammit..." I heard the woman's speech, and was quite worried. I was going to get myself into trouble here. I just knew it. But first... I needed to feed.

I'd had a feeling that he was a king, and that the Isle was stuck in another time. Ian wasn't going to submit lightly. This had the potential to get dangerous. Then Ian hunched, and I steadied her. "great, she's starving from the voyage..."

Sai narrowed his eyes, he was beginning to grow worrisome of these people "So" He had taken a harsh tone "She wants to kill one of my people just because she is hungry?!" This was one of Sai's weak points "Humph what a disgrace I can live off of human food but you can not even go a day with out feasting on a human..."
