Resting his head on the counter Jessie smiled brightly "Thank you so much ma'am" Feeling very revealed now that he may have a chance to make Riennla's life better he stood stretching a bit "I'd give you my cell if I had one...Usually us carni folk don't"

She rose a brow. "Carney folk? Do you know Alaric perchance?" She asked. Since the Creator had died, Alaric had been the acting ringmaster. Though she was fairly certain he instead did something with clocks now. But she could be wrong.

Scratching his head a bit Jessie began thinking "I...I herd there was an Alaric in England while I was in Romania" He shrugged "That's bout it"

She smiled. "Silly of me to think you'd all know eachother." She held out her hand for him to shake. "You're hired, Jessie. Welcome to the crew."

Jessie stared at her hand but instead of shaking it he leaned over the counter and hugged her tight "Thank you so much...."

She froze, and knocked him in the head rather hard, then sighed, laying her head on the counter. "I'm sorry. I just... really... don't like being touched." She explained. "Are you alright?"

Laughing as he stumbled about Jessie waved his hand "T-that felt great, n-no worries k-kay?!" Shaking it off he started walking out "I-I guess I should go"

She slipped off the stool and made him sit in one of the waiting chairs. "Nah I knocked you pretty good. I don't know my own strength sometimes." She said laughing nervously. Wow. He's got a good foot on me... Which means he's taller tha Winston... She nearly laughed outright at that. Too. Perfect.

"W-what's so funny?" Asked Jessie staring at Oliver, slowly but nervously he began laughing himself "Y-yeah its funny hitting someone, I've done it!"

Jessie then shifted nervously, ever since a child he could tell when someone was lying "Oh hey its fine" He coughed then smiled "But look I'm really okay but my lady is very sick....I need to get home"

"A-Ack!" Jessie twitched a bit then sighed heavily "....She got turned into a Vampire....Then her ex left her...Oooh if I ever catch that bastered -" He stood up shaking his fist "I'll cut his head off with my cards!"

The pain had finally passed and Riennla gathered her thoughts. "Left for a job interview..." She said, pulling on her coat. "Girl named Oliver..." She tied her shoes and she realized where he was. "Oh! That place..." She locked the apartment behind her, headed to find Jessie. "He's at Cleaver's." She actually somewhat liked the strange blonde man. The girl always gave her candy if she saw her while she was taking pictures. "She takes pretty pictures..." She muttered quietly.

Staring at Oliver for a moment he quietly pulled out a deck of cards from his sock, they looked to be normal playing cards though they made a clacking sound like metal when he started mixing them up "Yeah...These babies are my main weapon..."
