Abe looked to Alice, arching an eyebrow. Was she serious? It sounded like there was some agression in her voice when she commented about the mines. "Alice...the mines are no big deal. If I recall everyone's abilities correctly. We're all capable of flight except Jake here which brings me to my next question" Abe began to say. "Alice...using your telekinetic abilities can you sustain flight upon yourself and Jake at the same time? If so then we can all just simply pass over the mines" Abe asked.

Seth had now made it on base. And moved over to the main cabinet. The girl was near the bottom of the base, A good 7 floors. He was on the 3rd. The place was busy people yelling back and forth. He just found a set and watched. The chaos was pretty funny. Jinx sat next to him waiting for the conflict. Pilots were getting ready as well as foot solders. "They are just going all out aren't they?" He asked Jinx in an amused tone. "Well just wait till were needed." He said leaning back looking at the ceiling.

Alice looked at Abe, then to Jake. She didnt know if she can do that. She then said lightly,

"Hmm, im not sure if i can. But i can do this."

She then extended her hand out to where she thought one of the Mines where at. She then Pulled the Mine out of the Ground, and Through it about five feet away from them. She then closed her palm, and the Mine was surarounded by a invisible circle, causing it to explode, but only inside the bubble like force. She then looked at Abe, and said lightly,

"I would do that, but theres tot many of them..."

He looked around,then set Zion down. "Uhmmm...I can see if i cant set them off without dying." He said. "You know,pick one up,and start a chain reaction,or set off one at a time. " he said. He looked around. "How about we do this...Abe cuts a tree down and we push it over the mines...let it roll." He said.

was being moved into a gaint lab where the tank was again. They where all trying to figure out if they should inject more into her or run more tests first. She couldnt really see anything. It was all fuzzy to her. Her breathing was slow and steady. She felt a needle injected into. She blacked out.

"She is a strong one." The doctor muttered as he looked up at her in the tank. This was the third time they had put her in there to be injected with more formula. It usualy only took once. He wondered if the others would be like her. He sighed and walked away. At least she would be in there for alittle while and be out cold.

Zion shook his head slowly, "When it hits enough mines, the tree would be in splinters and I don't think they'd have enough force to set off the other mines. So there'd still be more left." Before waiting on an answer, Zion shifted into a red-tailed hawk and carefully landed on Jake's shoulder. He could feel the change in his body structure jump start the healing process. The wound felt hot, almost unbearably so, but it was a sure sign that he'd be back to normal soon.

Jake sighed. "Your right." he said. "Well...I think our only options are to avoid or disarm so which one are we doing?" He asked. He knew he could probably find a way through the feild,but getting the others trough was another thing.

Alice looked at Zion as he told them it wouldnt really work. She then looked at Jake and smiled.

Alice then skipped around Jake and then, avioding the Mines. She then stopped infront of Jake and said lightly,

"Im having fun avioding them. We should do that."

She then giggled and Held his hands and smiled. She loved having fun when she can, and avioding mines was more fun then playing hide and go seek with the Soldiers.

He smiled. "I guess Me,Zion,and Alice are going to avoid them" He said,smiling at her. "You ready?" He asked Alice. He had no idea how she could be this excited without eating something. Duchess could smell the toxins and explosives int he mines and knew where to go to avoid them,so she was safe.

Alice smiled and giggled lightly as she let go of his hands. She then skipped a mine, and turned around to look at Jake and Duchess. She giggled lightly and skipped back to the two off them. Alice then kneel down and open one of the bags that the Vest had, which Duchess had on her back. SHe then took out an Apple. She then Stood straight and took a Bit. SHe then skipped around and looked back at Jake. She then said lightly,

"What you waiting for, Jake? We cant have fun if you stand there watching."

He smiled,He jumped over a mine and picker her up,swinging her around.He smiled and set her down in a clear space. He jumped through some other nines. "Come on,slowpoke!" He said. He smiled as Duchess followed a bit slower.

Alice smiled and looked at Jake. She then skipped a Mine and said lightly,

"Im not slow!"

"I guess that leaves infiltration to me" Abe said to himself, he sighed. "Why doens't crushing things or opponents with sheer overwhelming power ever the conclusion?" Abe thought to himself not minding if the others over heard. He quickly jumped into the air, looking through the HUD displayed from his bionic eye he registered where all the mines were placed and shifted his right arm into a dense laser beam rifle and in turn shot all of them causing them to explode though the explosions weren't strong enough to injure either Alice or Jake since they were already 'dancing' across the mine field. "Quit goofing around! Have you forgotten who's at stake here?" Abe said coldly as he proceeded forward through the air as he fell back down to the Earth.

Zion had flown away from Jake and Alice as soon as the dancing stuff started. It irritated him that they could be jovial when near a mine field and he absolutely hated dancing. He was over the mine field as Asa was following Duchess and was gliding over to the otherside when Abe went and blasted most of the mines. 'Tch! Some actual warning next time would be lovely...' He shrieked and flew to Abe's shoulder and pecked at his neck lightly in a chiding way.

Abe quickly moved his arm pointing the end of the barrel of his low density laser beam gun at Zion in response to his comment. "I don't have time for warnings when Amaya is in there" Abe said, he lowered his arm away reverting it to normal. "So I'd suggest you, all of you pay attention to your surroundings so I don't accidently shoot or harm any of you" Abe finished.
