![]() ![]() "You bet," Gaia mumbled, her eyes glued on the officer. Considering the fact he was standing right in front of her, watching her like a hunting lion, she didn't have any chance whatsoever to have a chance to get away. But she ran anyways. "Let's go!" she shouted over her shoulder to Dolly, and sprinted around the wreckage, heading over to her car. Gaia wasn't really much of a runner, but her common outbursts of energy proved enough for her. "Hey!" the officer chased after her. "You're not going anywhere while I'm here!" Ignoring those threats thrown at her, Gaia leaped into her car. Her heart was running more than she just had as she turned on the engine, and drove off around the intersection. She ended up on the grass as she headed closer to Dolly. Of course, she could only go so far, what with the small disaster in the center of the road. Whatever. Who was she to just let something like this hold her back? Sprawling herself over the seat, Gaia struggled a bit as she opened the passenger door. "Let's go! The kid can sit in the middle." "Yes, I've heard," Wiki responded, closing the door behind her. "I'm sure you already know this, but it's just Dolly's way of being concerned about you. Even if it annoys you," he added lightly. He silently pondered the second part the girl had said; about Dolly moving out. Where to? He wasn't sure, but didn't worry himself about it. It was Gaia who would drive everyone crazy with wondering. Letting go of the thought, he took a seat at the kitchen table. "Well, then," he started calmly, "how have you been lately?" It was a pitiful start, probably in the opinion of most, but he was at a loss for anything else. It was sort of like a greeting he had silently settled on. He brushed a lock of his hair from his face, and waited for a reaction, or a response from Fme. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
