After a moment she put the phone down, and checked her pocket. She still had some change, and a creditcard in it. "The taxi will be here in 15." She said, as she started walking to the exit.    |

Miku looked up at Ashley, her "mother", as she showed her a dress that even though was dark shades of violet and black, was nothing Miku would wear. "Couldn't I possibly skip out on it?" Miku said, giggling at Ryou, seeing him wear a black satin coat. |

Ashley patted Ryou's arm tenderly. "You look quite dashing in your outfit, my love. As to Miku, you think she may find someone special at the party?"Ashley asked, a hopeful look in her eyes. |

"If there's anything Miku needs, it's social interaction, whether it'd be from a scientist or a patient. But Miku's a sly, little flirt. She'll be teasing boys hearts with no mercy." Ryou laughed, seeing Miku get flustered as she picked up the dress and left to try it on. "Hmm, I must've upset her," He laughed, knowing Miku didn't like being talked about as a flirt considering it's what she had done with Ryou first year. "But she'll live," Ryou chuckled, pulling Ashley closer to him. "And you look lovely, my angel." He said, playfully kissing Ashley near her neck. |

"I think this masquerade will be rather interesting considering patients and doctors are to be in the same room without experimentation. Hopefully, no chaos breaks loose." |
