Once a master, always a master, and the master of Mesta city was having his geographical scouters look for new cities to control. He needed more resources to keep the creatures of his city busy while he himself adventured in acts of war. He'd long ago established himself as the leader of Mesta City and had proven it by creating a Geass barrier that both purified one's body while inside that city only and forcefully made oneself unable to attempt killing. The barrier was strong enough to affect the mountains to a smaller degree of simply weakening the will to kill outside the city. Now though he sought a different barrier that forcefully turned any creature that was none-human into human. It is designed to ward off the overlords, the insanely godlike, the dimensional travelers, and the undead demons who despised the human weakness of body. The secret ingredient was yet to be discovered but until then the Geass Barrier would hold still. It wasn't just a spell, it was the combination of work of the entire city, the strongest mages of the realm, and the technology of the shape shifter's adventures life. IT was a masterpiece of power run by automation spells with the core being an one foot oval diamond with the tears of a Unicorn. The next masterpiece needed new resources so he waited for new cities to be created and began reconstructing his one time Lleviathan City. It sole purpose would be the simply heart of storing power, an archive of adventurer's magic, and the very thing Carrow Corrow had been borne on. It was right off the coat of Shana city and the gulf which it was made on. While this city was beginning to be remade aftter years of being destroyed Wren S. Ift looked over the realm to see and control the city of Redimus. A prosperous and resourceful city once ruled by an unknown king and now hidden and lost from most memories. It was near a volcano and was filled with secret passages perfect for a laboratory for extinct species.
