Lance took a seat in the lounge not far from the kitchen, he could hear everything they were saying inside the kitchen. He could smell blood the second the girl cut her finger. He could feel his fangs grow again, he really needed to get some blood soon. He hoped this was where his brother messed up just like he did. It was a cruel thought, but Lance was cruel, so it was expected for him.

Daniel looked over his shoulder. "You okay..?" He asked and slowly walked up to her. "Lemme see.." He mumbled and held out his hand to her.

"Yes, my brothers are my remaining family, but I'm not entirely sure where they are at the moment." He considered briefly exposing his secret then and there for dramatic effect, but instead he decided on a course of action that would prove to be much more entertaining in the long run. "Well, here we are!" he said, flashing a smile that showed his fangs for just a moment, just long enough for her to think it a trick of the flickering light before his teeth were straight and normal again. He reached into a pocket and pulled out a ring of keys, selected the appropriate one, and unlocked the door to one of his favorite room in the whole of the estate.

Paris's eyes widened as she swore she saw something happen to his teeth for a second she swore it looked like fangs. She shook her head and blinked a few times before she looked back at him "Where is here?" she asked.

"Here is the library. The collection is quite extensive, especially in the areas of the occult."

"Ewww, spooky, the occult," she teased and giggled. She then rolled her eyes as she walked into the room fully.

Pulling on the shirt in her room, Serise found that she couldn't sleep. Today had her too wound up, she went in Lance's room and looked around. Nothing. But she walked to the coffin and opened it wider, looking inside and touching the lining.

Leaving the room, she went upstairs, looking in the kitchen, she hadn't noticed Lance. She leaned on the door frame, her face blank of emotion, she stared at Daniel and the girl, Yue. "Might wanna wrap that up, there's band-aids in the drawer there." She pointed to where Lance had gotten one for her. "I broke a bowl and cut my finger too."

Her eyes were on Daniel though, not Yue. Her eyes stating clearly, I know what you are.

"Aren't we clumsy humans?"

"AS I said before, the original master of the estate had some... unique interests and tastes."

"I'll say," she said and she looked over the binders of the books readind some of the titles. "Do you have any idea that most of the books were lost by the vampire slayer covens?" she asked and she picked up one of the books and flipped through. "Some of these books were burned because they were forbben," she said as she closed the book and set it gently back down on the table.

Daniel laughed a little. "Obviously." He mumbled and gently grabbed her hand to examine the wound. "It's not bad..." He added and placed her finger to his lips. He sucked on her finger, cleaning it. He made it seem as if he thought nothing of it. Almost like a natural response. He hadn't payed attention to the other girl and what she said. He parted his lips from her finger and let go. "There." He looked over. "Hey, you get a bite at Lance yet?" He smirked a little.

Lance had left the castle before Serise had even woken up. He was out in a small town near by. He got the tooth brush Serise had asked for, and now he was just out to hunt. Lance wasn't the type of vampire to only feed off of animals, he beleived killing an animal was the same as a human, so he would go for either.

After Lance was finished hunting he returned to the castle, and went to find Serise. He found her in the kitchen with some other girl, and his brother. He handed Serise the bag with the toothbrush not saying anything.

"Oh yes, I'm well aware. That's what makes the occult collection in front of you more valuable than the castle it's self, several of these volumes are the worlds sole surviving copies." he picked up one such tome, gently running his finger along the supple, leather-bound spine, displacing the dust to reveal the title 'the ninth gate'

"Okay now you most think I'm a nerd so I'm going to shut up now," she said and blinked twice as she read the spine of the book he was holding. "Ack! This is why I pefer not to talk to people I am just too weird! I just can't say nothing right! Too much time around my crazy grandma!" she said loudly more to herself then him as she put her hands over her ears and shook her head.

Smirked at Daniel, but before she spoke, Lance gave her a bag. "Oh, you went out? ...Can I come next time? I...need new clothes. Thanks though." She pulled out the toothbrush and smiled alittle, "I need to use this right now." She blushed and walked off to go brush her teeth. Yuck, not having brushed them today.

"Maybe" He said. He probably would never take her out of the castle, but Lance was never one to give a straight answer. He watched her fun off, and didn't say anything else. He looked at his brother, and the other girl, but didn't bother to say anything.

After she had brushed her teeth, she cleaned her brush and put it away in the bathroom. Serise looked away in thought, if the Master paid for everything did they all have credit cards or something? She needed new clothes, but she didn't really want to have to let Lance pick it all out. Walking into her room, she opened her closet, she sighed.
