Welcome to Gaia! ::

(Hey Cuckoo-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o! He's right behind yo-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-ou!)
Just as Cuckoo walked down the corridor, he suddenly halted. The action appeared to have been carried out almost subconciously. But Cuckoo's mind that had the thought that was lightning, would be struck with fear by the thunder that followed: an overpowering tremble spread throughout his whole body. This was the feeling that something had been trailing behind him and whatever it was, its tempest of bloodlust had bound against the stone walls.
'Couldn't be! How could anyone... anything follow me here!? This couldn't have been found!'
But it was.
Bella had awoken from a short nap, by falling off her bed. Sitting up, she had quickly glanced around the room to see that Matthew hadn't returned yet. Leaning back against the bed, she stared at the door. Wondering where he was, and if he was okay. If he wasn't okay, then she would be stuck in this mansion all alone. That in her mind was terrible. Stuck with demons who could easily kill you. But if he was okay, which she hoped the she would be with matthew who seemed to want to protect her. She liked that idea way more then being alone.

Placing her hands on the ground beside her, she felt something furry. Jumping, she looked down at the thing to realize it was her kitten Miko. Putting her hand on her chest, she sat on her bed and looked at him. Her heart rate was kinda quick and her breathing was hard. The cat had really scared her. She wasn't really sure what she had thought it was, but from the thousands of thoughts going through her mind, It probaly wasn't good. After a second or so of calming down, Bella started to laugh. She felt like a complete idiot. Leaning over she laughed a bit more hard, looking at her kitten who was still fast asleep.

Once the laughing, subsided she caught her breath and picked Miko up. Setting him on her bed, she laid back and stared at the door.
Perhaps it was debatable to say whether Bella ever truely needed to fear for Matthew - he very well knew what he was up against. Even then, more conflict was far from what he'd ever wished for...
Hurriedly, Matthew pursued where the feeling of dread was coming from. As he approached the stairs, he realised, 's**t, it's coming from the library!' By the time he entered the room, only the opening from the moved bookcase could be found. Only common sense was really needed to follow on from the beast's whereabouts.
'That's strange, what the demon want from behind there?'
(sorry I haven't replied. Been busy with soccer, dance, and school and i finally got time to get on here)
Bella ran her fingers along Miko's back, her eyes traced everything in the room. He hadn't returned yet, which had made her worried. Where had he gone? was he okay? She had no clue. Standing, she walked over to the door of the room and peeked out it. The halls were dark and empty, and there was no way she was going to go out of the room alone. Leaning against the door frame, she went back into the room and closed the door. Sliding down the wall, she set her hands beside her and crossed her legs. "please be okay" she mumbled under her breath, as she set her hands on her laps and tapped her finger against her knee gently. A song came to her mind as she gently hummed a melody, as she closed her eyes.
The beast roared throughout the dark corridor, "I can smell you, angel! I'm gonna tear out your heart and make you see its every last pulse as I take a bite out of it! Then we can see who's in Purgatory now!" The mere thought of the opportunity to bring suffering onto such a target felt like a true gift. He trembled and roared once again, though not possible to comprehend as any language of any sort, it appeared estatic in its tone, as though orgasmic.
(We have lived to gain suffering... And now we deliver it)
