The mace seem to sizzle on impact and steam rose from his eye sockets. He raised the sword and swung it at where she had stood. "Trick tricky... so tricky." Stepping forward he pulled one eye from it's socket. Blood poured down his face. He wiped the orb off on his pants to clean it and stuck in back in. The eye rolled around in a nasty way and eventually straighten up. He repeated the process with the other eye and licked his own blood off his upper lip.

"Now where are you?" he said moving towards the sound of heartbeats.
