he smiled, he couldn't help it, her laughter was infectious. he smiled with her to hide his nervousness.

Kisa moved her glass with her mind and brought it to her mouth taking a drink moving not one finger.
"Well thank you for this."
She said as she wiped her mouth.

he watched her movements, admiring her beauty and grace. "I'm glad that you like it, it's not much but..." he trailed off, his throat dry. he raised his wineglass and took a sip, savoring the taste of it. "i have a confession to make, I'm nervous right now. I hardly know what to say or do in a situation like this."

"Nervous of little ol me, why you do not have to be."
She laughed and nervously took a drink...she thought ok what is going on right now...its different she is flirting with a insane person but he's not all that bad once you get past the damn well that was alot of people you killed there...and then you reliaze your insane for being here...Oh well she like it anyways she sipped and took a bite of one of the sandwiches.

"Well thank you for that. the only reason I'm so nervous, is because I have never interacted with anyone like this before, or anyone like you."
he blushed and realized that he was probably sounding like a damned fool. he briefly wondered about her, what could possibly get her sent to a place such as this?

"well that's fine cause normally i dont think insane people are this nice and handsome."
She winked and looked aside.

he blushed fiercely at her compliment and nervously took a bite of his sandwich, savoring the flavors and the textures of the first real food he had eaten in months
"well, i must say your beauty is something i never expected to see in a place like this, and you are much better company than anybody else I've met here."

Misa looked down to the ground and a sad look on her face she sighed.
"I'm not suppose to be here, i'm not insane."
She said coldly.

he realized that he had offended her and hastily apologized "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply that you did. I don't belong here either if you want to get technical about it. I SHOULD be reporting back to my superiors... but most likely they have written me up as an 'asset lost in the line of duty' I just meant to say that had neither of us come here I never would have met you he blushed again this time in major embarrassment.

"yah well atleast you can leave not get hunted down, these jacka** will hunt me down and kill me if i leave..."
She said frowning.

he frowned at the thought of anyone trying to harm her in ANY way. "I will not allow any harm to come to you, and woe to those who try, as for my leaving? I'd likely have to fight my way out...which would result in more deaths and destruction leaving their mark on my soul." he gingerly reached out and touched her hand warmly. a warmth tinged with nervousness "If I left, you'd likely be in an unsafe place alone, and if I tried to take you with me I'd be placing you in grave danger. since neither of those options are acceptable to me, I will stay." he looked into her eyes trying not to get lost in their depths "...for you."

"Well that's reassuring but everyone has said that to me how do i know you wont do the same? Well i guess if you say it like that then i think i could trust you to a point. But would you let me go if something you knew about me was darker then anyone else that are locked in this damned place?"
She said not wanting to say why she would be more dangerous then anyone there, she didn't trust to say that to anyone. She smiled and sat there stairing at her drink.

"what sort of darkness do you harbor within you milady?" he silently told himself that whatever dangers they might face either inside or out in the world he would stand by her regardless of them.

She put her finger over her lips and she shushed.
"The world needs not to know that."
She laughed and took a sip.

he grinned and took hold of her hand gently "well my dear, when you are ready to share it with me, I will be here. until then, let us speak of other things." he took another sip of his wine and found that his nervousness was melting away "tell me more about you."
