The dark man remains still and quiet, not wanting to startle her any more then she was allready. He knew that sneaking up on her like he did was a bad idea, and he was kicking himself in the head for doing so. The moonlight shines down on his long silver hair that drapes out of the black hood around his face. He finaly says in a calm soothing voice "Did i startle you melady, im sorry. I mean you no harm. I was just wondering what a girl like your self was doing out at this late of a hour."

Crystal looked around as she kept moving back, "That is non of your concern", she spat back at him. She was scared now, however being her she slipped and tried to reach out for something but caught her arm on a stone bench and cut herself. Blood dripped onto the floor as she stood up quickly, it seeped through a cut in her dressing gown and down the arm.

The dark man sees the cut on her arm and the blood driping. He slowly reaches onto his back, pulling off a small sack that is stuffed to the brim with things. He opens it up rooting around in side of it, then finaly pulls out a small cloth. he remains where he stands as he holds it out to her and says " If you dont tend to that, it's gonna get worse. here is a clean rag if you would like. I wont move if it will make you feel safer me lady. Like i said, I mean no harm."

Crystal reach for the rag and peeled her dressing gown off. It hit the ground and she was left her short sleeve white night dress that flowed to the floor. Blood dripped down her arm as she cleaned it up, the cut wasn't deep, so it stopped bleeding after while. Crystal pulled her night dress back on. "Who are you?", she asked.

Kitori shrugged as she just watched him walk away, "How rude..." Moments later she heard a crash in the garden. She knew her sister loved going out there so she grabbed a sword and ran out there hoping her sister was not in danger. She saw the same hooded man when she started to approach them both, her foot steps went silent as Kitori slowly snuck up behind him.

EDITED: as he sees the dress fall, he quickly spins on his heals to turn around. He didnt know if she was with some one, and he also was a gentleman. Once he hurd her talk he looks over his sholder slightly, seeing that she has her dress back on, he spins arouind slowly slinging the bag back on his back, hideing it under his cape as he says "I am but a hired sword, swarn to protect the crown at all cost, even if that cost is my own life." he shifts his waight, but still kept himself at a distence from her. He quickly draws a dagger from his back side, spining with grace and speed, he lets the dagger fly, as it lands a few feet in the ground infront of the girl that was trying to sneak up on him. A low growl escapes from his direction as his other hand now rests on a hilt of a sword at his side.

Crystal nodded, "My father hired you?", she asked. 'I guess you must be the new bodyguard", she said and sat down on the fountain but then she saw her sister sneaking up behind him. "Don't", she called standing up and walking over, standing between her sister and the man. "He is the bodyguard, he is safe", she said.

He looks to the girl who was bleeding now as he says "You are of the crown?" he quickly bows on one knee as he says quickly " im taribly sorry me lady, twas not of my knolige that you would be out here. Please excuse my rash beavior, and the question i asked you earler." He remains silent and kneeling still.

Crystal looked down at him, "It is fine, thank you for the rag", she said and held it out for him to take, "I can get it washed for you if it was important?", she asked. The rag was stained with her blood.

Kitori just stared at the dagger on the floor and sheathed her sword, "Really..." She sighed, and looked up at the guard, "Thats all you got?" a grin came across her face. She loved antagonising people when it came to fighting. She rarely gets anyone to spar with and when she does they always let her win.

EDITED: He shakes his head slightly as he says " no, tis fine me lady, i can handle it my self." he gently takes the rang from her. His hands were surpriseingly softer then a newborns hair. He stands up as he says "The truth is melady. I am a hired sword, i go around kingdom to kingdom, talking to the king's , lord's, queen's, so onand so forth. Asking if they need a body guard. I have yet to actuly find your father to ask if he requires my services to the crown, i just arived into town only reasently." He looks to the other girl as he slowly walks over to the dagger grabing it with ease, even though half the blade was barried in the ground and says "For you, yes. that is all i have me lady." as he sheaths it back behind his cape.

Crystal looked at him, "My father is asleep but there is a guest bedroom you can stay in tonight, and ask him tomorrow", she said. She looked at her sister, "Stop it", she said and walked up to her. "I must be going, thank you for the rag", she said to him and turned, leaving them. She began to make her way back up to her room.

She frowned to the cloaked man in a joking manner, "Too bad..." The turned to her sister and bowed, "I'm sorry sister, I'll try to behave better for you." She looked back at the guard, "It's a shame though, I haven't had a good spar in a while." She smiled a softly smile, this time not to tease him but a respectful smile.

He nods his head as he says " Well if your father will hire me on, i will be protecting both you, and your sister. It's good to know that i can count on one of you if the need comes in a battle." he slings the bag off his back, stuffing the dirty rag into it with the rest of his belongings. He looks to her and says " what is thee ladys name?"

She smiled when he made the coment of calling upon her in battle. "My name is kitori, but call me what you like, I have lots of nick names around here. The one that most people like to use is princess trouble maker. I would prefer if you didn't use that name around me though." She sighed for a moment then smiled again, "And you?"
