Christine opened her silver eyes as she sat up from her head. She found that she could sleep any longer since the sun was shining brightly from ehr bedroom window. She rubbed her tired eyes as she rolled out of bed and walked over to her closet. She grabbed her forest green dress and brought it to the washroom.

Once she looked presentable she left her room to go to the dining room for breakfast. She moved quickly as she thought of the previous day's events. She thought of the attack and of Dante. Their friendship was now gone and was turned into something else. It confused her slightly but she knew that giving it a chance was always a good idea. She nibbled at her toast and found that she had lost her appetite. She left the dinning room and walked ot the clost in the foyer. She pulled in her heels and her peacoat and buttoned it up. She slipped out of the silent manor and began to walked around town.

Xance woke up early that morning. Rubbing his eye, he groaned. "God, it's so bright out." He muttered. "Mew." He thought, oh shi-

"Mew." It was the cat that Dirik had brought in. He gently pushed it aside (Dirik would have a fit if got injured) and climbed out of the bed, throwing on a shirt and a pair of trousers and running downstairs. Dirik was already awake, putting away some of the dishes in the sink to clean.

Dirik turned to Xance who had come down the stairs. "Oh, hi. It's awfully early. Raksha's still asleep, do you want to go for a walk or something?" Xance nodded, and they left.

((We're going to bump into christine again and she'll see that they're friends and be like OMGWTF)

Christine walked through the slightly crowded town with a bored expression. Being new to the town she wasn't aure what there was to do for fun. She walked over to a park that seemed to be deserted for the most part and took a seat under a tree and pulled out a book she kept in her pocket. She opened it as she flipped through the pages to see where she had left off.

They walked, side by side, not really saying anything. Just walking.

(pffft. One-liner. I'm still thinking.)

chase had been up all night wandering in the woods until he found the small town that he had once met friends in. he found a tree near dante's house jumped into it and tried to fall asleep. "Its ok." chase whispered in his wolf cub jasamine's ear as she wimpered while other wolves howled in the night.

chase awoke hours later in his tree very cold. he looked around to see christine, one of the only twon people he knew, wandering around in the park. chase jumped from the tree to greet christine saying, "hello stranger. you keep disapearing on me."

Christine nearly jumped as she heard someone jump out of the tree. She looked up at him with a pout as she said, "You scared me to death. Never do that again." she said as she place her hand on her chest and felt her head pounding. "I'm sorry Chase. I get very distracted easily." she told him with a sheepish smile.

chase looked back at christine and nearly laughed when he saw her expression but thought twice when he rembered her anger management issues. "so your finally back... where did you go? jasamine missed your company."

Christine glared at him as she saw him fight within himself to keep from laughing at her reaction. She knew her had anger issues but it did come in handy when you wanted someone to fear you. "Well I went to go get something to eat, then I ran into Xance then into Dante." she said a smile forming on her lips as she held her arms out to hold Jasmine. She patted the ground beside her for him to sit as well.

They stopped outside the the park. "It's a beautiful day out.."
Dirik nearly jumped at the sound of Xance's voice. "Huh?" he blushed deeply. "Oh.. oh, yeah."
Xance looked at him with a confused look on his face. "Are you alright?" He then noticed that Dirik was blushing so he looked away. "Eh, let's just go in."
The continued to walk, not looking at each other or making eye contact, then just sat down on the grass leaning against a tree.

Christine looked away from Chase as she sensed others in the park other than them. She saw the boy that she had seen earlier with the kitten and along with him he saw Xance. Her eyes widened as she pulled Chase to stand infront of her so she couldn't see him, "Hide me." she squeaked.

Xance stood up and leaned against the tree, then spotted the girl from yesterday. Apparently, Dirik seemed to notice her, too. "I don't want to fight." Xance closed his eyes and smiled.
Dirik looked up at him. "You were fighting?"
"Yeah. I don't want to fight. Not right now. The weather is nice."
"I guess..."

Xance opened one eye and looked down at Dirik. "You brought the cat, didn't you?"
Dirik laughed. "Yeah." Xance closed his eyes again. "You gonna name it?"
Dirik looked up at him. "What?"
Xance looked down at him. "Name it." Dirik laughed. "I'll name it Xance. Xance the second."
Xance chuckled a little. It was kind of funny to have a cat named after him. Especially since he hated cats.

He wasn't going to fight them. Not today.
