Bumps. No people sad-ness

Eru made it to the doors in under half an hour. He had not met any creatures along his way. All of them were trying their hardest to get to the door at the possibility of a meal. He took a deep breath and saw a large tree near the door. Deciding it would be the best place to hide from both the new people as well as the creatures. He strapped his ax back to his back and stomped his feet together making little blades pop out the front to aid his climb up the smooth surface of the tree. He hummed as he quickly pulled himself halfway up the tree. He settled onto a branch and clicked his feet together to put the blades back. He was still humming as he swung his feet eying the door and wondering where the people were.

Shadow

Shadow had been sitting in the tree, doing his best not to move...At all. He knew something bad was out there. The smell of dried blood hanged and stinking meat as well. His body was against the tree his arms in his chest hugging the tree. Hearing noises on the other side of the tree Shadow froze still, slowing his breathing as much as possible. The noises stopped and someone sat down. Shadow say there legs swinging, and it was humming. Was this boy ok, he had figured from the pitch of his voice that he was male. Should he talk to the other? Or hope he would go away?

The boy yawned and he saw himself in the metal wall. He had large black bags around his blue eyes and of course not all of it was just from the lack of sleep in was also years of dirt caked there. Red stained the front of his dark hair, it was getting long again, he would have to cut it soon. He shrugged and yawned again. Before catching a noise coming above him. He looks up and wonders what it could be. Clicking his boots together he reaches up and begins to climb up further. He tilts his head and spots something...It was large whatever it was....A person? He stops and growls back in his throat before reaching down for a knife at his waist. Or was it a thing? He wouldn't take any chances. He eyed the creature and aims his knife to throw....

While listing Shadow saw his feet move and he was coming up! Oh my God! What do I do?! He was panicking inside but on the out his breathing just speed up. Squeezing the tree now Shadow clung to the tree, and squinted his eye's. Please don't hurt me! I taste like fish! He half yelled out, but what if he liked fish?! The fear was to much, and shadow clang more to the tree.

Shock raced in Eru's body before worry. The things...noise attracted them! He put his knife away and hurried up to the person, for he was sure it was since the creatures couldn't talk, and got behind them and clamped his hand down on the smaller person's mouth. Shhh....They will hear you.... He whispered in a horse voice into the furry ear he found on top of the smaller head, his parents had said outside the wall people had animal traits and he saw somethings with ears as such before, but it was strange, his voice sounded funny to him, he never spoke out loud anymore, except every once in awhile to see if he still knew how to speak. Eru looked down and saw that they were lucky, the creatures were busy trying to fin something, their interest in the spot was wearing out.
Stay quiet, and they will leave soon then we can run. He took his hand away and slipped beside the new person. And threw his legs over swinging them as the tune hummed out of him once more.

Shadow had thought to be dead when the had was placed over his mouth. His eye's widened when the other spoke, His breath tickled his ear, and this made his cheek a light pink. He was to be quite, but doesn't that sound something like what a rapist would say, he was right on him!? But the boy had let go and slid next to him, humming again. Shakily Shadow de-clawed his nails from the tree. His head turned slowly and looked to the other boy. He looked much younger than what his voice had given, and he wasn't on the bad looking side either. What what? Who's leaving? He said it was shaky and silent, it was taking all his courage to talk at this point. His body was now half facing the other one leg pulled up on the tree so he kept his balance.

Eru looked at the other and raised a hand and pointed down to a group of things. Their skin peeling away and black dead blood sloshing onto the ground as they fought one another. He tilted his head and yawned again before pulling a leg up and watching the creatures go about while humming the only tune he knew. If they do not leave soon...we will have to run for it. Before dark...the Nights are much worse then these Days. He watched and waited for an opening in the sea of dead.

A fix....
Sai sat behind a broken wall hunched down amongst the rubble. He was only a hundred feet or so away from the doors, reluctant to let them out of his sight. His legs drawn up to his chest, a good sized piece of steel resting on his knees. Dark ,heavy rings hung under his steel blue gaze, his body still suffering from the drugs. He felt like crap. It was like from the moment he entered that room with his friend things had gone wrong, this was all a mistake. Sai shook his head softly letting out a sigh. He couldn’t let his guard down, couldn’t get distracted by his thoughts. He couldn’t tell what exactly was out there but he sure as hell could hear them and he wasn’t gonna let them sneak up on him.

As soon as Shadow's eye's laid on the things, he clung to the other boy. He wanted to run, but that would be stupid, since the other with the weapon was staying put. His face buried into the other, tears welled up in his eyes. This was just so wrong! His tail wrapped around his waist. He missed his mother, she was the only person to ever accepted him. She had even left his dad, just for him, but look now he chose to leave behind the only person to truly love him.

Eru jerked a bit as the other clung to him. Tears, how long since he seen them? Ah, yes. About ten years, the last timed he cried. He patted the small one's shoulder and looked down to see an opening. He pulled the other up and onto his back just as he pulled his ax into his had. He looked around once more and spotted something else...another person.
The opening is now. Hang tight and as we past grab the other person. He nodded once and jumped down onto the next branch and then the rest of the way down. Quickly he ran toward the boy in black and grabbed him up as he past in the hand with out the ax. Three miles back to the building he was at before an with added weight...he would have to hurry. Stay silent and they will not give chase.

Shadow did as he was told wiping his eye's he waited till the boy had grabbed the new one. It was not easy to stay on and hold the other. He thought he was going to fall, but he manged to stay up strait. I think I'm going to die! He thought while holding the boy. Shadow was not the strong type, so this would be a challenge.

A fix....
Sai barely had time to blink. Something had gabbed him and despite the voice in the back of his head that told him to fight back, his body was still punishing him for what he had last done to it. It was like being in a dream, the one where everything around you moved lightning fast and you were stuck in slow motion. The speed at which he was picked up combined with the motion of being jerked out from under his own feet left Sai’s head spinning painfully. The male let out a sound close to a growl and lifted a hand to his head only to hear the offending.. person? Speech was a good thing right, at least it meant the offending person was in fact a person. Biting his tongue Sai obeyed, listening to the guy with the axe sounded pretty reasonable to him.

Eru growled in his chest as he pumped his legs harder as he was spotted by a group fifteen minutes into their run. He took a sharp right down an ally he had a hide out around here...There! He spotted small hole in the wall and rushed in. As he went he hit a switch near the opening, a blinding light turned on and a metal door slammed behind them. He glanced the room over once before pulling the others off him and setting them on the floor. The room was small but it would be good till the next day and had enough food for all three. He flipped another switch and the light dimmed down. It was a measure to ensure that the Nights would not attack if any were hiding inside. They were weak against light. He growled again and placed his ax back on his back before looking at the others.
We are safe here for tonight. Now...what to do? He asked tilting his head to one side and looking the two over. The animal one looked okay, just scared, but the one in black he looked sick. He dropped down beside the boy and began to look him over for any wounds. If he was bitten, Eru would take his head....Before the boy turned and wanted his.

Shadow was able to hold on onto the boy, even though he so wanted to drop him. Getting inside Shadow sat down and looked at the male he was holding. He looked ill, but from what? The other boy walked up and had kneaded next to the guy in all black. As he looked him over Shadow decided to open his mouth since the other had did first. I-i;m Shadow He breathed out. His head lowered and he placed his hand on his chin, just like a girl in high school would have. It was a habit, that he most likely would never break.
