In the year 2130, virus broke out in the city of Lua. It spread fast from one person to another killing them in under two hours...but it the real terror rose when the dead began to walk once more. The city was blocked off to the outside world, a mighty wall of steel...Lua was left with the undead. But the world feared they would escape and hunt them out in order to feed. A plan was devised. Why not send people in, a sacrifice of sorts? But who to send? Suicide beining at the all time high, the leaders decided that those who wanted to rid themselves of life would be the best, those who wished death would receive it.
Now thirty years later Lua has returned to life but the heart of the city remains dead, tombed in steel. The world ignores the looming shadow it creates and the opening of the doors every year and the screams of the creatures that roam inside the walls....

You tried to take your life. The world for whatever reason was at its bleakest and you no longer cared. You awake in a hospital and asked "Do you wish for death?". Your answer was yes. Now you stand with a group of people each with their own confusing look, outside the Wall of Lua, a mark on the horizon you always ignored. Rusting doors open with a creak and you, along with others are pushed in...the doors slam shut....

My past was bleak: Shadow looked as a girl for most of his life, so he always had a dress or a skirt on. Bows in his hair and girls all around him. No one knew this though and in high school a boy asked him out. They went on a date and kissed and soon it became more. Shadow was in love for the first time, but he had yet to tell the other that he was in fact a boy. He decided on there three month anniversary to tell him. It was in fact the day of love Valentine's day, and that night he told his love. Sadly things didn't turn out as he had hoped not in the lest. He was slapped in the face, and his school life was complete hell. Bullied in school in public and on the web, Shadow just wanted it to end. Slitting his arms up wards he wished for death to come. My past was bleak: It was all a mistake. He was hitting acid whith a friend, he had a bad trip, ended in the hospital. Sai drifted in and out of hell for a couple of days, the nurses caught him muttering he wanted to die, but he didnt mean it he was f'ing high. He was just finnaly coming out of it, still a little paranoid, when they took him to the gates of Lua and left him for dead, something had gone very wrong, there had been a terrible misunderstanding. And Sai's definatly not gonna go down without a fight.

My past was bleak: I made out with a girl in front of the school. I loved her and she broke my heart. Then my parents found out that I'm bisexual and all hell broke loose. They literally threw me out with nothing but a plastic bag of clothes. I went crazy for about a year and a half so they locked me up. I'm better now but I only got out by screaming that I wished I was dead and then trying to commit suicide. I just couldn't take the white walls any more.

My past was bleak: He doesn't want to die. He's just pretending he does because he's a Scientist and that's really the only way he can conduct experiments on all of those dead people out there. He's a super genius. T.J has read every single book he could get his hands on, and only in a matter of minutes. Sometimes it takes an hour or two, but only the very big heavy ones. He remembers everything. Every memory, every thought, every explanation.. and stores it all in his head like a walking talking breathing computer. T.J is known quite well as the smartest man alive, being that he knows everything about anything possible, and it wasn't taken to all that kindly when people realized that he "had no interest in his life". Though that was all one big lie. Most of the time anyone can find T.J running from one building to another just to carry out his experiments. They're his life and his everything, being that all his family is dead and people find his mind to intimidating and so he has no friends. She's sick of people killing themselves, and has convinced herself that if she found a way into Lua, she might be able to help people. After her mother died from alcohol poisoning, she decided it was time for a change. Alice only took her weapons and skills with her as she declared she wanted death. What she really wanted however, was to get into Lua.

I was sitting high up on a ledge, swing my legs. The lifeless creatures stirred along on the streets, grunting and failing along after animals trying to gain some kind of meat...some kind of life. I sigh and drag my feet up to my chest. As a nose bounces around the buildings, stirring the things from their doings. I look at the source some three miles to the west...The doors, they were opening! People. They were coming. I tilt my head to one side and began climbing down. Onec on the ground I listen for the things before grabbing the ax on my back. Ready to kill. It would take me a bit to reach the doors and the things would be hyper, racing towards them as well. If I kept to the shadows then i should make it with out any encounters.

Shadow

Everything was so blurry, all Shadow could remember was being in a white room, and some one asking if he wanted to die. He has muttered a yes, and he could of sworn he heard his mother yell. And now he had been shoved in here, this place and a wall. Was he in Lua? but that was forbidden, then why. His vision coming clearer and the sound making it's way to his ears, Shadow felt he needed to get away. The doors were locked behind him but trees and buildings were around. Shooting off Shadow climbed the tallest tree he could find, and hung onto it for dear life.
