Bio: Septimus wasn't always evil. Infact, he was once a kind man that only ever used his magickal prowess for the good of others. He had never harmed another soul and was well-liked in his village. It wasn't until he left his village on a quest to assist their neighboring villages, who had been experiencing a terrible drought, that he turned to the dark arts. You see, while he was away, some bandits attacked his village and brutally murdered his wife and children, right infront of the villagers who were too afraid to stop them. He was devastated when he learned of this; becoming consumed by depression and hatred, he hunted down the bandits responsible and unleashed his fury upon them. Yet, even as the aggressors lay dead before him, it did not quell his anger and, perhaps under his dark magick's guidance, he destroyed his village as punishment for their innaction. Since then, he has embraced his dark magick and found a new purpose: He will destroy the wretches that are not worthy of life, and will lead those who are worthy to a glorious age of peace and prosperity; whether they want it or not.
Other: Septimus may look physically weak, but it is his magick that is to be feared. Even a fraction of his power is more than any one wizard could ever hope to control.

Bio: A being of immense power #$%! is of a race birthed in the dimmensional eddies of time and space, possibly immortal his kind cannot normally interact with the physical world and so must take a 'vessel' usually an uninhabited physical construct made for this very purpose. It is possible for him to house his essence in another living being however he can only do so for an extremely short period. Generally his kind take another name in order to make communication between mortal beings more feasable as no known mortal or physical race can prounce their language seeing as it also includes changes in their lumionus radiance levels. In his case #$%! is also known as Geno, a name taken from the first vessel he inhabited, a small action figure of a well known hero in the world it was created in.
