"Hmm... Well, do you really want to find out?" Reed stuck out his hand and trails of electricity crackled across his hand but then calmed down. He didn't reach for her hand because he wanted to see what she would do. He wasn't going to zap her, of course, but there was always that sliver of doubt. The tail and ears gave her away easily but Reed's gills were hidden by his clothes and were almost invisible when not in use anyways so his being inhuman wasn't as noticeable. "Wolf I take it."

Something deadly flashed in her eyes for a moment, so deadly that it made many's blood go cold.
Not that Kira knew that.
"Yeah, well, I don't like thinking about my Curse, thanks." she said a bit cooly. She looked at his hand for a moment before grabbing it tightly. Nothing happened. "And you? Let me guess.......Lightning Bug?" she smirked at him, her sharp canines showing.

"Close but not quite, and as for curse, it may be a curse but at the same time, it gives us powers, then gain, I'm an optimist, it seems being an optimist is the only thing that gets you anywhere in life," Reed said, he shook her hand and let go, "I am an optimist, lets just leave it at that, I would rather leave you in the dark about what DNA I have in me." Reed had decided that Kira didn't need to know and that it would be best for him to keep the full extent his powers a secret.

Kira took her hand away, suddenly turning and spotting another one. He was part wolf too, she noticed. Suddenly, panic filled her.
"I have to leave." she hissed, turnign and running. She couldn't be around them. They were like her. And that ment trouble. As she ran through the forest, she growled. "No! They'll cause me trouble."
She hated others like her. Other....what was the word that one guy had once used?.......other Mammalsias.

Shikon watched her. "Wait!" He ran after her. He wanted to talk to someone else who was the closest to what he was. He had to try to make up for what his father did somehow.

"Strange girl," Reed turned and headed back to his seaside shack. Thankfully there weren't many people out yet but the guy who owned the car had better have insurance.

Watching as they all ran off Alice looked to the ground. She then walked over and sat down by a stray kitten, making her smile. "Hello little one." she said, gently stroking the kittens fur as her ears and tail came out, making her blush again. She quickly got up as people around or humans began to stare at her. She then looked to the ground, a nervous look on her face as a little girl began to pull on her tail.

"Hey kid, it's not nice to pull on people's costumes," Reed said as he pulled the child away. The child ran back to her mother saying something about read eyes and her mother said something about it being impolite to stare. "Not such a great idea to wander around town like that when people are already up."

Looking up as the little girl ran back to her mother Alice turned around, only to find a boy standing behind her. "Y-yeah, I know." she said a bit nervous, looking to the ground as people began walking away. As soon as everyone was gone her ears and tail disappeared, leaving Alice looking like a normal human again. "I'm sorry." she said quietly.

Watching as the boy walk away she frowned slightly, going into an alley way and sitting down. She then pulled her knees up to her chest as she began crying quietly, not knowing what to do or where to go, everyone hated her, she had no friends, and she only loved one person and he didn't even know. The only person she could truly trust was Shikon, but she rarely got to talk to him.

Kira ran faster, hearing the other Wolf chasing. "I hate Mammalsias. They're so fast." she muttered, heading to her Cave. It was were she hid, where she lived.
Kill. Kill. Hunger makes you Kill. Kill like a Predator, don't Hide like a Prey. Kill. Kill. Kill!
She slid into the cave, kicking the wall to send the rocks down. She did this all the time so no other animals could get it. "Finally!" she muttered, falling back onto the make-shift bed. "No Experiments to bother me."

Shikon saw her go in. He sighed as the entrance was blocked. He sat down near it and looked at the sky. "Why do i try to help. Noone ever wants it, i just want to try fixing things that my father messed up. He even used me as one of the first few test subjects, he didnt even care if i died." A tear fell from his eye.

Hearing rocks fall in the distance made Alice jump as she stood up and quickly ran off, her ears and tail now out as she ran. As soon as she was far enough away she stopped and sat down, her breath heavy. "Why, why am I like this. Why!?" she screamed, her ears folded down on top of her head. It's at times like this, that I wish I was never born she thought, screaming "Why am I like this! Why was I born!" once again, tears streaming down her face.
