Artemis moaned again, feeling surrounded by bored-ness, when suddenly she felt the earth shake around her. Taken by surprise, the Goddess slipped off her branch and tumbled to the ground, landing neatly on her hands and flipping onto her feet. Now what was th-- She began to say in a low whisper before the ground shook again. It couldn't possible be an earthquake, no, she'd have known it was coming. It was something else. Something awful. Something evil. Something like Kronos. Artemis laughed nervously to herself. Kronos? No way! She thought to herself reassuringly, steadying herself on the trunk of the tree that she'd just been sitting in, Zeusy locked him up deep down in the pits of Tartarus. There's no way he's getting out of-- The ground shook again, this tame tree began being uprooted. All the nervousness Artemis had shushed away reappeared, and she found herself running towards her Huntresses' camp, knowing that if it was Kronos, which is probably wasn't, that his first target would be the Demi-Gods or people with powers bestowed by Gods or Goddesses. people like her Immortal Huntresses. As she swung around a bend in the forest, the earth shook with such force that the tree next to her toppled down, nearly landing on her, and large rivets opened up in the ground around her. She could see large cracks in the earth running faster than she could towards her Huntresses' camp and as she tried to speed up, she cursed loudly. Oh, s**t! She yelped as a large piece of earth seemed to fall away before her, and as she jumped over the large hole she could see it was already too late. The Huntresses camp was sinking into the earth, and a barrier was keeping her from getting closer. Soon the whole thing was under, like a log in quicksand, and the barrier still kept her from getting closer. Not a normal barrier, oh no, this barrier would have had to been made by Hades, Poseidon, Zeus or... She gulped at the thoughts... Kronos.
