Mia stopped and looked up, scanning the sky. Celeste looked at her and tilted her head. "Mia, is everything ok?" The wolf never moved and when she did, she slipped Celeste off her and then took off. She jumped and landed on to rooftop next to the hawk and growled at him loudly. "Mia, come back here! Leave that bird alone." Celeste was now under Mia and was watching the bird, hoping her friend woudn't attack him.

Alexander was startled when the wolf started to go after him. He could hear the girl calling after it, calling her Mia. He half got out of morph and appeared as a human male with large gray-feathered wings and a red tail. He flared his wings in an attempt to get the creature to stop. <Mia! Stop!>

Jacob sighed at the sound of a commotion. "I suggest you return to your patrol," he told his fellow guardsman before running to the direction of the noise, only to find Mia attacking the shapeshifter, Alexander.

Mia continued to growl at him but tilted her head. Why are you watching my master? She replied back to him and then shook her head. If you want something then don't hide like a coward and watch people. Mia then jumped off the roof and landed next to Celeste, who immediatly hugged her. "You crazy girl, I told you to leave him alone." She then looked up at him and tilted her head. "So you're a morpher, huh?"

Jacob smiled and looked to Alexander. He had seen the morpher only three times, and the previous time wasn't a friendly encounter.

Alexander replied, <I did not want something, I was just wondering. I don't want any trouble.> He felt his keychain against his side, making a small jingling noise as he hopped from the roof to the ground, his wings shrinking into his back. "Good day Jacob, good day Master of Mia." He looked back at Mia's master. "And yes, I am a morpher, as rare as they may be."

Jacob nodded, "Though sometimes you cause annoyance among the people here, no matter how many times I stick up for you."

Celeste looked at Jacob and smiled at him. "Hello again Jacob." Mia walked over to the captain and stopped next to him before rubbing her head against his leg and then looked over at Alexander. Go away pest. Mia told Alexander and then went back over to Celeste. The girl sighed and hoped onto the wolf. "I'm sorry if Mia caused you any trouble." She told Alexander and Mia growled quietly before Celeste hit her head gently and she went quiet.

Jacob chuckled and gave a nod to Celeste in greeting. He looked up to Alexander, "I suggest you stay away from the southern end of town today," he informed the morpher.

Alexander frowned a small bit at Jacob and Mia's responses. "I worked my way through the opposition against my species, yet there are still some that do not appreciate the small diversity we may have." He divided this statement evenly between Mia and the majority of remaining humanity. He looked at the ground and then looked back up at Celeste. "She did not cause me any trouble, it was my fault for making a presence and upsetting her. Sorry." And directing himself at Jacob, he sighed, then said "I suppose I should. Maybe I will just spend the rest of the day away from here."

Celeste hoped off Mia and walked over to Alexander and put a hand on his arm. "It's ok, don't worry. Mia is always overprotective." She looked over at Jacob and then back at Alexander before stepping back. She brought her cloak closer around her and the very tips of her wings moved and so did the cloak. She went back over to Mia and climbed on her. "I must be off. Good day!" Mia then took off and they ran down the street and turned into another alleyway. She needed to find a spot to where she could bring her wings out before they gave her away.

Jacob blinked, "Excuse me Alexander," he said, watching the spot that Celeste left. "There's something being withheld here..and it's starting to peek my interest." He began to walk to the corner that Celeste disappeared around.

Alexander nodded slightly. I cannot fit anywhere, I suppose. He noticed Celeste pulling her cloak closer, and he thought he saw a small movement on her back. He opened his mouth, about to say something, when she took off on Mia. He closed his mouth in wonder. I wonder what that was... she is most certainly concealing something. He squinted at the sky, the clouds floating ever so slowly towards the west. He cocked his head as he spoke to Jacob. "What is it?"

Mia ran and turned down another corner and looked around before nodding her head. Celeste hopped off and took the cloak off. Her white wings sprang out and knocked her over. "Ow, that's the last time I keep them close like that." She shook her head and flapped her wings, Mia sitting in front of her. "That feels so much better." Her wings were longer than her body, combined together, and Celeste never knew why they were so big but she didn't care. As long as no one found out about her she would be fine.

Jacob stopped and looked at Alexander. "When she pulled her cloak to her, somethings under there..she did the same thing when we first met in the forest.."
