The poor squirrel ..... and as for your question it depends on who finds them. If they don't have a collar or ownership tattoo then they are free game, rounded up and sold in the slave market or snatched up by any female who wants them. If its a female only area then they could be put in jail or punished unless someone claims them and agrees to pay reparations...

there are lots of possibilities depending how forbidden the area...
