Celiana sighed. "I'm glad he did...I don't know what lengths I would have gone to if he had..."she said, moving a little, gasping at the pain in her side. She half hoped he wouldn't wake to see her bandaged, he seemed upset that she had come at all.

zane sighed and put his hands in his pockets. "i think he was surprised more than anything." he said looking at her again. he walked out onto the balcony and looked at the sky.

Celiana sipped the last of the unicorn's blood and watched as Zane went out to the balcony. "Something wrong love?" she asked softly. She wanted to get up to go to him, but didn't want to risk re-opening her wounds.Instead, she reached out to him with one hand, her eyes soft and sweet as always.

zane felt a slight breeze, then exhailed lightly. "just enjoying the air and thinking about whats happened over the last few weeks" he said turning around. he walked over to her and crouched down, taking her hand.

Celiana smiled softly. "You don't regret...something...do you?" she asked, suddenly being a bit self conscious. She wanted to hold him, but feared moving too much. She smiled half heartedly trying to hide it.

zane looked up at celiana, then looked away and narrowed his eyes, but in a thinking kind of way. i have many regrets....i couldnt help aki...im a failure...but zane sighed. "i have many regrets...but one thing i wont ever regret is being with you" he said softly looking up at her.

Celiana looked at him, the worry showing in her eyes, then melting when he said that. She turned her head slightly and eyed Xander, who was sleeping very peacefully. She smiled softly, and shifted forward slightly, leaning in towards Zane to leave a gentle kiss on his cheek.

zane closed his eyes. " i love you" he said softly, moving closer after she kissed him.

Celiana held him lightly, though she was being very cautious of her wounds. "I love you too Zane-kun." She said gently. "Take the bed, beside your son...I'll...just sleep here." she said gently. She was assuming that he was tired after all he had been through today.

zane shook his head. "you need more than me. come on ill help you over, ill sleep on the chair." he said softly, helping her over to the bed and gently lying her down beside xander. he kissed her than sat down in the chair, looking outside again.

Celiana couldn't fight it, she really did need to lay down, with her wound and all. "Zane?" she whispered to him, trying not to disturb Xander. "I don't want him to find out about..." she pointed to her ribs, her brow furrowed with worry. The poor boy had already watched over her when she was sick, he didn't need to see her wounded now too.

zane got up and pulled the blankets over her. "ill make sure he doesnt babe, k?" he said with a soft smile.

Celiana smiled and thanked him softly. She leaned up and kissed him sweetly. "You take such good care of me, love..." she sighed. "I'm sorry if I don't take care of you the same way...."she spoke the second part softer, her cheeks turning pink, her lips pulling taut a moment as she fought a frown. She was already starting to drift off but she wanted more time with Zane before she went.

"its equal both ways in my eyes." he said softly, he leaned down and layed his head against her shoulder. he felt himself starting to fall asleep, but he kept himself concious.

Celiana felt the weight of his head change and scooted over slightly. "Lay down love, I'll try not to push you off" she giggled lightly. She smiled sleepily and laid her arm out beside her for him to crawl in next to her.
