Aki nodded and watched Tao. "I guess so.."

Tao smiles at her, as he feels exhaustion strike him. He dips under the water for a moment before resurfacing. "I am afraid that my rest cycle is starting," he blinks a few times, trying to stay awake for w few moments longer. "I would ask not to be desturbed until I wake. I will talk with you when I wake again." There isn't time for him to say anything else as he slips under the water. He sinks down to the bottom and lays there, his body curled, his tail by his head. His gills continue to flutter slightly under the water, evidence that he is indeed still alive.

Aki walked out of the room after saying a silent goodnight. She shut the door behind her and walked out of the house and sat on the swinging chair on the porch and watched the people walking past her house.

"I guess I should go find Sky. Atleast if nothing happens while Im with him I can talk to him about something." Aki stood up and walked throught the park.

Elvy sat atop a wall in the middle of Central Park. Leaning back, she stretched luxuriously. Smiling, she hummed a silly little tune her mother used to sing when she was small.

Aki stopped in the middle of the park and looked into the sky in case Sky was flying.

"Hmm. I guess he disappeared on me." Aki shrugged and looked around the park again.

Jumping off the wall, Elvy looked around at the deserted park and sighed.

She started forward, maybe, possibly, she could find somewhere to stay, perhaps another lead as to who had changed her.

Noticing a dark figure in the distance, Elvy froze. She couldn't make out whether it was human or other. She slowly turned around to get a better look at them, hoping that she didn't arouse suspicion.
