And it’s so easy when you’re evil
This is the life, you see
The Devil tips his hat to me
I do it all because I’m evil

Alexander “Alex” Kerberos

Walking into the bar, Alex felt just a bit self-conscious. The banker he’d been sent to kill had gotten blood all over his nice, clean shirt when he flailed around, trying desperately not to die. Why had he struggled so much? Alex mused as he walked over to the bar. His employer had forbidden him from “playing” with his victim (something Alex decided to charge him extra for, though the mobster didn’t seem to mind), so if the guy had just stayed still and taken the bullet, it would have been over for him in a heartbeat. Why did he not want to die? This confused Alex. It was solid fact that everyone died sooner or later; the banker was lucky to go with his clothes on and in the comfort of his own home. So why make a fuss?

The sociopath assassin sighed and looked around. The waitress he remembered from his last visit here was gone, probably killed by that weird sickness that targeted those without a Y chromosome. Pity that; Alex usually didn’t go for girls because they had funny ideas about one night stands and relationships, but every once in a while there was a chick who really knew how to handle a guy. Oh well.

Another advantage of having an acquaintance like that was a sure pass to the bar. Even now, with the world going to hell and all, a couple of bars still enforced the drinking age. Alex didn’t want to stain his shirt even more; it was brand new, freshly stolen from his neighbor who just couldn’t keep his classical music down. Sharp olive eyes spotted a green haired beauty walk past with a drink in an outfit that made Alex crave something else besides alcohol. “Hey gorgeous, I’ll have one of whatever he’s getting!” he hollered from his seat.

And I do it all for free
Your tears are all the pay I’ll ever need.

Ryan
Never a dull moment

Ryan stayed in his room for less than ten minutes before remembering that his gun had been kicked out of his hand. He got up and winced at the pain, if it was any other gun he wouldn't bother. Walking back through to the bar he saw some familiar faces, some he liked to see and some he didn't like that much. He went back out into the alleyway to search for his gun. After searching for ten minutes flat Ryan came to the conclusion that the b*****ds had stolen it, along with his pride. He placed his hands on his jacket and felt at the lump. He always keppt a spare. Ryan sighed and went back into the bar. He noticed the new waiter in very tiny shorts, Ryan signaled for his usual drink.

Kiseki looked at two new men. He nodded, signifying he knew what to get. He walked back to his bar, having to create two more usuals. He sighed, he hated remembering them all. Perhaps he should write them down. He mixed and poured the different alcohols, placing them both on a tray. He headed over to the first white haired male who had asked for the same drink as the other. He gently rested his glass on the table, a cute pink paper umbrella on the side. "Enjoy." He said with a smile.

Jack King
The boss, the head honcho, the king.

The green haired guy in the outfit that left little to the imagination had Jack’s attention almost straight after he’d spotted him. His dark eyes travelled over the man and though Jack did not smile, his eyes showed that he liked what he was looking at. His gaze finally arrived at the others and Jack slowly picked up his drink and took a sip. All the time keeping his vision on the green haired boy who had by now gone to serve others. Then he nodded to him before turning away and getting back to surveying the bar. He heard the other speak, the one who had the scent of blood on him as if he had recently killed and changed but not showered. Jack had a highly sensitive nose when it came to blood as he had smelt it a hundred times and would smell it a million more. He looked at the newcomer that he recognised from somewhere. That was a feat in it’s self. Most people barely showed up on his radar and when they stayed in his memory it showed something. Even though he couldn’t actually remember him. Jack tried s hard as he could without exerting much effort. Now his midnight gaze was transfixed on the white haired boy who smelt of blood.

Amato walked into the small bar and looked around, everyone seemed so much older than him. He honestly didn't care, he jst had to check his payment. He was slightly late, so he didn't expect to be paid in full.
♪♫♪
"He must have miscounted," he mumbled to himself as he saw the man paid 100 more than he was supposed to. Amato smiled slightly as he jingled over to the bartender in the shirt shorts. He placed 75 of the 100 in the corset. "Get me something without too much alcohol and there is more in it for you."

♪♫♪
Amato was never a big fan of alcohol and such, it made his reactions more and could possibly get him killed. So when he went to the bars, he always got something with little to no alcohol. He just rathered being in a bar than being alone at home.

Kiseki blinked at the younger teen who had put money down his corset. He blushed and nodded. "I'll...I'll find something." He scooted off to the next man, setting his drink on the table. He smiled to him before rushing back to the counter. He had to find something non alcoholic. Perhaps a virgin piña colada?

Alexander “Alex” Kerberos

”Thanks. By the way, nice a**.” A thank you and a compliment; in Alex’s crass terms, that was equal to a heartfelt thanks. He carefully picked out the toothpick umbrella and twirled it around absentmindedly as he downed half of the concoction in a few gulps. Alcohol was his water; he had a high tolerance, his personal record being two bottles of some expensive European thing he’d got as a “present” from a job that had knocked him out in minutes. Alex gave the bartender a flirtatious smile, then turned his attention to the other white haired boy in the room.

He recognized the man as one of his competitors, another free agent killing for money. Hadn’t he stolen away some of Alex’s clients in the past? He scoffed and looked around at the some of the other patrons. Well now, wasn’t that dark haired man sitting in the corner the Archangel himself, King? Small world; Alex had done a few jobs for the Angels (and their rivals, but hey, free agent) and hot damn, did they pay well. The next person who walked in made Alex look away; he had an aversion towards clowns ever since a certain event that took place back in his childhood days. Circuses could be quite mentally scarring. He did quietly snicker at his order. If you can't take the booze, get the heck out of the bar, he refrained from saying.

And I do it all for free

Ryan nodded to the waiter thanking him for his drink. When he turned to go Ryan caught a look of his a**, it wasn't even properly covered. He shook his head and laughed Way to get more customers in get a cute male waiter and dress him in little to none clothes. Ryan then took a few small sips of his drink, he felt someones gaze on him and so he looked for who it was. Another freelancer and a cute one at that. Hadn't he taken a couple of jobs away from him at once stage, well Ryan could make up for that anyday. Ryan then noticed Jack sitting alone in his booth, this was someone he remembered everyone did and Ryan hadn't annoyed him in anyway so he was safe. Ryan leaned back in his chair smiling to himself and he started to hum.

Tai shivered slightly pressing hair from his eyes as he stared out of the window on the bus biting at his bottom lip.He had just gotten off of work, and seeing that today was such a nice day he had decided he would rather ride the bus over driving for once so that he could enjoy some air and the walk a few feet to his house. He wish he had chosen to just ride the bus. He hated crowds and thats exactly what he was in...a big crowd on the bus. He was having the hardest time not being crammed into the window as the larger man beside him stretched out rudely taking all the space. He would have stood up but that would end badly since so many people were in front of him.He had no way out of the whole situation till he was freed from the bus and as soon as the bus stopped at his stop he pushed through the people gasping in relief as he got out.

Slightly patting his head in a nervous fashion he pulled the fuzzy hoodie closer to himself looking at the street meekly. Quiet...No one was really around..Meaning he was to himself. He smiled at this walking the opposite direction from his house to instead go to the small cafe near his home. He could maybe eat a bit and enjoy the silent solitude of the city....This side of the city was always a lot more reserved than the other side and he loved that he could walk around peacefully. He was a good guy, wasn't in any drama, and was always to himself. He hated being the center of attention and hurting peoples feelings and people just knew him as being the chill one of any group...He hoped to always keep it that way.

Val really didn't much like city living. At least, not so much anymore. The underbelly of the city used to be just that: an underbelly. Now it was like the city's backside was out in the open, mooning the whole damn world. For someone who liked his secrets to be kept secret, not talked about in bars and distributed on sidewalk corners in front of soccer moms (more likely dads) and cops who weren't paid enough to give a crap anymore, it was rather disconcerting. But he was nothing if not adaptable, and if everyone else wanted to put gang fliers up on posts and brag about the CEO of this-or-that who they'd offed the other night, that was fine. So long as they didn't expect him to join in. Val didn't much like publicity, didn't need it either. Anonymity got him lot further and meant his quarry didn't run screaming for the hills. When he had quarry to hunt, anyhow.

Nights off were few and far between and mostly just left him restless and amped up on enough caffeine to make an elephant jittery. Being idle was not a state he liked to be in. Which was maybe why he made a habit of walking around at night in a city were to do so was more than just asking for trouble. After the third cop car that slowed down enough to pay him a little too much scrutiny, he started to think about paying a reminder visit to his last client. Gang protection was dubious at best, but it did typically mean the cops got paid to look the other way. The last thing he needed was to be patted down when he was carrying two unlicensed firearms. As another set of headlights rounded the corner up ahead, Val glanced to his glanced. Not the best part of town, but there was a bar to his left with an overhang and tinted glass, probably a hot-spot for his kind of people. Probably a great place to get lost in the crowd.

Kiseki blushed as he heard a man's compliment. He turned his head to see if it was true about his rear. He blushed redder, taking the virgin drink to the young man. The sweet virgin drink was inside a margarita glass, and, of course, a little paper umbrella topped it off. Unfortunately, he was running low on them, which saddened him greatly. He placed the drink down, smiling before heading back to the counter.

Going into the cafe slightly smiling he inhaled the smell of tea and coffee and sweet baking treats that made his stomach growl and his mouth water. He licked his lips, his pierced tongue stud rubbing against them in a more suggestive way than intended which seemed to have caught the attention of one of the waiters who was use to his appearances. The waiter winked at him boldly which only made a small smile form on his lips as he sat down in his usual spot to himself. The uncrowded cafe was the perfect hang out for someone like him. It allowed him to enjoy life without having to think about the future. Deciding on a chicken soup, tea, and cheesecake dish he sighed slowly, his eyes becoming half lidded in relaxation. After this he would go home and take a hot bath then curl up on his bed with his cat, Rivers, and read a book. The thought made him purr almost as he tilted his head and leaned against the table dazing off.

Now if only the world was always this simple, this easy. He had gotten out of his bad life a year ago but the affect it had on him would never change. He would always be jumpy, and scared...Always impatient and cold. He bit his bottom lip as a flash of the past came to him making his hands clench. If the waiter hadn't come to him with his food he would have probably had a fit. Smiling, he took the food sipping at his soup before glancing out the window...Julia was passing by. It was always refreshing to see a girl in the city since there weren't many left. Julia was a pretty woman long black hair, slender form, and light green eyes. If there were more women around she would seem normal...but since there were few she seemed special. He looked away from her to take another spoonful of soup enjoying the warm feeling it gave to the pit of his stomach. This was the life.

Inside it was loud and dimly lit, darker still from the haze of cigarette smoke that hung like a sinister cloud in the air. A couple of thugs that were the only visible muscle of the place glanced his way, but didn't take offense. They had people a lot more dangerous looking already seated in various corners. Val tended not to rate on people's radars unless they knew what to look for. With his slightly worn jeans and rather rumpled looking T-shirt, he blended in with pretty much every nobody in the bar. It was the little tells that might have given him away; the worn but pricey leather jacket that fell just so to cover any weapons he might or might not have been carrying, the look on his face that said he'd already seen it all, done it all, and probably shot it too.

A few faces that weren't the bar tender or waiters glanced his way, a few faces that he knew from pictures or had seen only on the other side of a desk or in back-alley meetings. For the most part Val ignored them and waded through the tables, getting jostled a little bit and swearing under his breath at the culprit. The number of people in the bar made him feel twitchy and a maybe a little trigger-happy. It was hard to watch your back when there were so very many people to keep track of, even if it was sort of agreed upon that bars were neutral territory.

Up at the bar he slid onto a stool and ordered water without a glance at whoever was behind the counter. He could practically feel the outrage at his request thought; apparently all bartenders shared an unnatural amount of animosity towards h2o. Whatever, he couldn't afford to be tipsy when there was a crime boss, a few hit-men, and a smattering of twenty-something kids looking for an excuse to start a bar fight milling around.

Jack King
The boss, the head honcho, the king.

Jack leant back in the booth, his face becoming half hidden by the shadows. He crossed his legs at the ankles and continued to drink the alcohol. Enjoying the liquid as it burned down his throat. Unpleasant for a moment but significantly better afterwards. He now knew where he knew the blood guy from and the other man who also had white blonde hair. The two of them had worked for him at one time or another and worked against him as well. He had no big problem with this though he found it useful when that happened to pay them off. After all he needed his underlings alive not killed by some assassin or hitman. Jack took another sip of his drink as he continued to look around the bar. He was still silent. He saw the guy who at first was wearing a clown’s outfit but now without the hat and coat looked only a little strange. His phone began to vibrate in his pocket and he picked it up. A conversation followed but Jack careful to speak very low so no one would hear him. The only thing that they would be able to hear was the exasperated sigh that he made when he hung up. The call wasn’t even needed and they’d disturbed him having a drink to tell him something that he already knew. "Stupid b*******." He muttered to himself as he thought about the idiots that worked for him.
