((*Connects RP to a car battery* REDNECK DEFIBRILLATOR!!! Gonna try to start this thing back up))

Connal smirked at the drivers response to Lances question. He had to pick up Thorn later, he's be an a** if he didn't take the others back as well. He then looked to Ivory, hoping that he hadn't upset her with his question. He then followed the others to the back. "I take it that we're here to fight, am I right? At least to get a good grasp of it?" He said, looking over the others. Little kids and girls. Connal doubted the fighting skills of any of them "Does anyone here know how to fight at all?"

Lance heard the indication in Connals words. "As a matter of fact, I can fight. I trained martial arts under my brother for 6 years." He said stepping forward. "Don't think any less of me just cause I'm younger than you."

"My mama tol' me it's not nice to fight. She says people only get hurt by fighting." Brian spoke up, smiling as he talked of his loving mama.

Thorn waved to Tony as he left, turning, "Cool. I don't know much about proper fighting, but I've done some street fighting a few times. I'm not great, but it helps if I'm in a jam." she grinned.

Connal sighed, "So the only one who knows how to fight, formally," he said looking to Thorn, "Is the blind kid? And how, may I ask, do you all protect yourselves?" He said, wonderign how they could retrieve anything if no one knew how to fight.

Lance glared at Connal, "I don't really like the way you said that. Yes, I am blind. But I also contorl spirit energy and can see just as well as anyone else here. And without me, you wouldn't be able to figure out where the Relics are. So chill it out, already." He said, his voice calm, but anyone could tell that he was beginning to get annoyed. Lanc ehtn turned to Brian, "Well, Brian, this isn't so much fighting, as learning how to defend ourselves. What if you were cornered. And you couldn't disappear into the shadows or call your shadow friends. The onyl way out would be to fight back against the other person. Then its not really fighting. You're just protecting yourself. You see?" Trying to gett he younger boy to accept learnign how to fight.

Dusk turned to see they were all still congregating inside her home. She made a small sigh of annoyance before turning around and walking back up the stairs. Clearing her throat she pointed out to the enormous backyard. "If it wasn't clear you all were supposed to follow me outside. I don't need you all wrecking the interior of my house." She state before turning and walking back down the steps. She moved around the pool and off the patio to let her shoes sink into the grass. Her eyes surveyed the landscape for a moment before waiting for the others to follow.

((sorry for not posting guys....I'm gonna have to quit the roleplay. I just on't have time anymore and my creativity has died...so sorry...))

((Vamp, we did have them all head out back. *points at "redneck difibrillator" post with Connal*, but lets try to keep this going))

Lance rolled his eyes. "Okay, Dusk, we just gonna pair off? Or is it gonna be a free-for-all?" He said looking over the people. There were six of them there, so paiing off would work, but how to do it? Brian had no sense of fighting, and Ivory didn't seem to have much fighting experience either. He knew that he and Connal could fight, and Thorn mentioned street fighting, and Dusk.....who knew about her? "And I'm gonna take a wild guess that we're using powers and not just sparring with physical combat."

Connal looked at the group. How would they do this? Pairing off seemed most likely. But how to pair people off? "Umm, I'd gladly spar with either Thorn or Ivory. Lance could spar with Brian, and Dusk, could spar with whoever I'm not with. Just a suggestion." he said, having a small idea behind his ideas.

Dusk rubbed her temples lightly. They were turning to her for anwsers again. How annoying that was. Maybe she should stop providing them. Her eyes glared in Lance's direction upon hearing thoughts of her fighting capabilities. "I am perfectly capable of holding my own in a fight." She stated wanting to make sure she wasn't seen as some weak little girl. "Also you can come down from there." Dusk spoke turning to a tree and speaking to its branches.

The leaves in the tree rustled lightly as something in it stirred. There was one last rustle and then down from the tree jumped Sophie. She ran a hand down her long her straightening it from her fall before walking to stand near the others. She placed a finger on her lips before speaking. "How nice it is to see you all. You were all talking about training your abilities correct? I might be able to help with that. Seeing as your gifts are just another form of magic." She replied with a smile.

Lance winced slightly, as the sudden flash of energy in his mind momentarily "blinded" him. "What the....Sophie?" he said a little shocked, "Where did you come from? You disappeared....and then.....but.....How? Why?" He said, too confused to express his thoughts clearly.

Connal was merely surprised. "Okay, I'll take what yer sayin'. But I have a question." He said looking Sophie over, "Who are ya?"

"Allright, Connal. I'll take you on since your sure my style isn't very helpful." Thorn decided.
"Oh...otay. I guess dat not so bad." Brian smiled as they all went out back. When he saw Sophie, he squeed, huggling her, "Sophie!" he smiled, "Where'd you go? I misseded you!" he smiled.
