Turn up the music
A pair of golden eyes fallowed after a group of people making their way across the rich green lawn that seemed to stretch out for miles only to be interrupted by the occasional building or fountain. From this far away they all looked exactly the same like clones, but then again parents able to send their kids to this school all seemed to want clones of themselves and they were all the same. There were five kids in this group, two boys and three girls. The boys both had full, wavy blonde hair and broad shoulders made for sports like football or lacrosse adorned with pressed jackets that all the boys wore at this school.
The three girls had all different colors of hair, but all of the lengths and styles were the same. All of them wore dazzling smiles that seemed to say 'We are better than you', and all of them hung on the words of one girl with the flawless body and perfect complexion. She must have been the leader of the pack. The owner of the golden eyes smirked as the group of five left her sight and crossed one leg over the other. She was sitting on one of the many marble benches that lined the walkways between each building leaning back on a light post. On her right side was a pile of books threatening to fall off the edge, and on her left there was her friend mindlessly chatting away about the latest gossip. Her name was Jillien and although at times her need for gossip was annoying she was one of the nicest people Baeli knew at this school.
Jillian had shiny red hair that had a natural golden tint to it in the sun. She was taller than Baeli, but that wasn't very hard to be and her innocently wide eyes the color of emeralds seemed to grow even wider by the time the golden eyed girl realised the mindless chatting had stopped. She turned her head slightly to the spot where her friend was gawking and and laughed lightly, extending a hand and patting her on the shoulder. Todd Morris, mister tall dark and hansom, was walking towards them with a sly grin on his lips. Jillian was hopelessly head over heals for the boy, but Baeli still saw him as the awkward little kid she grew up with. "Hey," He greeted coolly when he took the final step to reach them.
He was leaning on the light post as well with his crisp white shirt unbuttoned at the top to expose his chest and untucked. The jacket that made him look like a clone of every other boy at this school was nowhere to be found, but his dazzling yet friendly smile was right in its' place as he looked down at the two girls with his dark eyes. One brow arched when he noticed the sly cat like smile on Baeli before laughing. "So you two are skipping class again? Man it's a wonder how you keep your grades up!" The girl stood up, her weight shifted to the right and her hand rested neatly on her hip. She stood at five feet three and a half inches which looked puny next to Todd's six foot five. He played basketball and football so that height was put to good use.
"Yeah we are, why you wanna join us?" Baeli was smiling an innocent, sweet little smile that made her face light up making her look like she could do no wrong. Everyone at the school knew otherwise though. It wasn't a secret that this girl skipped classes, but the school could do anything about it because of the fact that her parents helped fund a lot of the things that went on around here and her grades never went down. He shook his head with a sigh before pushing off of the light post and turning to walk away. "You never change Baeli." He waved to the two girls over his shoulder and turned down a different path and disappeared. The golden eyed girl turned to her friend who was waving after the figure that was gone now with a depressed look on her face. "Come on Jillian, we've got some skippen to do."
