I broke a jar of cinnamon and cut up my hand pretty bad and stabbed my leg.
Hurts like hell
Had to have 4 stitches

actually i got some odd shot injected into my knee when it popped out during a karate match a few years back...so i guess that kinda counts..i think...hurt like helll sweatdrop
