Kyra and the others still didn't wake up after Artemis told them to wake up as Jack and Carl held her still. For Kyra since she couldn't slash the head off while her sword flew away instead. She try chocking Artemis instead.

Vahn stood there as he was shocked and just laughed. "Do you think this hurts at all? I'll show you how you take someones soul." He said as he jumped and pierced right through his gut with his sword and saw souls were coming out like a waterfall. "You take so many innocent lives for your own selfish ambition of power. It's over Ceria!" He shouted as he took the gunblade out and shot him in the head with what seemed like a boulder sized bullet of white flame.

While Vahn shot at Ceria, the bullet of white flame actually hit Kyra's sword instead as the sword made the clink sound. Ceria dash away as he glare at the bullet with an smile while it hits Kyra's sword instead of him.

Vahn looked at the ball of flame and it disappeared before it hit. "You need to be better than that. I'm more than disappointed in you Ceria." He said as he stabbed him in the side and saw more souls get sucked into the blade. "You're not even fit to share my blood."

Artemis pushed Kyra and the others off her and then sent them crashing to the ground. I have to be careful not to hurt them, she thought and jumped up into a tree to keep out of their reach.

Kyra stood up and look at Artemis up on the tree and went after her with Jack and Carl help. They tossed her up into the air and then she garb onto edge of the tree's branches while her sword flew over to her quickly.

Ceria didn't do anything much and use the dark energy to push Vahn away from him while he just flow there in the air while his body parts recovers afters. Meanwhile His body recovers, Kyra sword almost cut him while it flew over to her. Ceria was like some feet away from getting cut by the sword as he saw at the sword flew by. What will really happen to him if the sword had cut him in instead of missing him, the part that got cut by it will turn to dust that can't be recover back.

Vahn went back up towards him and kept slashing at him, ripping soul after soul from his being. "The more I take, the weaker you become." He said as he stabbed right through his throat and made sure it would hurt.

Artemis landed gracefully and glanced at Kyra. "Come on snap out of it!" She sent a ball of energy to her that made her fall and the sword dropped far from her. Artemis picked it up and stood near Kyra. "I suggest you all get a grip."

Kyra's sword tele off Artemis's hand and it flew back to Kyra's hand. Carl began to walk some steps away from Jack and stood there as he's doing nothing else. Then Jack quickly casts a flaming spell to use it against Artemis right after she landed to the ground. Kyra began to glow after her had her sword back and held it facing up pointing to the sky while the sword is in font of her.

Ceria nodded at Vahn that he haven't learn anything how to kill him just by using his sword like that against him. Then Ceria finally said something back in a different tone of voice from before. It sounded like a low evil clam voice which it doesn't match his face at all. "You're wasting your time." he said in a low soft voice.

Artemis grew iritated and she took Kyra and placed a dagger to her thoat. "Listen, I don't want to hurt you but you need to stop before you guys get hurt." She was hoping that by doing this she might be able to scare them into stopping.

Vahn stabbed right through his head and fired a white flame again, incinerating the entire head. "Does it hurt? It's a shell bullet." He said as he kept firing more at his entire body.

Jack didn't react to what Artemis was doing to Kyra accept for his inner self, but he can't do anything about it and continued on what he's was doing. As for Carl, he just stood there still doing nothing even though the inner him wants to help her as well.

Artemis casted a spell to paralyze them and then she sighed. "Look I'm doing this for your own good," she told them as they were unable to move.

Ceria just smiled while he can't feel any pain in him even though he's getting attack by Vahn.

Kyra can't move at all but she's still glowing. Jack stood there frozen but he's still casting the spell even he didn't have to move at all just to make it works. Carl didn't care if he was frozen since he wasn't doing anything at all but standing there.
