Twilight wondered whether she ought to follow him or not seeing as she didn't exactly have the stealth skills he did. She'd learned to dampen noise over he vacation, but not to a useful extent. She needed more practice. She stopped and gazed thoughtfully at his back before he disappeared further into the building.

Boipelo saw Ray standing in the doorway and holding her sword at the ready. He took an offensive stance so he could be prepared for who, or whatever came out of the room. It sounded to crowded in the room for his licking.

((I missed you guys. What a long two days it was...XP But yay for out friend Hazle being here. Welcome back, old friend!))
Zac looked over after Gabriel spoke. "You realize that all you are doing is running away before you can truely know us." Afterwords, his head turned, noting a new feeling signiture. "There's a want to kill close by, and...CRAP, it's by Saix. Come on!" he waved, running back in, knowing full well that Saix wasn't able to fight in his condition.
Ray heard the commotion, carrying her kitty, Pitch, with her to see Saix and another man fighting. "Saix..." she tilted her head, taking up her sword, "who is this man?" her usually happy voice was serious as she held a defensive stance at the man in case he tried to attack once more.
Josh nodded, his sheild seeming to glow a moment, though once it was dong, it didn't look any different. He kept himself steadied against the tree.

Nikol formed the cold energy around her hand and fingertips once again, but she used much less power then the first two blades she tried created. The energy easily laced about itself until it may an ornate looking white blade, she then compressed and flattened the blade into less then paper thin. There was still small discharges from the blade, but it seemed to make no sound at all unless one put their ear to it. She flew back down and slowly flew over to Josh until she came to a stop right in front of him. She studied the shield for a moment and swiftly brought the blade to it with a timid blow. There was no impact as the blade slightly went through while freezing part of the shield. She quickly removed the blade before the frost could spread to Josh. "Oh. Well this is an amazing turn of events!" She said looking at the partially damaged shield.

Josh looked over once again, seeing his sheild half way covered in frost. The frost stayed for about ten second before seeming to melt off of his sheild, "It was. For a blade to chill something so full in that momentary blow. It is most definately a well gained weapon to defend onself." Josh put down his sword, and it disappeared. "It seems to be controled more the more you use it." he noted, looking up at the tree that kept him steady. "If I may, would you like to see the power I had to learn to control now?"

"Now that I know this I know I can do better. Sure go right ahead. Shall I defend?" Nikol questioned with a big pretty smile.

[Janice the light]

"No, no...I dare not strike you like this." he shook his head, "When I was very young...before I ever know I was to be the angel of death...I had a particular curse." He looked around finding something...finally, he found a tree that had recently been half struck by lightning. The half on the ground hadn't yet died, being that it was still green. Josh bent down, touching the tree. He closed his eyes, and after a moment, the half on the ground his hand layed upon decayed in fron of Nikol's eyes intil it looked as if it had died long, long ago. "I believed my touch to e toxic. I found that it was given by my father. It was how I killed my mother...I learned over the century to control it. I can touch and not kill and kill without touching...both of which are necassary. I wished to show you. Truthfully, I am not sure as to why. Perhaps it is to show that lengthy training will help in the end, though it seems that is not needed."

Nikol raised a brow at the information and display as she landed. "You can kill without even so much as touching the target? Well, it's a great thing your on our side." Nikol said that last bit mellifluously and her tone carried on that way. "Well shall we continue practice, or shall we get something to eat?"

Josh thought for a moment, "I was...hoping you may help me with...something...If I may." he blushed in embarassment. "You seem to be able to learn very quickly. As I have said...It took me centuries to learn how to touch another without killing. As for doing so without...I'm still not very good at that. I feel as though I am not a very good student." He once again summoned his staff, looking at it, "At my age, the angel of death should be able to take a soul from the other side of the earth to heaven within a moment. I should be able to stop one who is ment to die with a mere look. I cannot do either of these...I was wondering if you could try perhaps helping me...?"
