Biography: Erwin was always intrigued by interactions between people when he was growing up in the southern parts of Berlin. Since he was a young child, he always wanted to be somewhere of which he’d see people all the time. But back then, he was just a shy little boy, so one day he asked his mother to help him become more sociable. After years and years of meeting the people he loved so much, Erwin decided that it was time for a job, and thus he came to Café Hearts and applied. Because of his calm and welcoming personality, they hired him. Now, while serving coffee, tea, and his favorite green tea milkshakes, he’s doing something he absolutely loves.
Personality: Kind, light hearted and very open minded, he accepts and welcomes everyone with his calm demeanor and warm smile.

She recently started working at the cafe, before that she worked as a waitress in a restaurant so she was used to the atmosphere. She enjoys serving others, especially if the uniforms were cute. She lives on her own at a small apartment close by.
Personality: She's usually friendly. She is very beautiful and athletic. She is optimistic and will always look towards the good of things and will usually give the benefit of the doubt. However, she does have her moments.

Biography: After coming out of a coma from a heart attack that hat everyone thinking he were dead, William has finally woken up from his two year slumber, wearing the old smile he used to, and now is returning to take the position of manager once again.
Personality: He is very kind and very loving, all the reason he started Cafe Hearts in the first place.

The two of them were like peas in a pod; always together. Katrina never really smiled. Not because she chose not to, or had any particular reason not to. Her family opened its first bar in Tokyo, and because she was so cute, customers were coming in like a mudslide, but they never left without any injuries. "That woman is crazy!" they'd say, which would in turn crush her spirits. She was given the opportunity to come here, and open a bar on her own. Having already a love of people despite the fights that she may cause, and she always keeps her head up high!
Personality: Kind and sincere, yet playful and optimistic, and if anything she LOVES competition. She believes in seeing the bright side of life, despite how many people she has already sent to several hospitals. She seems to have a weak point for younger men who are gentleman, the reason she comes to Cafe Hearts.
