Saeon laughed shortly after a group of troops ran right in the path of a grenade, and their fate, death and seperation. Through all the chaos he spotted Yuri and Corvus and began to make his way over to the two. He did a quick roll behind a fallen tree by them and waved his hand. " How are you guys doing? Nice weather isnt it? Lots of explosions, wonder who did that eh? " He said and began shooting at another group of soldiers trying to keep together. " See. Im shooting their legs, they fall, the rest forget them, its fun. Earlier I did it they didnt notice until it was the two left, than one, than, none, the two killed eachother for some reason. " He smiled and smacked hs shoulder. " Where the hell is Akeno? One of the buggers grazed my shoulder, another one almost got me, it gave me a good dent, now its hurting like hell. "

((Crikey!! Just found this place! Damn my eyes for not readin sooner... Ahem. Now that that is cleared up! Akeno to the rescue! Poor wolf has a lot of healing to do!))


Akeno leapt over another fallen Khaev body that he had laid low. He kept his staff spinning and slammed it into another face that peeked over a rock. Looking around, he spotted a soldier aiming at him. Of course he could not spin completely out of the way, but thanks to his wofish genes, he was able to ensure that the bullet hit him somewhere that would not be fatal. It slammed into his shoulder. A grunt of pain escaped his lips and his eyes popped open wide as the bullet expelled itself from his flesh. The wound quickly cauterized itself and vanished. He stopped dead in his tracks. Bullets whizzed past him and he brought himself back to his current position. He highly doubted a head shot would be survivable... But who knew... He didn't want to find out. With a spin, he turned and spotted a flicker of color that had been on Johnson's clothes. He ducked and fought his way to Johnson's side. "Hey there mate." He picked up Johnson and covered the other's body with his own as he made his way back towards where they had come from. He spotted a massive boulder and under fire made it behind the rock.

All he could hope for was that there wasn't an ally waiting behind it to kill him. As he rounded the rock, he spotted Yuri and Corvus. His eyes widened and he set Johnson down gingerly. He gasped as the stinging pain erupted from his back. At least 30 bullets expelled themselves from his flesh. He knelt carefully and panted. Johnson had been healed off all wounds by his contact with Akeno. He met Yuri's eyes tiredly. "Hey. Fancy that eh?" He winced as his skin started to knit itself back together. "Corvus need help?" He eyed the bandage and Yuri's bloody claws.

" Ah Akeno, thought you forgot about us. Couldnt spot you, I saw Johnson fall, but that guy seemed to have him covered, so I moved to Yuri and Corvus. " Saeon grunted and began to pick off random people running around. He shot one man in the knee, who fell down and tripped another man who was aiming at the rock. " Haha! Two in one! " He laughed and stopped shooting, looking at the bodies littered across the ground, most still moving. " Oh god.. You know what ive been doing? Damning everyone to a slow and painful death. But these bastards deserve it, attacking a bunch of people, going off shooting everyone in our group. Sick isnt it.. "

She let out a loud hiss, her eyes locked on the target. As he charged towards her, she waited for the perfect moment. Swinging his axe above his head, she rolled to the side, dodging his blow as the axe swerved past her head. While he seemed in shock at missing, she saw her opportunity and lunged forward with her right arm, katana piercing into his shoulder. He let out a loud yelp of agony, but Siv didn't even give him time to think. She whipped at his leg, leather wrapping around his ankle, and she pulled hard, knocking him off his feet. Laying on the ground, his facial featurues twisted in torment as she stared down at him, smiling wickedly. "No!" he begged her, his voice barely a whisper. "Would you have sparred me?" she asked cruelly, pausing a moment just before stabbing her katana deep into his chest. "Of course you wouldn't have."

Corvus slowly came to; his vision was blurred and his mind in a haze, but felt more or less revitalized. It had been a long time since he got a decent amount of rest, the last time being back when he originally arrived in Corsa. That in itself seemed ridiculous, seeing as he almost immediately got on the bad side of mob lords with his little "Capture" incident. His arm ached horribly, but it was more of a pleasant ache, like his muscles starting to loosen up once more. He noticed the bloody hands of Yuri, along with the miffed expression of her wolf friend...

Corvus, for the love of god, could not even remember the mans name. Akeno, was it? He shook his head slowly; their introductions were brief at best, seeing as this horrid situation arose soon after. The gunfire had ceased at this point, but it didn't feel as if the battle had quite ended yet. He could not feel anything since his senses were dumbed out, but he could almost swear that the battle was continuing on elsewhere, just out of their sight.

Corvus gritted his teeth; he didn't bother trying to sit up, almost confident that he woulf just fall right down again.

"There's someone out there. Someone that isn't a Khaev, but not one of us."

Johnson goarn as his body reseted it self from all the pain. But the ghost feeling of wounds made him still wince in pain as he tested all of his muscles. "Did we win?" He ask as he check his fingers to find them all in working order.

Yuri stared wide-eyed at Akeno.
"How did you do that?" She asked in astonishment, referring to the serious pelting by bullets he'd just taken to the back. Under normal circumstances Akeno would now look like swiss cheese, but the mushroomed heads lay on the ground and Akeno was hardly bleeding.

After a few moments, the wolf was able to summon her common sense again and looked over to Corvus. The swordsman was coherent again. Yuri wondered if her would permit Akeno to tend to his wounds.
"Corvus, let Akeno look at your arm." She said firmly.
"I'm no surgeon and in case you haven't noticed, I'm the one who ripped that bullet out," she held up her bloodstained hands for emphasis.

The bloody battle seemed to be drawing to a close, the ground littered in corpses. Stepping over the axemans body, she sheathed her katana, looking for survivors or anyone in need of aid. In the distance she could hear the occasional round of bullets being fired, but saw few people who seemed uninjured. She had been at an advantage, being able to take flight when threatened, but overall she seemed unscathed. The only injuries she had aquired were to her wing and her pelvic where she had been pierced by arrows. How she had become involved in the battle was quite a coincidence though. She knew not who she had allied with, but knew that the Khaev where as much an enemy to her as they were to these people, apparently.

As she treaded forward, a hand reached out and grabbed her ankle. Startled, she looked down to see a man whose legs had been decapitated from his torso. He was bleeding out massively, nearly dead, and obviously suffering. It was apparent by his appearance that he was one of the Khaev. As she looked into his face as she pulled her handgun from her belt, aiming it at his head. "Thank you." said the man, just barely able to choke out the words. She pulled the trigger, shooting right between his eyes. Blood splattered over her leather pants, and arm, staining her skin with red. She called this an act of charity, she could have just let him lay there suffering.

Akeno smirked at Yuri and then he lifted a shoulder in a shrug. "I have no idea. Thankfully I can do it though." He looked down at Johnson who was coming around. "I don't think it's over yet mate. How're you feeling?" Then he looked at Corvus who was coming to as well. He stepped forwards and knelt next to the man a fair unthreatening distance away. "Let me help you?"

"I'm alright", murmered Corvus, waving the man away. Regardless of what he said, when he tried to rise to his feet, his shoulder ached so badly that the haze returned, and almost lost consciousness once more. He resolved that it must have had something to do with Yuri digging out the bullet with her claw.

I know she was just trying to help, but..... He groaned.

"Fine. Do what you will."

A single gunshot rang out in the distance. Corvus had regained consciousness enough at this point to feel the presence of another out there; like he anticipated earlier, it was not a Khaev, nor was it Corsan. He had never felt anything like it before. It gave off a strange aura that almost seemed to speak to him

Expirementingly, he reached out with his own Aura; he wasn't particularly skilled at the manipulation of it, but the more he used his blade, the more used to it he had become.

Who are you? What is your purpose here?

Yuri watched as Corvus stubbornly tried to get to his feet. She could tell that his arm was still hurting him.
I should have tried anything. Her ears drooped slightly at the thought. It was not her intention to cause him more pain.

A shot went off nearby. Yuri was drawn away from her thoughts by the sound. There had been lots of gunfire already so this sound hardly surprised her, but it was different from the rest. Deffinitely not the same kind of gun used by the Khaev soldiers.

She could also feel a strange aura from around the same area she'd judged the shot to have come from.
The wolf remained silent as she felt the presence continue to advance on them.

Not even a minute had passed before she felt someone trying to reach out to her. Instinctively, she attempted to seal her mind from the contact, but was caught off guard and the voice broke through. Relived to find it was not the presence of one of the Khaev, she proceeded to answer the question, assuming it must be someone she had allied with. "I am called Siv, My purpose here was the same as yours, apparently. My race aren't on friendly terms with the Khaev." she saw this to be a satisfactory answer, even though she hadn't revealed much, but that was the point.

She still did not know who she was dealing with at the moment. She tended to be catious when dealing with strangers, she never knew how a person might re-act to her, mostly because her race was considered to be "evil". She was a sort of demon, afterall. But it wasn't her fault she was made this way, that she had to survive by feeding off others. It was quite annoying being so co-dependant, actually. If she was granted three wishes, one of them would be having the ablility to survive without feeding, or leeching energy from others.

"Who are you?" she asked in return, thinking it was a fair question. She did have a right to know who she was speaking with.

Johnson satisfied with his body working at full functions, he began to get up. "God i feel sore," He said as he stood up and look around. There was no other life other then something coming toward them. He swore he reach for his guns, buts finding outs they are not on his belt. "I hope what ever it is it friendly," He said as he use his sharp eyes to pick out a figure come toward them.

" Yes.. And if it isnt friendly, well.. I got a few bullets with its name on it.. " Saeon mumbled sliding a new clip into his gun. The gun fire resided now, but the one person shot once, for a killing blow no doubt, but what did it kill. " What the hell can it be? More Khaevs? A general? A medic? I need some information. Im thinking its a medic that stood back, one was beyond help, so he shot them. But then again, in most movies the medics just tell them its alright until they die... "
