Sid slowly creapt out of hiding wondering how Algernon had noticed him, but then he decided it must have been a vampire thing. He walked into the room and waited for someone to say something.

Riik's eyebrow shot up in surprise. The highest mountains in Asia... and to think he had hardly been out of the state before! Why on earth would such a deed be necessary?
"They don't happen to sell the remedy anywhere around here, do they?" he asked, a note of sarcasm crossing his frayed, stressed tone. "Probably one of those ridiculous 'picked at the fourth full moon of the year under a cloudless sky while drenched in wolf blood' things," he added, with an apologetic look at Sid. He didn't mean to be quite this rude to Algernon, his host, really, but it was difficult for him to experience this.

Algernon smiled sadly at Riik's words, sadly shaking his head. "No magic 'voo-doo' you pick up around here will do anything. We must go, and now, or it will be too late. I have a way to get there faster, but I do not know how much longer they will be there." and with that, Algernon walked out the doors and started off.

Riik followed behind Algernon, doing his best to maintain his composure while his love thrashed on the ground behind him as he left the room, seeking a remedy he doubted would be brought back in time to save her – or the baby.
He wanted to ask where they were going, but what little etiquette remained warned him that that was not the best idea.

Possibly, but Darg left (I might be able to get him to come back) and Megan is off unawares of this Convo. I have a few possible new takers but no guarantee. If you could make it that would be great.

Hmm, well what I could do is create a seperate thread but still with the same roleplay. It will still be "the blood of others" except we could have it start off in the middle of a war between vampires and hunters, and then humans involuntarily get involved. I could write in detail the scenario of what's happening in the rp and summarize it in the new thread so new people can jump in. Also if anyone wanted to go back to this thread to maybe read certain events then I'll post a link in the new thread. I think this whole idea may be best for this rp right now and may get others to join. What do you say?

Sounds good but we would need better/higher profile requirements, maybe a re-designed topic page to grab new people. There are more semi-lit Rp'ers than non-lit so we may want to appeal to the largest crowd. Without fresh blood we would just die again.
