"Yea. Always have to get up early to start the days work." he said with a fake cheery smile. -This headache is killing me...Literally!- Jason thought. "Something wrong with me? Oh no I'm just fine. How are you?" he asked sounding a little jumpy.

Ranay wasn't fooled by the fake smile, she had used it to much herself."I don't appretiate beening lied to Jason. If something is wrong, please tell me." She said putting her hand on her hip.

The Dragon's Crest...

A young man yawned in his morning walk around the Castle which he loved rather much. This young man was Vincent, a Knight of the Kingdom that he lived and breathed in. He closed his mouth and rubbed his eyes and he stopped near the gate toward the town. He looked out and stretched as he was getting hungry, and Barracks grub just didn't sound the perfect breakfast. So without a second thought he walked out amongst the crowd smiling like he always did as he looked about the bustling city.

The people all talk of commerce, wealth, and farming, just the things Vincent loved to hear once in awhile. Walking to the market he scouted about for some food fruits that were in season. He peeked upon a barrels of different apples, all to him looked wonderful. He paid the kind merchant for a couple tart Granny Smith's and was on his way back into the Castle.

Apple in hand, the other tucked in a small sack to his side, he roamed the halls looking for anyone, or anything to do. He soon came across Jason and Ranay. He took a bite of his apple and shivered slightly to the tartness. Maybe this apple wasn't the best one too pick for breakfast... He thought to himself as he sat against a wall and continued to eat his meal.

Ayame stopped just outside her room shutting the book in one quick movement her eyes scanning the halls around her a Sirius look crossing her face. Something was tugging at the back of her senses making it hard for her to continue her reading even though she had tried to do so for a while now. ‘What could be causing my powers to react like this’ she wondered shaking her head the thought that she might have just caught a cold or something crossing her mind more than once but she quickly pushed that idea out of her head knowing better than that. 'someone or something is in the city that has the feeling of death around it'

Locating the Town’s Inn Caim pushed the front open gently walking inside her brown trailing behind her as she did. It didn’t take long for Caim to recognize which among the people grouped in the room, was the owner recognizing the owner from one of the trips she had taken here with her father in the past. Quickly arranging for a room Caim paid the inn keeper from the pouch she kept strapped to her waist right next to her knife, which she had used more than once to strike a foolish pickpocket who had gotten brave an attempted to steal her money pouch.

A sleek figure sat upon a stone dragon outstretched over the entrance of the kingdom. Memeko, the female knight, crouched looking out at the court yard below. Several thoughts passed through her mind as she prepared two daggers in her hands. One thought was of the plague, the wretched disease that had killed the King, Queen, and many citizens. The other thought was of the knights that stood below, still half asleep in the early hours. They had just gotten a new batch of knights, rookies one might call them, and they were a bit weaker than her tastes. Of course she was expected to train them and she would. But the morning was still young and she wasn't up for seeing them sliding around in the early dew.

With a slight yawn she fell to her knees, slowly sliding down on the stone dragon's head. It was rather huge in side, probably big enough to set up a small base on its head. And it made for a perfect hidden perch, the color being red and Memeko's normal body of armor being the same shade of red. Even though she seemed to be relaxing her eyes were scanning the view for any threats. And two twin knives were gripped in her fists incase she had to hurry downwards. There wasn't a second that Memeko was unprepared to protect the kingdom.

[[OOC: I'm pimp out muah posts in a second... x3 Still thinking of what to put. :3]]

Jason took in a deep breath as he spoke. "Lying?...What are you talking about? Lying about what?" he asked.

Leon sat down on the lengthy steps leading to the castle. He sat there looking down at his left hand where a gauntlet of metal had grown from. "I wonder why this is happening." The gauntlet looked like he had put it on. Only he knew that it was actually growing from his arm. The only real way you could tell that it was attached to him was if you tried to pull it off. "There has to be a way to get this thing off. There just gotta be.

“I have to figure out what it is that is giving off this feeling” Ayame muttered to herself under her breath as she opened the door to her room quickly placing the book on her bed before walking back out shutting the door behind her. Closing her eyes Ayame allowed pictured the castle grounds just in front of the castle still within range of her powers which would allow her to leave the castle with as little attention as possible. That was all Ayame needed as she vanished from where she had been standing in front of her door appearing just outside the castle seconds later just above the ground . Despite having the ability to teleport her whole life she had yet to get it just right and appearing a few feet over the ground was one of the problems that often ended up happening. Despite having expected this Ayame could not help but left out a small yelp as she fell to the ground.

The Dragon's Crest...

Vincent sighed after finishing both his tart apples, their cores in his pouch to his side. He stood up from he seat and looked about and wondered where else he could go. The only thing he liked was going outside. So without a moment to rethink it over he walked to the door outside. Once outside he blocked his eyes from the sunlight and looked around a bit and down to the ground to see, who else, Ayame.

Why she was on the ground, Vincent could only really imagine, but he let his thoughts slip as he walked over to her and knelt down. "Hello Princess, need help up?" He asked her in his calm voice, as his personality was well shown with him helping her. Hell if it was a thief who was on the ground he would still help, until the person whome got robbed came along.

But he waited for Ayame's answer as he held his hand out to her and smiled. His free hand holding the hilt of his sword so that he could kneel comfortably down to her.

Is My Strength...

Still a bit dazed from her fall Ayame was slow to register that someone was talking to her but after a a second or two Ayame let a small smile of embarrassment cross her face. “That would be nice thank you” Ayame replied taking a hold of the hand he offered to her sitting up fully aware that she probably had some grass and leaves stuck in her long dark hair now.

The Dragon's Crest...

Vincent shook his head a bit as he looked the Princess over to make sure she wasn't harmed. "Must have been in a hurry, to have fallen so." He said and sat with her his sword now at his side. "So, what has got you in a rush, Princess?" He asked her curious as to why she was outside, and face first on the ground.

His hands to his side, his sword's scarrab in his hand and clenching it a bit, rather eager to get out and about the town. One thought to himself was to have a night outside the castle, maybe spend it at the Inn. Oh how he would love to do that, stay up late, drinking, eating, having fun. If only for one night that is.

QUESTING:

Shadow Spirit

“I Got tired of all the Maids Checking in on my every five minutes to make sure I am alright” Ayame replied without any hesitation while it wasn’t the main reason she had left the castle She wasn’t lying about being tiered of all the attention ether. “So I decided to sneak out before anyone noticed but my landing needs work still” she replied smiling a bit as she started picking the leaves and grass out of her hair. "What about you dear knight don't you have a job your supposed to be doing " she said a hint of teasing in her voice as she looked over at him smiling.

Memeko took notice of the small yelp, but from her tall perch she could make out a knight helping the person. Which looked like Ayame, the youngest princess. "Can't have her running around outside the kingdom..." She spoke quietly and stood, her long legs stretching for a bit. "Not that I don't trust Vincent..." She remembered the other knight she had ran into before, not that she had seen him around much, but maybe she wasn't look for him in particular so never took notice. Memeko sighed heavily and took of running. Her armored skirt beat against her legs as she sprinted towards the stone dragon's nose. She leaped from the very end on its nostril, her arms and legs spread far apart. After falling a distance she grinned and folding into a ball. Right before hitting the ground she managed to herself in a crouching position and landed. Amazingly the fall not breaking her legs as her feet made contact with the stone path. But she felt as though a shock had went through her body.

Memeko shook off the feeling and started running. Her hands were curved slightly flung behind her, a knife in each hand incase she was caught in running. Once reaching a stone wall she jumped and grabbed the edge. After pulling herself up she crouched on the wall and stared down below and Ayame and Vincent. A small exhale left her lips as she saw everything was okay. Even small things like that sometimes scared her, but she never really showed her fear.

Ayame Paused hearing someone sigh looking around them from the corner of her eyes to find the source doing all this without moving her head. 'I just can't do anything without being noticed can I' She thought with a sigh spotting Memeko on the near by stone wall watching them 'then again I am not sure anyone can escape her attention when she's on duty'.
