what do you have in mind for your apocalypse?

In the Year of 2570, a string of nuclear explosions ((between us and the NEW Russia ((after soviet union, and after the current russia)) Leads to America being a post apocaliptic wasteland. Four groups, or "Gangs" Exist, though many smaller ones are scattered throughout. My character, Natasha Lockeheart, is from the Purple Falcons. One of the kinder, and less ruthless groups. Your character can be from the opposite group and either
1)kidnap her and then grow to fall in love with her.
2)kidnap her without romance
3)Or be on the same group with her and either fall in love or not with no kidnapping
4) or be in another group with no romance at all

OR My other plot idea is the same apocalyptic setting, but this time a old doctor who lost his mind from the death in the explosions and his work on the battlefield turns to experimentation on people in a abandoned hospital.
